The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the application.
A door assembly of a cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 10 to 12, the door assembly of the cooking appliance 100 includes a door body 110, a latch hook 120, a reset member 140, and a knob 130.
In the present embodiment, the door body 110 is configured to be capable of being opened and closed on the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100, so as to form a cooking cavity 151 with the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100, thereby performing heat preservation and insulation functions. In some examples, the door 110 may further be provided with a perspective window to facilitate viewing the status of food in the main unit 150; the door body 110 may also be provided with a control panel for controlling the operation of the electric appliances in the host 150; door body 110 can also be provided with a door handle, which can facilitate the user to pull door body 110.
The latch hook 120 may be used to lock the door body 110 and the host 150, and the latch hook 120 may be made of metal or plastic, for example, in some embodiments, the latch hook 120 is made of plastic, wherein the plastic may include, but is not limited to, PP (Polypropylene), POM (polyoxymethylene), PC (Polycarbonate).
In this embodiment, the latch hook 120 is pivotally mounted to the first frame 114 of the door body 110 about a first axis between a first position in which the latch hook 120 is adapted to latch with the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100 and a second position in which the latch hook 120 is adapted to unlatch with the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100.
The latch hook 120 is pivotally mounted on the first frame 114 of the door body 110 around the first axis, the first frame 114 can be connected with the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100, when the latch hook 120 moves to the first position, the latch hook 120 can be locked and limited with the main machine 150 of the cooking appliance 100, and at the moment, the door assembly is in a locked state and cannot be opened; when the latch hook 120 is moved to the second position, the latch hook 120 is unlocked and disengaged from the main unit 150 of the cooking appliance 100, and the door assembly is in an unlocked state and can be opened.
At least a portion of the latch hook 120 protrudes from the back plate 112 of the door body 110.
The back plate 112 of the door body 110 is a panel of the door body 110 facing the main machine 150, at least part of the latch hook 120 extends out of the back plate 112 of the door body 110, the part of the latch hook 120 extending out of the back plate 112 is used for locking and limiting with the front plate 152 of the main machine 150, the front plate 152 of the main machine 150 is used for abutting against the back plate 112 of the door body 110, and the latch hook 120 is arranged to extend out of the back plate 112 of the door body 110, so that the front and side surfaces of the door body 110 are not protruded, and the front and side surfaces of the door body 110 are more attractive. In addition, after the door body 110 is opened, since the side edge of the door body 110 does not have a protruding portion, the latch hook 120 is prevented from accidentally injuring a human body.
The first axis is parallel to a normal to a side of the first bezel 114.
The normal line of the side surface of the first frame 114 is a line perpendicular to the side surface because the first axis is parallel to the normal line of the side surface of the first frame 114, and the latch hook 120 rotates in a direction parallel to the side surface of the first frame 114.
The reset element 140 is elastically connected between the latch hook 120 and the door body 110, and the reset element 140 is used for driving the latch hook 120 to maintain the first position.
The reset member 140 is elastically coupled between the latch hook 120 and the door body 110 to apply an elastic force to the latch hook 120, so that the latch hook 120 is maintained at the first position. When the hand leaves the operation section, the latch hook 120 returns to the first position under the driving of the reset element 140, and when the door body 110 is closed, the latch hook 120 can be locked with the host 150 of the cooking utensil 100, so as to fix the door assembly.
The knob 130 is coupled to the shackle 120 for at least driving the shackle 120 from the first position to the second position.
The knob 130 is connected to the latch hook 120, wherein a rotation axis of the knob 130 may coincide with the first axis, and the latch hook 120 rotates synchronously with the knob 130 when the knob 130 is rotated, and the knob 130 is manually operated to drive the latch hook 120 to rotate from the first position to the second position.
It should be noted that, the latch hook 120 of the present application may be a safety lock of the cooking apparatus 100, that is, the latch hook 120 is a first lock of the cooking apparatus 100, a user may not release the first lock by directly pulling a door, and the cooking apparatus 100 itself has an elastic door lock, which is a second lock of the cooking apparatus 100, and the user may release the elastic door lock by pulling a door handle outward with a small force.
In actual implementation, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 15, the latch hook 120 is kept at the first position by the force of the reset member 140, the latch hook 120 is locked with the host 150, and the door assembly cannot be opened. When the door is opened, the knob 130 is manually rotated first, the latch hook 120 is driven to rotate to the second position, so that the latch hook 120 and the host 150 are in an unlocking state, as shown in fig. 8, 9 and 16, the first unlocking is completed, the door assembly is pulled to be separated from the host 150, the second unlocking is realized, and after the unlocking is performed by two operations, the door assembly completes the opening action. When the door is closed, the door assembly is closed on the host 150, the latch hook 120 is restored to the first position under the action of the reset member 140 and is locked with the host 150, and the door assembly cannot be opened, so that the door assembly is closed.
According to the door assembly provided by the embodiment of the application, the lock hook 120 and the reset piece 140 are arranged to lock the door assembly with the main machine 150 of the cooking utensil 100 through the lock hook 120, when the door is opened, the operation section is controlled to drive the lock hook 120 to unlock, then the door assembly is pulled to be separated from the main machine 150, the door assembly can be opened after two operations, the door assembly can be prevented from being opened by a child by touching by mistake, the risk that the child is scalded by high-temperature food in the cooking utensil 100 or dangerous articles are put into the cooking utensil 100 is reduced, and the opening and closing operations are simple.
As shown in fig. 2 and 11, according to some embodiments of the present application, the first bezel 114 is a bezel opposite to the pivot axis of the door body 110.
One frame of the door body 110 is pivotally connected to the host 150, and the pivot axis is an axis of the door body 110 that rotates on the host 150 relative to the host 150, and the door body 110 may be connected to the host 150 by a pin 123. The first frame 114 is a frame opposite to the frame where the pivot axis of the door body 110 is located, and by installing the latch hook 120 on the first frame 114, two fixing positions of the door body 110 and the host 150 are arranged on two frames opposite to the door body 110, so that the connection between the door body 110 and the host 150 is more stable.
In the present embodiment, the door handle may be disposed near the first frame 114 according to a position where a human body is most likely to exert a force to open the door.
As shown in fig. 2 and 11, according to some embodiments of the present application, the pivot axis of the door body 110 may be located at the lower rim of the door body 110, and the first rim 114 may be the upper rim of the door body 110.
The pivot axis of the door body 110 is located at the lower frame of the door body 110, so that the door body 110 is in a downward opening arrangement, the first frame 114 is an upper frame of the door body 110, the latch hooks 120 are correspondingly arranged at the positions of the upper frame, and correspondingly, the sliding blocks are also located at the upper frame, so that manual operation is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, since the first frame 114 is disposed in the lateral direction such that the first axis is disposed in the vertical direction, the latch hook 120 is pivotally mounted to the first frame 114 about the vertical direction.
Through setting up door body 110 to the downwardly opening door, it is easier to pull down according to the operating habit of manpower, and can be used for holding food after the door body 110 is opened, can prevent that food from dropping when food scalds very much.
