The portion of the door hook 130 extending out of the back plate is used to be buckled with the buckling piece 140, so that the door body 120 can be locked relative to the host 110, and the door body 120 is more attractive by arranging the latch hook 150 to extend out of the back plate of the door body 120. In addition, after the door 120 is opened, no protruding portion is formed on the side of the door 120, so that the latch hook 150 is prevented from accidentally damaging a human body.
And a fastener 140, wherein the fastener 140 is pivotally mounted to the main body 110 and can be used to fasten with the door hook 130.
In the actual cooking process, the cooking cavity 111 needs to be closed, and the door 120 and the host 110 are locked by enabling the buckling piece 140 to be buckled with the door hook 130, so that the safety and reliability are realized.
The latch hook 150 is rotatably mounted on the host 110 around a first axis between a first position and a second position, the latch hook 150 is suitable for locking with the fastener 140 in the case of the first position, the latch hook 150 is suitable for unlocking with the fastener 140 in the case of the second position, and the door hook 130 is used for driving the fastener 140 to rotate in a direction separating from the door hook 130 in the case that the fastener 140 is unlocked and the door body 120 rotates in the door opening direction.
By enabling the lock hook 150 to achieve locking of the buckling piece 140 at the first position, driving the lock hook 150 to rotate from the first position to the second position, achieving first unlocking of the cooking utensil 100, and controlling the door 120 again, enabling the buckling piece 140 and the door hook 130 to be unlocked, pulling the door 120, enabling the door 120 to be separated from the main machine 110 of the cooking utensil 100 to be opened, achieving that two-step unlocking operation is needed for opening the door 120, and improving safety.
The latch hook 150 may be made of metal or plastic, for example, in some embodiments, the latch hook 150 is made of plastic, wherein the plastic may include, but is not limited to, PP (Polypropylene), POM (polyoxymethylene), PC (Polycarbonate).
The operating portion 160, the operating portion 160 may be connected to the latch hook 150, at least for driving the latch hook 150 to rotate from the first position to the second position.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the operation part 160 protrudes outward from the door body 120 to facilitate manual operation, and the door body 120 is separated from the main body 110 of the cooking appliance 100 only by pulling the door body 120 by manually controlling the operation part 160 to drive the latch hook 150 to rotate from the first position to the second position, thereby realizing the first unlocking of the cooking appliance 100 and controlling the door body 120 again, so that the fastening member 140 is disengaged from the door hook 130.
In actual implementation, the user may put food to be cooked into the cooking cavity 111, after the food is cooked, the user may apply a force to the operation portion 160, where the applied force may be a pressure or a pulling force, so that the latch hook 150 starts to rotate from the first position until the latch hook 150 rotates to reach the second position, at this time, the first lock of the cooking apparatus 100 is released, meanwhile, the user holds the door handle 121, and may pull the door body 120 outwards with a smaller force, so that the fastener 140 and the door hook 130 are released from the lock, at this time, the door body 120 and the main machine 110 of the cooking apparatus 100 may be correspondingly unlocked, the user may take out the cooked food after opening the door body 120, and after closing the door body 120, the fastener 140 and the door hook 130 may be locked again, so that the door body 120 and the main machine 110 of the cooking apparatus 100 may be locked again.
According to the cooking utensil 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, by utilizing the double-layer lock design, a user can unlock the door in two steps, so that the risk that a child is scalded due to opening and contact with heated food and beverage is reduced; meanwhile, the child lock is simple in integral structure, convenient and quick to operate and low in cost, and the practicability and economy of the device are greatly improved.
It should be noted that the cooking apparatus 100 may include, but is not limited to, a microwave oven, an oven, a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, etc., for example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking apparatus 100 is a microwave oven.
In addition, the connection between the operation portion 160 and the latch hook 150 may include, but is not limited to, interference connection, pin connection, or adhesion, for example, in some embodiments, the connection between the operation portion 160 and the latch hook 150 is interference connection.
In practical implementation, the operation portion 160 may be at least partially exposed to the outside for convenience of user operation, when the door 120 needs to be opened to take out food after cooking, the door 120 is in a closed state and the latch hook 150 is located at the first position, the user may operate the operation portion 160 to rotate the latch hook 150 toward the second position until the latch hook 150 reaches the second position, at this time, the first lock of the cooking apparatus 100 is released, the user holds the door handle 121, and the door 120 may be pulled outwards with a small force, and with the release of the second lock, the door 120 and the main machine 110 of the cooking apparatus 100 may be correspondingly unlocked.
In the related art, in order to prevent the child from opening the door by mistake, some cooking apparatuses are also provided with a child lock structure, the child lock structure is mounted on the door body, at least part of the child lock structure extends out of a side plate of the door body and is clamped with a main machine of the cooking apparatus, and meanwhile, an operation part of the child lock structure is arranged below a front plate of the door body.
However, in practical application, the above scheme has a few drawbacks: because the child lock structure is positioned on the side plate of the door body, the side plate of the door body needs to be grooved for the child lock structure to extend out, so that impurities and dirt are easy to enter the door body, and the difficulty of cleaning the cooking utensil is increased; secondly, the operation part is arranged on the front plate facing the user, and the height of the operation part is lower, so that children can easily touch the operation part, and the protection effect of the child lock is slightly weakened.
According to the cooking utensil 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the lock hook 150 and the operation part 160, a mechanical child lock structure is added on the basis of an original door opening system, so that before the door opening action is completed, the child lock must be released first, the whole door opening action can be completed, the child is prevented from being scalded by touching heated food after opening the door body 120, and the safety and reliability of the whole cooking utensil 100 are improved.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the first axis is perpendicular to the pivot axis of the clasp 140.
When the latch hook 150 is driven to rotate, only the operation part 160 needs to rotate around the first axis, so that the operation part 160 does not displace in the direction of the first axis, the volume of the main machine 110 can be reduced to a certain extent, and the volume of the cooking utensil 100 is small and attractive.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pivot axis of the door 120 is located at the lower portion of the host 110, so that the door 120 is in a downward opening configuration, the fastener 140 is mounted at the upper side portion of the host 110, the latch hook 150 is correspondingly disposed at the upper side portion of the host 110, and the operation portion 160 is correspondingly located at the upper side portion of the host 110, so that manual operation is facilitated. At least a portion of the door hook 130 protrudes from the back plate of the door body 120.
In practical implementation, based on the fact that the pivot axis of the door 120 is located at the lower portion of the main machine 110, and considering the door opening force of the user, the door handle 121 may be installed at a position of the door 120 near the upper portion of the main machine 110, the corresponding fastener 140 may be installed at the upper side portion of the main machine 110, when the door 120 needs to be opened to take out food after cooking is completed, the user may rotate the operation portion 160, the operation portion 160 may drive the latch hook 150 to rotate about the first axis (i.e., the axis extending leftwards and rightwards) until the latch hook 150 rotates from the first position to the second position, at this time, the first lock of the cooking appliance 100 is released, meanwhile, the user may hold the door handle 121 and may pull the door 120 with a small force, the upper end of the door 120 may disengage from the main machine 110 of the cooking appliance 100 and may rotate downwards about the pivot axis, and with release of the second lock, the door 120 and the main machine 110 of the cooking appliance 100 may also be correspondingly unlocked.
Second, since the operation portion 160 needs to drive the latch hook 150, and the latch hook 150 may be suitable for unlocking or locking the fastener 140, the operation portion 160 needs to be disposed adjacent to the fastener 140, and in the above embodiment, the fastener 140 may be mounted on an upper side of the host 110, so that the operation portion 160 is not directly facing the user, and the height of the operation portion 160 is high, so that it is difficult for a child to easily reach the operation portion 160, and safety of the child lock structure is ensured.
The cooking utensil 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application accords with the habit of applying force to a human body through the unlocking structural design of the downward opening door. The whole cooking utensil 100 occupies smaller space, improves the volume utilization rate, and is convenient for overall layout; meanwhile, the door 120 of the sliding door type can be used as a scalding food for transition and just cooking, so that a user can conveniently take and put the food, and the experience of the whole machine is optimized.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 8, the latch hook 150 includes a mounting arm 151 and a hook body 152.
The mounting arm 151 is rotatably mounted on the main unit 110 about a first axis, and one side of the mounting arm 151 on the first axis is connected to the operation unit 160.
When an external force is applied to the operation portion 160, the external force applied to the operation portion 160 includes a pressure and a tension, and when the external force applied to the operation portion 160 is the pressure, the operation portion 160 moves toward the main body 110, and the mounting arm 151 moves away from the main body 110 at the other side of the first axis. Or, when the external force applied to the operating portion 160 is a pulling force, the operating portion 160 moves away from the host 110, and then the mounting arm 151 is located at the other side of the first axis and moves towards the host 110, which is simple in structure and easy to operate.
The hook body 152. The hook body 152 is suitable for locking engagement with the fastener 140. The hook body 152 is connected to the mounting arm 151 on the other side of the first axis.
Referring to fig. 5, since the hook body 152 is connected to the mounting arm 151 at the other side of the first axis, the latch hook 150 moves synchronously with the mounting arm 151 at the other side of the first axis, thereby locking or unlocking the fastener 140.
Referring to fig. 2, the main body 110 includes a liner 112, a mounting frame 113, and a cover 114.
Specifically, the liner 112 has a cooking cavity 111, and the cooking cavity 111 can be used as a holding container to provide a closed environment for food in cooperation with the door 120.
The mounting frame 113 is mounted on the inner container 112, the buckling member 140 is pivotally mounted on a side of the mounting frame 113 facing away from the inner container 112, and the latch hook 150 is rotatably mounted on a side of the mounting frame 113 facing away from the host 110.
In the embodiment of the application, by enabling both the fastener 140 and the latch hook 150 to be mounted on the side of the frame 113 facing away from the main machine 110, the space required for mounting the fastener 140 and the latch hook 150 along the extending direction of the pivot shaft of the fastener 140 is reduced to a certain extent, so that the cooking appliance 100 is compact in structure and small in size.
