Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative materials, and particularly relates to an SPC decorative plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The interior decoration material is marble, wood board and glazed tile. The thick marble is beautiful, but is not suitable for indoor decoration because of radioactivity of individual marble, and the ground surface is too smooth and easy to slip when used as a floor tile; the wooden board is easy to deform when meeting water and is difficult to maintain; the laying of the glazed tile is troublesome. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a decorative material which has the advantages of beautiful appearance, water resistance, skid resistance, easy maintenance and simple laying, and is made of marble and wood boards.
The wood decorative board uses a large amount of natural tree species (such as dozens of species of water ash, oak, beech, maple, cherry and the like) as a root base, and has great damage to forest resources. Meanwhile, the veneer made of the decorative veneer or the artificial wood decorative veneer by a precise cutting or rotary cutting processing method is adhered to the base material, and is made by adopting an adhesive process and hot pressing, the formaldehyde content is generally higher, the veneer needs to be left for a longer time after indoor decoration, the veneer is easy to bubble when meeting water when used as a floor, and the maintenance cost is higher.
The stone plastic composite material (SPC) is formed by compounding a polymer, such as PP and PVC, with natural stone as an adhesive, and has become a new favorite for building decoration materials because of its advantages of water resistance, skid resistance, durability, no formaldehyde, etc. However, due to the use of materials such as PP and PVC, if a decorative film is added on the SPC substrate plate, the temperature of the pressing and sticking cannot exceed 120 ℃ through a hot pressing mode, otherwise the substrate will soften.
The melamine impregnated bond paper is prepared by soaking paper with different colors or textures in amino resin and drying to a certain curing degree; the triamine decorative board is formed by pressing and sticking melamine impregnated bond paper on a substrate board after hot pressing. The hot-pressing temperature of the melamine impregnated adhesive film paper needs to be 150-200 ℃, the pressing time is 20-30 seconds at the temperature of 200 ℃, and the pressing time is 5-8 minutes at the temperature of 150 ℃.
If the melamine impregnated bond paper is required to be pressed on the SPC board, the melamine impregnated bond paper is difficult to be pressed on the SPC board, the melamine impregnated bond paper cannot be well cured at the temperature lower than 150 ℃, the surface physical property is influenced, the SPC board is softened at the temperature higher than 120 ℃, and the melamine impregnated bond paper is extruded and thinned under the action of pressure, so that a reasonable technology is required to be found to fuse the melamine impregnated bond paper and the SPC board.
In the preparation process of the melamine impregnated bond paper, there are several key technical indexes: the sizing amount, the volatile matter and the pre-curing degree can be hot-pressed into a final product only if the three indexes are within the normal range; otherwise, various board surface problems can occur in hot pressing, such as dry flower, wet flower, scald, bright star, no stain resistance, no wear resistance, no scratch resistance and the like; and the melamine film adhesive paper is collided by a forklift in the transportation process to cause paper surface cracking. In the two cases, if the problem cannot be solved after the customer adjusts the melamine film adhesive paper by pressing, the melamine film adhesive paper can return to the manufacturer. The amino resin used in the inferior-quality adhesive film paper belongs to thermosetting resin and has irreversibility, so that the adhesive film paper has no method for regulating the sizing amount, volatile matters and the pre-curing degree by returning to a furnace, no good treatment method exists at present, the shelf life of the melamine adhesive film paper is 3 months, the melamine adhesive film paper cannot be digested for three months, the adhesive film paper becomes waste, and the adhesive film paper cannot be burnt, so that the adhesive film paper can only be treated as dangerous waste. How to utilize the adhesive film paper which is returned to be unusable is a problem to be solved by the industry.
In the prior art, a PVC decorative film is rolled on an SPC substrate, and the PVC decorative film is attached to an SPC substrate plate through a calender, but the physical properties of the PVC decorative film are much poorer than those of a melamine decorative film, such as scratch resistance, stain resistance, water vapor resistance and the like. And the calendering can only be used for simply embossing, and can not be used for pressing various textures like a melamine decorative film.
