When all the detection switches 20 detect the plastic rods, the baffle cylinder 22 retracts, so that a group of plastic rods reaching the outlet of the conveyor belt mechanism fall uniformly after being collected; after falling, the pneumatic fingers 42 reset to release the clamped plastic rods, and the baffle cylinder 22 immediately extends to drive the baffles to repeatedly block at the outlet of the conveyor belt mechanism to prepare for releasing the next group of plastic rods.
After each group of plastic rods is fallen down by the conveyor belt mechanism, the plastic rods respectively enter the longitudinal slide way of the upper slide way plate 44 through the plurality of pairs of material guiding sheets 43 on the material guiding plate and then enter the spring tube 46, and because the upper part and the lower part of the spring tube 46 deflect 90 degrees, the plastic rods in the spring tube 46 can rotate 90 degrees and then fall into the material pushing groove 481 through the longitudinal slide way of the lower slide way plate 47. Meanwhile, the two clamping cylinders 50 are started to drive the two clamping frames 29 to move relatively to clamp the packing material of the cheese canning machine; the auxiliary cylinder 33 is started to extend out, so that the auxiliary rod inserting plate 27 is driven to descend to a position flush with the limiting bottom plate 31, and the discharging pipe 28 is driven to be inserted into the corresponding packaging material bottle cavity; finally, the pushing cylinder 40 is started to drive the pushing plate 48 to move forwards, so that the pushing groove 481 moves to the position corresponding to the blanking pipe 28; the plunger cylinder 25 is started to drive the plurality of plunger push rods 35 to simultaneously move downwards, so that the plastic plungers in the plunger groove 481 simultaneously penetrate through the discharging pipe 28 and are inserted into the corresponding material packaging bottle cavities, as shown in fig. 10, and the plunger is completed.
After the rod is inserted, the rod inserting cylinder 25, the pushing cylinder 40, the auxiliary cylinder 33 and the clamping cylinder 50 are reset in sequence to prepare for next rod inserting.

the bar inserting mechanism comprises two vertical plates arranged on the front side of the mounting plate frame, a slideway plate and a limiting bottom plate which are arranged up and down are arranged between the two vertical plates and below an outlet of the conveyor belt mechanism, a plurality of longitudinal slideways are uniformly distributed on the slideway plate, a material pushing cylinder is arranged on the limiting bottom plate and is connected with a material pushing plate through the material pushing cylinder, and a plurality of material pushing grooves which are in one-to-one correspondence with the longitudinal slideways are uniformly distributed on the material pushing plate and are used for pushing the plastic bars which slide down through the slideway plate to the bar inserting position;
a lower connecting plate is arranged between the two vertical plates and positioned on the front side of the slide way plate, an auxiliary cylinder is arranged on the lower connecting plate, an auxiliary rod inserting plate connected with the auxiliary cylinder is arranged below the lower connecting plate, and a plurality of blanking pipes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the material pushing grooves are uniformly distributed on the auxiliary rod inserting plate and used for guiding the plastic rods into the corresponding packaging material bottle cavities;
the lower connecting plate is provided with a rod inserting cylinder, a plurality of rod inserting ejector rods are uniformly distributed and connected on a sliding block of the rod inserting cylinder, the lower ends of the rod inserting ejector rods respectively penetrate through the lower connecting plate and correspond to the central hole of the discharging pipe one by one, and the rod inserting cylinder is used for pushing a plastic rod pushed to the rod inserting position into a corresponding packing material bottle cavity through the discharging pipe.
