The switch member 23 may be provided in a plate-shaped structure, and a pushing surface thereof contacting with the hand may be provided in an arc-shaped surface, so that the user is more comfortable when pushing the switch member 23. In some embodiments, a frosted surface may be further disposed on the pushing surface to enhance friction and prevent the user's hand from slipping off the operating surface when pushing the switch member 23.
As shown in fig. 5, when the door 10 is closed relative to the box 200, the switch 23 can be controlled to move the sliding portion 21 to the first position a, and the hook 22 slides synchronously with the sliding portion 21, so that the hook 22 can be clamped at the position of the limiting portion 201. At this moment, the door 10 is locked relative to the cabinet 200, and when the user pulls the door 10 outward, the door 10 cannot be opened, so as to avoid the situation that the user is scalded due to the door 10 being opened by mistake in the cooking process.
It should be noted that, an end of the hook 22 opposite to the sliding portion 21 is formed with a barb structure 223, and the barb structure 223 may be formed by bending an end of the hook 22 toward the door 10. When the door 10 is closed relative to the cabinet 200 and the sliding part 21 is at the first position a, the limiting part 201 is clamped at the barb structure 223. Barb structure 223 can with spacing portion 201 more firmly the joint cooperation in order to better restrict the door body 10 and opened, further promoted cooking appliance 1000's security performance.
As shown in fig. 6, after cooking, when a user wants to open the box 200, the switch 23 can be controlled to slide the sliding portion 21 to the second position B, the hook 22 will also slide synchronously with the sliding portion 21, and the hook 22 can be disengaged from the position-limiting portion 201, that is, the barb structure 223 is also disengaged from the position-limiting portion 201. At this time, the door 10 is in an unlocked state with respect to the box 200, and the user pulls the door 10 to open the box 200. The condition that the user is scalded due to the fact that the door body 10 is opened by mistake can be better avoided through multi-step operation, particularly, a child can be better prevented from opening the door body 10 to be scalded in the cooking process, and the safety of the cooking appliance 1000 is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the hook 22 includes a connection arm 221 and a clamping portion 222, the connection arm 221 is connected to the sliding portion 21, the clamping portion 222 is bent and extended from an end of the connection arm 221 away from the sliding portion 21 to form a barb structure 223, the clamping portion 222 is configured to be clamped on the position-limiting portion 201 when the sliding portion 21 is at the first position a, and the clamping portion 222 is configured to be separated from the position-limiting portion 201 when the sliding portion 21 is at the second position B.
Thus, the hook 22 can be engaged with the limiting portion 201 through the engaging portion 222 to lock the door 10 and the box 200, so as to prevent the user from directly pulling the door 10.
Specifically, the connection arm 221 extends from the sliding portion 21 toward the inner side of the door body 10, the engaging portion 222 is bent and extends from one end of the connection arm 221 opposite to the sliding portion 21, and the barb structure 223 can be located on the engaging portion 222. The sliding portion 21, the connecting arm 221 and the engaging portion 222 can be integrally formed by injection molding, so that the connection between the sliding portion 21 and the connecting arm can be firmer, and the restriction effect on the door body 10 is better. Of course, the connection may be realized in other manners, and the present application is not limited thereto.
The door body 10 can control the clamping fit between the clamping part 222 and the limiting part 201 by controlling the sliding part 21, so as to control the locking and unlocking of the door body 10 relative to the refrigerator body 200. When the door body 10 is closed relative to the box 200 and the sliding portion 21 is located at the first position a, the engaging portion 222 can be clamped on the limiting portion 201 to limit the door body 10 to be opened relative to the box 200, so that the door body 10 is in a locked state, and the door body 10 is prevented from being opened by mistake. When the sliding portion 21 is slid from the first position a to the second position B, the engaging portion 222 can be disengaged from the stopper portion 201, the door 10 is in an unlocked state, and the door 10 can be opened with respect to the box 200 by an external force.

Specifically, the number of the hooks 22 may be two, three, four, or the like, for example, two hooks 22 are arranged at intervals along the sliding direction of the sliding portion 21, and the extending directions of the two hooks 22 are the same. Correspondingly, the number of the limiting parts 201 on the box body 200 corresponds to the number and the positions of the hooks 22.
The sliding part 21 can drive a plurality of hooks 22 to move simultaneously when sliding, so as to be clamped or separated from the limiting part 201, and then a user only needs to push the sliding part 21 to control the movement of the hooks 22 when operating, and the operation mode is simple and convenient. Meanwhile, when the door 10 is closed relative to the cabinet 200, the hooks 20 can lock the door 10 and the cabinet 200 more firmly, thereby further preventing the door 10 from being directly pulled open.
The end portions of the hooks 22 may be provided with a barb structure 223, or the end portions of some hooks 22 may be smoothly provided, and the end portions of some hooks 22 are provided with a barb structure 223. It should be noted that the end of at least one hook 22 of the hooks 22 is provided with a barb structure 223 so that the hook 22 can be better clamped and matched with the position-limiting portion 201, and the door body 10 is prevented from being directly pulled open.

In this way, the door 10 can be switched between the locking and unlocking states by the driving surface 2331 and the driven surface 2311 cooperating with each other to move the engaging member 20 between the first position a and the second position B.
Specifically, when the operation member 233 is pressed toward the connection section 231, the driving surface 2331 can play a certain guiding role, so that the driven surface 2311 can slide along the driving surface 2331, and the connection section 231 is driven by the operation member 233 to move upward, so as to drive the engaging member 20 to move upward, so that the engaging hook 22 is unlocked from the limiting portion 201.
Both the driving surface 2331 and the driven surface 2311 may be flat surfaces, and the operation of the operation part 233 to the holding surface 311 may be performed smoothly, and the operation may be performed smoothly by better engagement between the two.
Of course, at least one of the driving surface 2331 and the driven surface 2311 may be curved. For example, the driving surface 2331 is a curved surface that protrudes toward the driven surface 2311, or the driven surface 2311 is a curved surface that protrudes toward the driving surface 2331, so that the driving surface and the driven surface can be well matched and slid to make the operation smoother. The present application is not limited to the configuration of drive face 2331 and driven face 2311.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments, the door body structure 100 includes a sheath 40, the sheath 40 is disposed between the switch member 23 and the door handle 30, the sheath 40 abuts against the door handle 30 when the sliding portion 21 is at the first position a or the second position B, and the sheath 40 is a shock-absorbing material.
Thus, when the user pushes the switch member 23 to move, the sheath 40 can reduce the collision sound between the switch member 23 and the door handle 30, and can prevent the switch member 23 from being damaged due to excessive pushing force, thereby protecting the switch member 23 to a certain extent.
Specifically, sheath 40 can be made by rubber materials, and rubber materials has better pliability, and then can play better shock attenuation effect, and rubber materials also has better sound absorption nature simultaneously, and then can play fine noise reduction effect. When a user uses the door in a quieter environment, the sheath 40 can effectively reduce the collision between the switch piece 23 and the door handle 30 and the collision sound generated during the collision in the process of pushing the switch piece 23 to open and close the door body 10, and cannot affect other people. The sheath 40 may be made of other materials capable of absorbing shock, and the application is not limited to the forage of the sheath 40.
In some embodiments, a sealing member may be disposed between the door 10 and the box 200, and the sealing member may have a good sealing effect when the door 10 is closed relative to the box 200, and meanwhile, the sealing member may also have a noise reduction effect, so as to prevent the door 10 from directly colliding with the box 200 and making a loud sound when the door is closed.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, a sheath 40 is disposed over the switch member 23. In this way, the sheath 40 not only can play a role of shock absorption and noise reduction, but also can make the user more comfortable when pushing the switch member 23.
Specifically, the shape of the sheath 40 may be adapted to the shape of the switch 23, and the sheath 40 is sleeved on the switch 23. When the user pushes the switch member 23, the sheath 40 can reduce the noise generated by the collision between the door handle 30 and the switch member 23 when the switch member 23 is pushed in place, and can also protect the switch member 23 better.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the protective cover 40 extends obliquely upward from the door handle 30 toward the door body 10. Specifically, the pressing surface of the sheath 40 toward the accommodating space 33 may be provided obliquely upward from the door knob 30 toward the door body 10. Thus, when the user pushes the switch piece 23 by pressing the sheath 40, the pressing force can be decomposed into upward and outward forces under the inclined structure of the sheath 40, and then the door body 10 can be opened in the same direction when the switch piece 23 is pressed to open the door, so that the door opening process is more convenient and the hand feeling when the switch piece 23 is pressed is more comfortable.
Of course, in other embodiments, the sheath 40 may be provided to extend obliquely downward from the door handle 30 toward the door body 10. Specifically, the pressing surface of the sheath 40 toward the accommodating space 33 may be provided obliquely downward from the door knob 30 toward the door body 10. Thus, when the user pushes the switch piece 23 by pressing the sheath 40, the pressing force can be decomposed into a force toward the upper side and a force toward the inner side under the inclined structure of the sheath 40, and then the inward pushing force is provided when the switch piece 23 is pressed to open the door, so that the hook 22 can be better separated from the limiting part 201, and the situation that the hook 22 is clamped and is difficult to press is avoided.
The inclination direction of the sheath 40 is not limited in the present application, and can be set selectively according to actual conditions. Preferably, the sheath 40 extends obliquely upward from the door handle 30 to facilitate opening the door.
In some embodiments, the sheath 40 is shaped to be grasped by a user's hand. For example, the sheath 40 includes a concave fitting curve facing downward and upward, and the shape of the fitting curve can be adapted to the shape of the finger, so that the user can feel more comfortable when pressing, and the hand is prevented from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the door structure 100 further includes a reset piece 50, the reset piece 50 connects the door 10 and the sliding portion 21, and the reset piece 50 is configured to provide a force to the sliding portion 21 from the second position B to the first position a.
So, the piece that resets 50 has the pulling force to the first position A direction to sliding part 21, when there is not external force to promote sliding part 21, sliding part 21 can remain throughout in first position A department, and then the cooperation of the joint with spacing portion 201 that pothook 22 can be better when the door body 10 is closed, further avoid the door body 10 directly to pull open, reinforcing security.
Specifically, the restoring member 50 may be a spring, an elastic cord, or the like. One end of the reset piece 50 is connected to the sliding portion 21, and the other end is fixed to the door body 10, and the reset piece 50 always has a certain pulling force on the sliding portion 21, so that the sliding portion 21 can always be kept at the first position a when no external force is pushed.
When the door 10 needs to be opened, the user needs to push the switch 23 to overcome the elastic force of the reset piece 50, so that the sliding part 21 slides to the second position B and then pulls the door 10, and after the door 10 is opened and the external force is removed, the sliding part 21 slides back to the first position a under the pulling force of the reset piece 50.
When the door body 10 needs to be closed, the user needs to push the switch piece 23 to overcome the elastic force of the reset piece 50 to slide the sliding portion 21 to the second position B and then push the door body 10, after the external force is removed, the reset piece 50 can pull the sliding portion 21 to slide to the first position a, and the switch piece 23 does not need to be pushed again to slide the sliding portion 21 to the second position B. The sliding part 21 can be kept at the first position a under the pulling force of the reset piece 50, and the user is prevented from directly pulling the door body 10.
In some embodiments, the end of the hook 22 opposite to the sliding portion 21 may be formed with a guide surface, which is obliquely disposed for guiding the stopper portion 201 to slide inwards the hook 22 when the door body 10 is closed. In this way, when the user closes the door 10, the user can directly push the door 10 to close, the guide surface can guide the limiting portion 201 to directly slide to the barb structure 223 of the hook 22, and the sliding portion 21 can pull the sliding portion 21 to slide back to the first position a under the pulling force of the reset piece 50, so that the door 10 is relatively locked.
Certainly, in the mode that the user directly promoted the door body 10 closure, because joint piece 20 does not have external force to support, joint piece 20 can collide and produce the sound with the door body 10 under the effect that resets 50, and then avoids directly promoting the door body 10 and directly closing the door when the circumstances that needs silence to avoid producing the influence to other people.
