Abstract
The invention discloses an SPC decorative plate and a preparation method thereof, comprising the steps of sequentially placing defective melamine impregnated bond paper, impregnated parchment paper, finished melamine impregnated bond paper and impregnated balance paper from bottom to top, carrying out hot pressing to obtain a melamine adhesive film plate, carrying out corona on the surface of an SPC substrate plate, then coating glue on the surface of the SPC substrate plate, and then placing the melamine adhesive film plate on the SPC substrate plate, and carrying out pressing at normal temperature to obtain the SPC decorative plate. The invention prepares the hard melamine film plate with high toughness, good wear resistance, scratch resistance, stain resistance and optional grain and certain thickness by hot-pressing and molding the defective melamine impregnated film paper, impregnated parchment paper, finished melamine impregnated film paper and the wear-resistant layer in advance, and then presses the melamine film plate on the SPC substrate plate through cold glue to obtain the SPC decorative plate with high performance, various touch feeling and beautiful appearance, thereby avoiding the problem of softening the SPC plate caused by direct hot pressing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative materials, and particularly relates to an SPC decorative plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The decoration materials selected for interior decoration are not marble, wood board or glazed tile. Thick marble is beautiful, but is not suitable for interior decoration because of radioactivity of individual marble, and the floor is too smooth and easy to slip when used as floor tile; the wood board is easy to deform when meeting water, and is not easy to maintain; the paving of the glazed tile is troublesome. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a decorative material which has both marble and wood board and is beautiful and elegant, waterproof and anti-skid, easy to maintain and simple to lay.
The wood decorative boards are all based on a large number of natural tree species (such as tens of varieties of fraxinus mandshurica, oak, beech, maple, cherry, etc.), and have great damage to forest resources. Meanwhile, the veneer made of decorative veneer or artificial wood decorative veneer is stuck on the base material by a precise cutting or rotary cutting processing method, and is made by adopting an adhesive process and hot pressing, and generally has higher formaldehyde content, needs to be left for a long time after indoor decoration, is easy to bubble when meeting water when being used as a floor, and has higher maintenance cost.
The stone plastic composite material (SPC) is formed by compounding a polymer such as PP and PVC as an adhesive and natural stone, and has the advantages of water resistance, skid resistance, durability, no formaldehyde and the like, so that the SPC becomes a new pet for building decoration materials. However, if a decorative film is to be added to the SPC substrate board due to the use of materials such as PP and PVC, the temperature of the pressing cannot exceed 120 ℃ by hot pressing, otherwise the substrate will soften.
The melamine impregnated bond paper is prepared by soaking paper with different colors or textures in amino resin, and drying to a certain degree of solidification; the triamine decorative board is formed by pressing melamine impregnated bond paper on a substrate board after hot pressing. The hot pressing temperature of the melamine impregnated bond paper needs to be 150-200 ℃, the pressing time of 200 ℃ is 20-30 seconds, the pressing time of 150 ℃ is 5-8 minutes.
If the melamine impregnated bond paper is to be pressed on an SPC board, the melamine impregnated bond paper cannot be well solidified below 150 ℃, the surface physical property is affected, the SPC board is softened above 120 ℃, and the melamine impregnated bond paper is extruded and thinned under the action of pressure, so that a reasonable technology needs to be found to fuse the melamine impregnated bond paper and the SPC board together.
In the preparation process of melamine impregnated bond paper, there are several key technical indexes: the sizing amount, volatile matters and pre-curing degree can be hot-pressed into a final product only if three indexes are in a normal range; otherwise, various board problems such as dry flowers, wet flowers, scalds, bright stars, dirt resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance and the like can occur in hot pressing; in addition, the melamine adhesive film paper has the problem that the paper surface is cracked when being knocked by a forklift in the transportation process. In the two cases, if the customer cannot solve the problem after the adjustment by pressing, the melamine adhesive paper can be returned to the manufacturer. The amino resin used in the adhesive film paper which becomes the defective product belongs to thermosetting resin and has irreversibility, so that the adhesive film paper has no method for adjusting the sizing amount, volatile matters and pre-curing degree by returning to the furnace, no good treatment method exists at present, the quality guarantee period of melamine adhesive film paper is 3 months, the melamine adhesive film paper is not digested in three months, the adhesive film paper becomes waste, and the adhesive film paper can not be burnt, so that the adhesive film paper can only be treated as dangerous waste. How to use the returned unusable adhesive film paper is a problem which needs to be solved by the industry.
In the prior art, a PVC decorative film is rolled on an SPC substrate, and the PVC decorative film is covered and stuck on an SPC substrate board by a calender, but the physical properties of the PVC decorative film are far poorer than those of a melamine decorative film, such as scratch resistance, pollution resistance, water vapor resistance and the like. And calendering can only simply make some embossings, and can not press various textures like a melamine decorative film.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art described above. Therefore, the invention provides the SPC decorative board and the preparation method thereof, waste melamine impregnated bond paper is utilized, and the melamine resin layer with more excellent performance is added on the SPC board.

Further, the drying is carried out by sequentially passing through four sections of ovens with the temperature of about 145 ℃, 160 ℃, 165 ℃ and 140 ℃, and the drying time of each section of oven is 6-8s.
In some embodiments of the invention, the impregnated balancing paper is balancing paper impregnated with a wear resistant melamine resin containing aluminum oxide. The gram weight of the balance paper is 18-20g/m 2 The sizing amount is 45-50g/m 2 。
In some embodiments of the invention, the impregnated balancing paper is made by the following method: adding aluminum oxide, a dedusting agent, a release agent, a penetrating agent and a curing agent into melamine resin, stirring to obtain wear-resistant melamine resin slurry, dipping balance paper into the wear-resistant melamine resin slurry, and drying to obtain the dipping balance paper.
