Description

External application medicine for treating cervical spondylosis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicament for treating cervical spondylosis, in particular to an external application traditional Chinese medicine powder prepared by taking Chinese herbal medicines as raw materials and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cervical spondylosis is a syndrome group of a series of clinical symptoms and signs caused by structural or functional damages of cervical spinal cord, nerve root and sympathetic nerve caused by cervical spinal canal or intervertebral foramen deformation and stenosis due to cervical degenerative changes and cervical vertebra hyperosteogeny. So it is also called cervical syndrome. The disease can occur at any age. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the cervical spondylosis belongs to the categories of neck stiffness, arthralgia syndrome, flaccidity syndrome, vertigo and the like in ancestral Chinese medicine. The diseases are mainly caused by chronic strain, trauma, inflammation and invasion of wind-cold-dampness, which are bound in tendons, vessels and bones, block channels and collaterals to ensure that qi and blood are not smooth, the channels are not communicated, or muscle is injured due to overstrain, deficiency of both qi and blood, malnutrition of muscles and bones and malnutrition of kidney deficiency.
The symptoms of cervical spondylosis are very rich, various and complex, and most patients begin to have mild symptoms and get worse gradually later. Some of the symptoms are also severe. Mainly manifested as neck and shoulder pain, dizziness and headache, numbness of upper limbs, muscular atrophy, spasm of both lower limbs, difficulty in walking, even paralysis of limbs, dysuria and constipation, and paralysis. The disease is serious, affects the daily life and study of people and brings serious trouble to the life of people.
At present, for the treatment of the diseases, western medicine generally uses pain-relieving or hormone medicines to relieve the disease condition by relieving pain and diminishing inflammation, but the treatment mode can only relieve exterior syndrome, does not treat the root cause, and is easy to relapse once suffering from other reasons such as wind cold, dampness and heat, fatigue and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment is considered to be milder by people all the time, has little harm to human bodies and is suitable for long-term conditioning, but at present, many traditional Chinese medicines in the market have high recurrence rate and slow effect on treating cervical spondylosis, and patients are difficult to insist on long-term use, so that the confidence of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment is lost.
The externally applied Chinese medicine powder is prepared with Chinese medicinal materials in the principle of meridian tropism and thick smell as guide and leading medicine to eliminate stagnation and reach disease focus. It has effects of promoting blood circulation, dispelling blood stasis, dredging channels and collaterals, inducing resuscitation, expelling pathogenic wind, and dispelling cold. Furthermore, the Chinese medicinal dry powder applied on the body surface stimulates nerve endings, expands blood vessels by reflection, promotes local blood circulation, improves the nutrition of peripheral tissues and achieves the purposes of detumescence, antiphlogosis and analgesia. Meanwhile, the medicine permeates to subcutaneous tissues at the affected part through skin and can generate higher medicine concentration locally, thereby playing stronger pharmacological action. However, the existing externally applied powder composition for treating cervical spondylosis has slow effect, and can not effectively eradicate diseases and relieve pain.

A certain girl, 38 years old, university teachers feel ache in the neck and distending pain in the back shoulders and cervical vertebra of the left side and the right side for a long time due to long-term work of bending over a table. The cervical spondylosis is confirmed by nuclear magnetic examination. The medicine in the first preferable formula is given once a day, symptoms are relieved immediately after the medicine is used once the day, after the medicine is used for 10 days continuously, the symptoms disappear, the activity is normal, and the curative effect is strengthened by taking 10 days continuously. Follow-up was not to date recurrent.
Example 2
Chuan in a, a software engineer, working before a computer for a long time causes cervical discomfort, pain in the upper inner corner of the right scapula is hard to endure for 3 years, and the pain is gradually aggravated. The effect is not obvious after the treatment of conventional acupuncture, massage, traction, cupping, external application and the like. The medicine treatment in the preferred formula II is given for 1 time every day, the symptoms are relieved after 5 days, the body can recover freely after 10 days, and the curative effect is strengthened after 15 days. Follow-up was not to date recurrent.
Example 3
Jiang Yi, women in 49 years old, the researchers had been admitted to the hospital for two years due to soreness and pain of the neck and back with soreness and pain of the left shoulder joint.
Two years ago, the patient had a long-term work at desk (10 hours/day) which resulted in the soreness, sleepiness and subsidence of the occiput, the whole neck and back, the spinal column margin of the scapula at both sides, the heavy top of the head, the frequent numbness of the thumb and the index finger at the left side, hypomnesis, nausea, tight eyelid and aching pain of the left shoulder joint. In 2017, the nuclear magnetism C5-6 is caused by herniation of intervertebral disc and degeneration of cervical vertebra. The fifth and sixth cervical intervertebral spaces are narrowed. The cervical spondylosis is primarily diagnosed by combining the medical history, symptoms, physical signs, physical examination and nuclear magnetic examination results of the patients, and the patients are admitted to the hospital.
At admission time conditions: soreness, tiredness, pain of the neck and back; the scapular spine is sour, deep and sleepy; stiffness of the connecting lines of the spinous processes of the third thoracic vertebrae to the seventh thoracic vertebrae; hair at the top of the head is heavy; pain in the left shoulder, abduction, limitation of backward extension; memory decline; pale with white coating and slippery and rapid pulse. The functional activity of neck: 15 degrees of anteflexion, 20 degrees of retroflexion, 10 degrees of left side flexion, 10 degrees of right side flexion, 45 degrees of left side rotation and 45 degrees of right side rotation, a capping test (+), a foramen intervertebrale extrusion test (+), a nerve root extrusion test (+), a cervical traction test (+), and an orthorhombic muscle fatigue test (+). Soft tissue examination: the upper line and the upper plane have swelling focus, are easy to press and have pain; strip-shaped and nodular lesions are arranged between the connecting lines of the spinous processes of the second thoracic vertebrae to the tenth thoracic vertebrae, the transverse process and the articular process, and are favored to be pressed; the thickened and cord-like focus is arranged between the connecting lines of the spinous processes of the second to seventh cervical vertebras, the transverse process and the articular process and on the upper part of the trapezius muscle, so that the user feels comfortable and acid and feels relaxed when the user feels loose.
The medicine treatment in the preferable formula III is given, the symptoms are relieved after 1 time per day and 6 days, the patient can take the next place to move, after 10 days, the symptoms disappear, the movement is normal, and the curative effect is strengthened by taking 10 days continuously. Follow-up was not to date recurrent.
General data, total 85 cases, all cases were outpatients, and the patients were confirmed to have cervical spondylosis by cervical X-ray radiography or CT examination. 45 men and 40 women in the group; 26 cases aged 25-40 years; 43 cases of 41-50 years old; age 51-60 years old 16 cases.
The diagnosis standard is that all cases accord with the diagnosis standard of cervical spondylosis in the diagnosis curative effect standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, ① symptoms are rotation vertigo, paroxysmal attack, abnormal feelings of head, neck, shoulders and the like, numbness and pain of upper limbs, soft lower limbs, unstable standing, chest distress, nausea, vomiting and the like, ② imaging examination is that all cases shoot cervical vertebra positive and side slices, the physiological curvature change of cervical vertebra of different procedures can be seen, the intervertebral space is narrowed, the posterior edge hyperosteogeny of the centrum and the sagittal diameter of the vertebral canal are reduced, 28 cases carry out cervical vertebra CT scanning, and the symptoms of intervertebral disc degeneration, vertebral canal stenosis and the like of different procedures and different ranges are displayed.
The drug treatment in the preferable formula III is given to 85 patients, 1 time per day, and the symptoms are relieved after 5-10 days, wherein the proportion is 87%. After 10 days of continuous use, all symptoms disappear, and the proportion of normal activity reaches 98 percent. The treatment effect is strengthened after continuously taking for 10 days, and the follow-up ratio of relapse prevention to the present is 92%.
The above examples prove that the external application medicine for treating cervical spondylosis has an average treatment period of 10 days in the treatment of mild and severe cervical spondylosis, and has a remarkable effect compared with the treatment period (more than 2 weeks) of the existing traditional Chinese medicine external application medicine. Moreover, the cycle is shortened, the cure rate is not reduced compared with the prior medicine, and the recurrence rate is low. The recurrence of the patients can be effectively inhibited in the case of lighter patients.
Example 4
This example is a control example, and the following drug tests were performed on the patients of examples 1 to 3, respectively:
control drug one:
100 parts of clematis root, turmeric, earthworm and grassleaf sweelflag rhizome respectively, 10 parts of frankincense, myrrh, notopterygium root, doubleteeth pubescent angelica root, divaricate saposhnikovia root, peach seed, ground beetle and safflower respectively and 7 parts of kansui root.
Control drug two:
100 parts of clematis root, turmeric and earthworm respectively, 10 parts of frankincense, myrrh, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root, divaricate saposhnikovia root, peach kernel and safflower respectively, 7 parts of kansui root and 5 parts of white pepper.
Control drug three:
100 parts of turmeric, earthworm and grassleaf sweelflag rhizome respectively, 10 parts of frankincense, myrrh, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root, divaricate saposhnikovia root, peach kernel, ground beetle and safflower respectively, 7 parts of kansui root and 5 parts of white pepper.
The preparation method of the reference medicament is the same as that of the third embodiment.
The patients of examples 1 to 3 were administered with the drugs of the above-mentioned control drugs one to three, respectively, 1 time per day.
Through comparative analysis:
compared with the first drug, the first drug can improve the functions of warming meridians and expelling wind-damp of clematis root, turmeric, earthworm, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root and divaricate saposhnikovia root by omitting white pepper, and has the concrete expression that: after 10 consecutive days, the symptoms of the patient of treatment example 1 were not completely disappeared and the activity was sometimes restricted, and after the administration was continued for 13 days, the symptoms disappeared. After 10 consecutive days, the patient of treatment example 2 recovered but sometimes had limited activity, indicating that the symptoms had not completely disappeared, and continued administration after day 13, the symptoms had disappeared. The symptoms did not disappear completely after 10 consecutive days for the patient of treatment example 3, and after 14 days for continued administration, the symptoms disappeared. Therefore, the white pepper adopted by the invention can enhance the effect of the monarch drug and shorten the treatment course.
In the second control drug, the Acorus gramineus soland and the eupolyphaga are omitted, so that the effect of inducing channels and dredging collaterals is obviously reduced, and the symptoms of the patient in the treatment example 1 are reduced on the 4 th day, and compared with the patient in the treatment example 1, the symptom reducing effect is achieved on the same day, and the time is obviously prolonged. The patient of treatment example 2 had a symptom-reducing effect on day 8, which was significantly longer than that on day 5 of example 2. The patient of treatment example 3 had a symptom-reducing effect on day 9, which was significantly longer than that on day 6 of example 3. Therefore, the addition of the grassleaf sweelflag rhizome and the eupolyphaga in the components can obviously improve the speed of the medicine directly reaching the focus, and the aim of taking effect quickly is fulfilled. However, the effect is not reported.
In contrast to the third drug, the radix clematidis is omitted, so that one of the main drugs is omitted, but the white pepper has a remarkable synergistic effect on the radix clematidis in the main drugs, so that after the drug is omitted, the symptoms of the patient treated in the treatment example 1 are not completely disappeared after 10 days of continuous use, the activity is sometimes limited, and after the patient continues to apply the drug for 11 days, the symptoms disappear. After 10 consecutive days, the patient of treatment example 2 recovered but sometimes had limited activity, indicating that the symptoms had not completely disappeared, and continued administration after day 12, the symptoms disappeared. After 10 consecutive days, the symptoms of the patient of treatment example 3 were not completely disappeared, and after the 12 th day, the symptoms disappeared by continued administration. It is demonstrated that although there is a function of white pepper in warming meridians and expelling wind-damp to promote the effect of turmeric, earthworm, notopterygium root, pubescent angelica root and ledebouriella root, it is not obvious and the effect of eliminating all symptoms can not be achieved in the 10 th day. Therefore, it can be said that the effect of pepper on warming meridians, dispelling wind-damp and improving the effect of clematis root is particularly remarkable.
The patients of the above 85 cases were treated with the preferred three prescriptions 1 time per day as the experimental group for cervical spondylosis. The control drug was administered to 85 patients for drug therapy 1 time per day as a first control. The control drug was used to treat 85 patients 1 time per day as the second control. The above 85 patients were treated with the drug three as a control, 1 time per day. See table 1 for details.

It can be further proved from table 1 that the external application medicine for treating cervical spondylosis has good cervical spondylosis treatment effect, and simultaneously, the key functions of white pepper, grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, ground beetle and clematis root in the external application medicine can be seen.
