Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, in particular to a biological processing method of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prepared from traditional Chinese medicines according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation method, and can be directly used as traditional Chinese medicines in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice. The general traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are prepared by steaming and frying at high temperature, and the toxicity contained in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can be reduced after the steaming and frying. However, the beneficial elements contained in the steamed and fried traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are reduced due to evaporation and decomposition under the action of high temperature, so that the drug effect is reduced.
In addition, in large pharmaceutical factories, due to large medicine yield and various medicine types, a large amount of Chinese herbal medicines need to be stocked in a medicine warehouse for continuous medicine production, so that the storage time of some Chinese herbal medicines is as long as several years, and for the aged medicinal materials, if the medicinal materials are directly processed by a normal Chinese herbal medicine decoction piece method without treatment, more toxins such as aspergillus flavus (AFB1) and the like are left in the processed medicinal materials. At present, no report on how old medicinal materials are processed into traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is reported.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a biological processing method of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine, which can significantly retain the beneficial components and the quality of the drug effect of traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, the biological processing method can effectively remove the toxicity of the traditional Chinese medicine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the biological processing method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
step1) cleaning: cleaning the medicinal materials with clear water, soaking in 0.5-1.5% sodium hydroxide solution for 60-80 s, adding hydrochloric acid solution into the sodium hydroxide solution to adjust pH to neutral, standing for 60-70 s, and cleaning with clear water to reach the purity requirement of pharmacopoeia;
step2) culturing rhodococcus: firstly, preparing an LB liquid culture medium, wherein each liter of deionized water is added with 10g of tryptone, 5g of yeast extract and 10g of NaCl10g, then the pH value is adjusted to 7.0 by sodium hydroxide, and the LB liquid culture medium is prepared after autoclaving at 120 ℃ for 25 min; putting the rhodococcus into an LB liquid culture medium to be cultured for 2-3 days to obtain a rhodococcus solution;
step3) biological processing: slicing the medicinal materials, putting the sliced medicinal materials into a rhodococcus solution, putting agar powder into the rhodococcus solution, fully mixing, wherein the concentration of the agar powder is 12-15g/L, and embedding the medicinal materials into slices for 18-25 hours at an ambient temperature of 27-38 ℃;
step4) drying: taking the medicinal material slices in the step3 out of the LB culture medium containing the rhodococcus, cleaning, putting the medicinal material slices into a dryer for drying, controlling the drying temperature to be 40-55 ℃, and performing a sterilization step after drying, thereby preparing the biological processed traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Further, the rhodococcus is rhodococcus erythropolis.
Further, in the step1, the medicinal materials are cleaned by clear water and then are put into a 1% sodium hydroxide solution for soaking for 70 seconds.
Further, the environment temperature of the LB medium embedding the medicinal material slices in the step3 is 35 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the biological processing method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces adopts a low-temperature biological processing technology, thereby effectively retaining the beneficial components contained in the traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, the toxicity of the traditional Chinese medicine is obviously removed through the efficient degradation of the rhodococcus to the AFB 1.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prepared by the biological processing method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces do not need to be processed at a high temperature, so that energy is saved.
