本发明涉及一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机,属于建筑设备技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机,包括:输料箱、侧座、电动机、控制器、搅拌外筒、偏心搅拌轴、弧面支撑槽轨、底座,在围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机上设有呈圆柱形的搅拌外筒,所述的搅拌外筒的侧面设有进料闸,在搅拌外筒的左侧设有外筒传动齿轮,所述的外筒传动齿轮通过传动链或传动皮带连接到变速箱上,所述的变速箱与电动机连接安装并通过控制器进行调节联动,在所述的搅拌外筒的另一侧设有一个出料闸,其具有结构巧妙,使用方便,可调节性强,机械化程度高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机,属于建筑设备技术领域。
背景技术
混凝土,简称为“砼”:是指由胶凝材料将骨料胶结成整体的工程复合材料的统称。通常讲的混凝土一词是指用水泥作胶凝材料,砂、石作骨料,继而与水按一定比例配合,经搅拌而得的水泥混凝土,也称普通混凝土,它广泛应用于土木工程。
目前,建筑工地使用的混凝土多采用现拌或车载搅拌的方式,在围垦堤坝时,由于地点通常离城区或工厂区较远,一般采用原料现拌,同时,在搅拌的过程中,由于围垦堤坝的特殊性,需要加入大量优化剂,对其搅拌的均匀程度、配比精度的要求较高,因此需要设计一种可以对混凝土进行精准给料,并快速均匀搅拌的设备。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供了一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机。
本发明的技术方案是:一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机,包括:输料箱、侧座、电动机、控制器、搅拌外筒、偏心搅拌轴、弧面支撑槽轨、底座、液压缸、凸起搅拌刮、下料电动搅拌辊、下料电磁阀、横梁、下料斗、变速箱、外筒传动齿轮、进料闸、出料闸、偏心搅拌轴电机、底座清扫口、液压杆,在围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机上设有呈圆柱形的搅拌外筒,所述的搅拌外筒的侧面设有进料闸,在搅拌外筒的左侧设有外筒传动齿轮,所述的外筒传动齿轮通过传动链或传动皮带连接到变速箱上,所述的变速箱与电动机连接安装并通过控制器进行调节联动,在所述的搅拌外筒的另一侧设有一个出料闸,所述的搅拌外筒安装在弧面支撑槽轨内,可在弧面支撑槽轨中其中心轴做自转运动,所述的弧面支撑槽轨安装在底座上,在所述的弧面支撑槽轨的左侧下方设有液压缸,液压缸通过液压杆与弧面支撑槽轨的一侧相接,使其在辅助出料时可以向出料闸一侧倾斜,在所述的搅拌外筒内设有偏心搅拌轴,所述的偏心搅拌轴通过偏心搅拌轴电机传输动力,在所述的搅拌外筒的内壁和偏心搅拌轴的外壁均设有凸起搅拌刮,在所述的进料闸上方设有下料斗,所述的下料斗安装在横梁的下方,在横梁的上方设有输料箱,所述的输料箱外壁印有刻度尺,在所述的输料箱内均安装有下料电动搅拌辊,在输料箱的底部设有下料电磁阀,所述的横梁通过侧座进行固定,在所述的侧座侧部设有与变速箱相接的电动机,在所述的底座上设有控制器,在底座的侧面设有底座清扫口。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的控制器上设有电动机、下料电动搅拌辊和偏心搅拌轴电机的启闭控制电路,同时,设有下料电磁阀、进料闸、出料闸的开合控制电路,控制各闸阀的开合。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的出料闸的出口处呈斗状。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的偏心搅拌轴安装在搅拌外筒的筒壁与搅拌外筒中心轴的垂线中心处。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的凸起搅拌刮呈不规则大小的钢片状,不均匀分布在搅拌外筒的内壁和偏心搅拌轴的外壁上。
本发明的积极效果是:
1、本发明通过电动机、搅拌外筒和偏心搅拌轴的配合,可以对混凝土进行快速高效的搅拌,在同时偏心搅拌轴和凸起搅拌刮的共同作用下,可以有效防止混凝土结块,对混凝土的每个细部搅拌均匀且高效。
2、本发明通过通过输料箱、下料电动搅拌辊和下料电磁阀的作用,可以对混凝土配料进行准确配比,符合围垦堤坝对配比控制要求较高的特点,可以极大程度地利用各类优化剂,提高现拌混凝土的质量。

如图1、图2和图5所示,所述的凸起搅拌刮(10)呈不规则大小的钢片状,不均匀分布在搅拌外筒(5)的内壁和偏心搅拌轴(6)的外壁上。
在使用时,通过控制器对电动机(3)和偏心搅拌轴电机(61)的电路控制,可以对搅拌外筒(3)和偏心搅拌轴(6)反向转动,使原料在凸起搅拌刮(10)下交替滚动搅拌,均匀地进行混合,同时,通过输料箱(1)中的下料电动搅拌辊(11)和下料电磁阀(12)进行配合控制,观察输料箱(1)上的刻度,均匀控制下料,对各原料的下料量配比进行控制,有利于大型搅拌机在下料时,能够直观看到各原料的使用量,并及时补充,围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机能够适应多效工作,其具有结构巧妙,使用方便,可调节性强,机械化程度高的优点。

1.一种围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机,包括:输料箱、侧座、电动机、控制器、搅拌外筒、偏心搅拌轴、弧面支撑槽轨、底座、液压缸、凸起搅拌刮、下料电动搅拌辊、下料电磁阀、横梁、下料斗、变速箱、外筒传动齿轮、进料闸、出料闸、偏心搅拌轴电机、底座清扫口、液压杆,其特征在于:在围垦堤坝混凝土搅拌机上设有呈圆柱形的搅拌外筒,所述的搅拌外筒的侧面设有进料闸,在搅拌外筒的左侧设有外筒传动齿轮,所述的外筒传动齿轮通过传动链或传动皮带连接到变速箱上,所述的变速箱与电动机连接安装并通过控制器进行调节联动,在所述的搅拌外筒的另一侧设有一个出料闸,所述的搅拌外筒安装在弧面支撑槽轨内,可在弧面支撑槽轨中其中心轴做自转运动,所述的弧面支撑槽轨安装在底座上,在所述的弧面支撑槽轨的左侧下方设有液压缸,液压缸通过液压杆与弧面支撑槽轨的一侧相接,使其在辅助出料时可以向出料闸一侧倾斜,在所述的搅拌外筒内设有偏心搅拌轴,所述的偏心搅拌轴通过偏心搅拌轴电机传输动力,在所述的搅拌外筒的内壁和偏心搅拌轴的外壁均设有凸起搅拌刮,在所述的进料闸上方设有下料斗,所述的下料斗安装在横梁的下方,在横梁的上方设有输料箱,所述的输料箱外壁印有刻度尺,在所述的输料箱内均安装有下料电动搅拌辊,在输料箱的底部设有下料电磁阀,所述的横梁通过侧座进行固定,在所述的侧座侧部设有与变速箱相接的电动机,在所述的底座上设有控制器,在底座的侧面设有底座清扫口。
