Wherein, the axial direction of the limiting groove 330 faces the box body 100. In other embodiments, the position-limiting portion 412 may have other shapes, and the corresponding position-limiting groove 330 may have other shapes.
In one embodiment, the engaging member 300 further has a moving slot 340 communicating with the limiting slot 330, and the moving slot 340 is located on one side of the limiting slot 330 facing the engaging direction a. The locking member 410 further includes a moving portion 414 connected to the limiting portion 412, the limiting portion 412 can move in the limiting groove 330 in a direction intersecting with the clamping direction a, so that the moving portion 414 is disposed in the moving groove 340 through a communication portion between the limiting groove 330 and the moving groove 340, and the moving portion 414 can move in the moving groove 340 in the clamping direction a.
When the position-limiting part 412 moves in the position-limiting groove 330 and is separated from the position-limiting groove 330, the moving part 414 can pass through the moving groove 340 from the connection position between the position-limiting groove 330 and the moving groove 340. When the moving portion 414 moves in the moving groove 340 along the clamping direction a, the relative clamping member 300 can move along the clamping direction a relative to the moving portion 414, so that the clamping member 300 can be separated from the clamping of the limiting member 110 along the clamping direction a, and the door body 200 can be conveniently opened. The stability that the joint piece 300 moved along the joint direction a can be improved by arranging the moving part 414, and meanwhile, the limiting part 412 is connected to the moving part 414, so that the limiting part 412 is conveniently reset through the moving part 414.
Specifically, the size of the position-limiting part 412 matches with the size of the position-limiting groove 330, and the size of the position-limiting groove 330 is larger than that of the moving groove 340. Because the position-limiting part 412 is inserted into the position-limiting groove 330, the position-limiting part 412 is prevented from entering the moving groove 340 from the connection between the position-limiting groove 330 and the moving groove 340, and the limiting effect of the position-limiting part 412 is prevented from being affected. In this embodiment, the diameter of the stopper groove 330 is larger than the width dimension of the moving groove 340. The width direction of the moving slot 340 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the position-limiting part 412.
Further, the moving portion 414 is disposed on a side of the limiting portion 412 opposite to the box 100. When the locking member 410 is pushed to move toward the box 100, the position-limiting portion 412 is disengaged from the position-limiting groove 330, and the moving portion 414 gradually penetrates through the position-limiting groove 330. When the moving portion 414 is aligned with the connection between the limiting groove 330 and the moving groove 340, the moving portion 414 can pass through the moving groove 340 from the connection. When the limitation on the clamping piece 300 needs to be removed, the limitation can be achieved only by installing the locking piece 410, the moving process is stable, and the operation is convenient.
In an embodiment, a first pressing hole is formed on a side of the door 200 opposite to the fastening member 300, and the first pressing hole is communicated with the limiting groove 330. The locking member 410 further includes a pressing portion 416, the pressing portion 416 is disposed on a side of the moving portion 414 opposite to the limiting portion 412, and the pressing portion 416 is disposed in the first pressing hole and can move in the first pressing hole in a direction toward the box 100. Because the first pressing hole is formed in the door body 200, when the door body is used, the pressing portion 416 is pressed through the first pressing hole only by the side of the door body 200 opposite to the box body 100, and the limiting portion 412 is pushed by the moving portion 414 to move towards the box body 100, so that the operation process is convenient.
Specifically, the first mounting hole and the limiting groove 330 are coaxially arranged, so that the stability of the pressing portion 416 driving the limiting portion 412 to move is further improved. In other embodiments, the first mounting hole and the limiting groove 330 may not be arranged coaxially, as long as the movement of the limiting part 412 in the limiting groove 330 can be realized.
In an embodiment, the cooking appliance 10 further includes a handle 500, the handle 500 is installed on a side of the door body 200 opposite to the clamping member 300, a second pressing hole 510 is formed in the handle 500, the limiting groove 330 is communicated with the second pressing hole 510 through the first pressing hole, and the pressing portion 416 penetrates through the first pressing hole and is disposed in the second pressing hole 510. Since the pressing portion 416 further penetrates through the second pressing hole 510, when the handle 500 is held during use, the pressing portion 416 is pressed through the second pressing hole 510 to push the limiting portion 412 to move towards the box body 100, so as to be separated from the limitation of the limiting groove 330, thereby realizing one-hand operation and further improving the convenience of opening the door.
Of course, in other embodiments, the second pressing hole 510 may be omitted, and the movement of the locking member 410 may be directly performed through the first pressing hole.
In this embodiment, the limiting portion 412, the moving portion 414 and the pressing portion 416 of the locking member 410 are integrally formed, so that the structure of the locking member 410 can be simplified, the structural stability of the locking member 410 can be improved, and the processing cost can be reduced. In another embodiment, the stopper portion 412, the moving portion 414, and the pressing portion 416 may be separate components, and the stopper portion 412 and the pressing portion 416 may be attached to the moving portion 414 by a connection method such as screw connection, gluing, or welding.
