The invention discloses detachable concrete test piece vibration molding and demolding integrated equipment, which comprises a demolding part, a vibration system and an inflating system, wherein the demolding part comprises an annular member and a bottom plate, the lower end surface of the annular member is fixed on the bottom plate through a support, a bearing partition plate is arranged on the inner wall of the annular member, and a mold is placed on the bearing partition plate; the vibration system comprises a vibration platform and a vibration driving device for driving the vibration platform, and the bottom plate is fixed on the vibration platform; the inflating system comprises an inflating pump, an air belt and an air nozzle, wherein the outlet of the inflating pump is communicated with the inlet of the air nozzle through the air belt; the top of the mould is provided with an opening, the bottom of the mould is provided with an air hole, the opening at the top of the mould is upward during vibration molding, and the air hole is sealed by a sealing element; when the drawing of patterns, the open-top of mould is down, and the export of air cock is linked together with the gas pocket, and this equipment can realize the integration of concrete sample vibration moulding and drawing of patterns.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete processing equipment, and relates to detachable concrete sample vibration molding and demolding integrated equipment.
Background
With the gradual improvement of the technology in the building industry, a large number of concrete samples are generally required to be prepared to determine the performance of the concrete mixture before the design and construction of a concrete building, so that a basis is provided for the design and construction of the building, the safety of the building is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced. The preparation of the test piece generally needs the steps of molding, demolding, maintaining and the like, the test piece molding mode generally adopts a vibration table for vibration molding, and the vibration table is a necessary device for a concrete preparation laboratory, so that the device has large floor area and single function.
Meanwhile, the difficulty in demoulding concrete is a big problem in tests, the traditional method is to paint a demoulding agent in advance and then manually demould the concrete, the mode is troublesome and labor-consuming, corners of a concrete sample are easy to damage, the time pressure area is usually reduced, and the performance test result of the concrete is greatly influenced. The other mode is to demold the test piece by being equipped with special demolding equipment, and the principle is as follows: firstly, by utilizing the inertia impact of a test mold and a test piece, the mode generates large noise and has large damage to the test mold; secondly, the test piece and the test mold are separated by using external pressure, and the mode needs to add new test equipment, so that the cost is high, and a large amount of laboratory working area is occupied.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides detachable concrete sample vibration forming and demolding integrated equipment, which can realize the integration of the vibration forming and demolding of the concrete sample, has small floor area and low cost and cannot damage a test mold.
In order to achieve the purpose, the detachable concrete sample vibration molding and demolding integrated equipment comprises a demolding part, a vibration system and an inflating system, wherein the demolding part comprises an annular member and a bottom plate, the lower end face of the annular member is fixed on the bottom plate through a support, a bearing partition plate is arranged on the inner wall of the annular member, and a mold is placed on the bearing partition plate;
the vibration system comprises a vibration platform and a vibration driving device for driving the vibration platform, and the bottom plate is fixed on the vibration platform;
the inflating system comprises an inflating pump, an air belt and an air nozzle, wherein the outlet of the inflating pump is communicated with the inlet of the air nozzle through the air belt;
the top of the mould is provided with an opening, the bottom of the mould is provided with an air hole, the opening at the top of the mould is upward during vibration molding, and the air hole is sealed by a sealing element; when demoulding, the top opening of the mould faces downwards, and the outlet of the air nozzle is communicated with the air hole.
The bottom plate is fixed on the vibration platform through bolts.
The sealing piece is a threaded nail.
The bottom of vibration platform is provided with a plurality of shaking table support feet.
The length of the bearing partition plate is more than or equal to 300mm, the length of the bearing partition plate is 2-4mm longer than that of the mold, and the width of the bearing partition plate is 0.6-0.9 time of the thickness of the side wall of the mold.
The inner wall of the annular member is provided with a detachable perforated partition plate, wherein the width of the perforated partition plate is larger than that of the bearing partition plate.
The height of the bracket is 160-200 mm.

when the detachable concrete sample vibration molding and demolding integrated equipment is in specific operation, the lower end surface of the annular member is fixed on the bottom plate through a bracket, the inner wall of the annular member is provided with a bearing clapboard, wherein, the mould is placed on the bearing clapboard to reduce the occupied area, simultaneously, the top opening of the mould is upward, the air hole is sealed by a sealing element, the concrete is poured into the mould from the top opening of the mould, meanwhile, the vibration driving device drives the vibration platform to vibrate, and the vibration platform drives the mould to vibrate, so that when the mould needs to be demoulded after the concrete sample is formed, the mould is inverted, the outlet of the air faucet is communicated with the air hole, the air pump and the vibration platform are opened, the concrete sample is demoulded, the operation is simple and convenient, the cost is low, and the concrete sample vibration forming and demoulding equipment is integrated.

referring to fig. 1 to 6, the detachable concrete sample vibration molding and demolding integrated equipment comprises a demolding part 1, a vibration system 2 and an inflating system 3, wherein the demolding part 1 comprises an annular member 4 and a bottom plate, the lower end face of the annular member 4 is fixed on the bottom plate through a support 5, a bearing partition plate 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the annular member 4, and a mold 14 is placed on the bearing partition plate 6; the vibration system 2 comprises a vibration platform 9 and a vibration driving device 8 for driving the vibration platform 9, and a bottom plate is fixed on the vibration platform 9; the inflating system 3 comprises an inflating pump 11, an air belt 12 and an air nozzle 13, wherein the outlet of the inflating pump 11 is communicated with the inlet of the air nozzle 13 through the air belt 12; the top of the die 14 is open, the bottom of the die 14 is provided with an air hole 16, the top of the die 14 is upward when the die is formed by vibration, and the air hole 16 is sealed by a sealing element; in demolding, the top of the mold 14 is opened downward, and the outlet of the air nozzle 13 is communicated with the air hole 16.
The bottom plate is fixed on a vibration platform 9 through bolts 7; the sealing piece is a threaded nail; the bottom of the vibration platform 9 is provided with a plurality of vibration platform support feet 10.
The length of the bearing partition plate 6 is more than or equal to 300mm, the length of the bearing partition plate 6 is 2-4mm longer than that of the mold 14, and the width of the bearing partition plate 6 is 0.6-0.9 time of the thickness of the side wall of the mold 14; the height of the bracket 5 is 160-200 mm.
During the shaping, with the open-top of mould 14 up, the gas pocket 16 is sealed through sealing member 17, pour the concrete into mould 14 from the open-top of mould 14 in, simultaneously through the vibration of vibration drive arrangement 8 drive vibration platform 9, and drive the vibration of mould 14 through vibration platform 9, the back is accomplished in the shaping of concrete sample 15, when needs drawing of patterns, then invert mould 14, make the open-top of mould 14 down, demolish the sealing member, be linked together the export of air cock 13 with gas pocket 16, open inflating pump 11 and vibration platform 9, under the combined action of aerodynamic force and vibration effect, accomplish the drawing of patterns of concrete sample 15.
In addition, a detachable perforated partition plate 17 is arranged on the inner wall of the annular member 4, the perforated partition plate 17 is positioned above the bearing partition plate 6, when the size of the bearing partition plate 6 can be matched with that of the mold 14, the perforated partition plate 17 is detached, wherein the width of the perforated partition plate 17 is larger than that of the bearing partition plate 6, when the size of the mold 14 is changed, the perforated partition plate 17 with a proper size is selected according to the size of the current mold 14, then the perforated partition plate 17 is fixed on the inner wall of the annular member 4, and the mold 14 can be supported through the perforated partition plate 17.

the vibration system (2) comprises a vibration platform (9) and a vibration driving device (8) for driving the vibration platform (9), and a bottom plate is fixed on the vibration platform (9);
the inflating system (3) comprises an inflating pump (11), an air belt (12) and an air nozzle (13), wherein the outlet of the inflating pump (11) is communicated with the inlet of the air nozzle (13) through the air belt (12);
the top of the die (14) is open, the bottom of the die (14) is provided with an air hole (16), the top of the die (14) is opened upwards during vibration molding, and the air hole (16) is sealed through a sealing element; when demoulding, the top opening of the mould (14) faces downwards, and the outlet of the air nozzle (13) is communicated with the air hole (16).
