Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wood product manufacturing, in particular to a process for improving the performance of a cork floor paint film.
Background
Cork flooring is known as the "pyramid tip consumption of flooring". The cork mainly grows on the coast of the mediterranean and the cork oak in the Qinling region of China at the same latitude, the raw material of the cork product is the bark of the cork oak (the bark can be regenerated, and the bark of the cork oak planted industrially on the coast of the mediterranean can be picked once in 7-9 years), and compared with a solid wood floor, the cork has the advantages of environmental protection (the whole process from the collection of the raw material to the production of a finished product), sound insulation, better moisture-proof effect and excellent foot feeling for people. The cork floor is soft, quiet, comfortable and wear-resistant, can provide a great buffering effect to the accidental fall of old people and children, and has a unique sound insulation effect and heat insulation performance, so that the cork floor is very suitable for being applied to places such as bedrooms, meeting rooms, libraries, recording sheds and the like.
The coating is widely popular with consumers as one of the important materials and methods for the surface decoration of cork floors. At present, the drying speed of a pure water-based primer and finish paint matching process is relatively slow, the operation time is long, and the problems of rib and burr expansion, poor sealing property, and relatively poor fullness, permeability and glossiness of a paint film easily occur, so that in order to improve the production efficiency and ensure the appearance quality of the paint film, the process of ultraviolet light curing primer and water-based single-component or double-component finish paint is frequently adopted in the market. The ultraviolet light curing paint promotes the initiator to decompose under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, generates free radicals, initiates resin reaction, instantly cures into a film, has no toxicity and no volatilization of harmful substances, but the method has complicated operation steps and higher brushing cost, and is not beneficial to the development of the technical field of wood product manufacture.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides the process for improving the performance of the cork floor paint film, the steps of the process are simple and easy to operate, the surface of the improved cork floor paint film is smoother, and the experience effect of people is greatly improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a process for improving the performance of a cork floor paint film comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sanding treatment: sanding the surface of the cork floor by using sand paper;
step two: and (3) drying: wiping the cork floor subjected to the sanding treatment in the step one clean by using a wet rag, then putting the cork floor into a drying box for drying treatment, and then putting the cork floor into a constant temperature and humidity box for balancing;
step three: priming paint brushing: after the cork floor is dried in the second step, coating primer on the cork floor;
step four: coating elastic paint by blade coating: manually blade-coating an elastic paint on the outer surface of the primer in the second step;
step five: surface pre-curing: placing the cork floor coated with the elastic paint in the fourth step in an oven for drying;
step six: hot-pressing and cold-setting: carrying out hot pressing on the dried cork floor in the fifth step, and then carrying out pressurized cooling forming after the hot pressing;
step seven: sanding: polishing the cork floor molded by hot pressing and cooling in the sixth step once by using water sand paper;
step eight: brushing finish: painting finish paint on the polished cork floor in the sixth step;
step nine: polishing: and D, polishing the cork floor coated with the finish paint in the step eight once by using water sand paper.
In the second step, the temperature inside the drying box and the constant temperature and humidity box is (100 +/-5) ° c, and the humidity inside the constant humidity box is (60 +/-5)%.
The amount of the primer in the third step is 80g per square meter, and the primer is dried at the temperature of (35 +/-5) DEG C after being coated, wherein the drying time is at least 2 days.
The temperature of the oven in the fifth step is (80 +/-5) DEG C, and the surface pre-curing time is 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The mesh number of the waterproof abrasive paper in the seventh step and the ninth step is between 240 and 400. The mesh number of the sandpaper refers to the thickness of the abrasive and the number of the abrasive per square inch, and the higher the mesh number, the finer the abrasive and the larger the number.
The primer in the third step is water-based cork primer; and the finish paint in the step eight is water-based cork finish paint.
And step six, the instrument used for hot pressing is a test hot press.
The test hot press is a single-layer hot press.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the process for improving the performance of the paint film of the cork floor sequentially comprises nine steps of sanding, drying, priming paint brushing, elastic paint blade coating, surface pre-curing, hot-pressing cold setting, sanding, finish paint brushing and polishing on the cork floor, so that the surface of the obtained cork floor is smoother, and the cork floor can be prevented from being directly scratched and scratched by hard objects; the moisture can be effectively prevented from permeating into the wood to cause rot; can effectively prevent the direct sunning of the sunlight to cause the cracking of the wood floor.
2. According to the process for improving the performance of the paint film of the cork floor, the cork floor is placed in the drying box and the constant-temperature and constant-humidity box for treatment, the drying box is used for completely volatilizing the residual moisture of the cork floor, the moisture residual is prevented from influencing the subsequent painting work, and the constant-humidity box is used for keeping the temperature and the humidity of the cork floor at the same level, so that the subsequent work is facilitated.
3. According to the process for improving the performance of the cork floor paint film, the cork floor is heated, heated and dried through surface pre-curing and hot-pressing cold setting, so that harmful substances in the primer are released as soon as possible, the cork floor paint film is convenient for people to use for a long time, and the environmental protection performance of the cork floor is improved.
