本发明涉及粘结剂领域,特别涉及一种DH-微膨胀胶泥。
背景技术
传统砌筑碳化回转窑时,筒壁与耐火砖之间用的粘接剂一般是粘土耐火泥,因其完全结合温度在1100℃-1200℃之间,而碳化回转窑的正常使用温度在350~700℃,炭活化一体炉最高使用温度在950℃左右,达不到粘土耐火泥的完全结合温度,且粘土耐火泥遇高温易收缩,所以筒体和砌筑层达不到完全结合的作用,大大降低了窑炉的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种DH-微膨胀胶泥,专门为砌筑碳化回转窑设计使用,达到零缝隙一体化的效果,使窑炉使用寿命增加到2倍以上。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
该DH-微膨胀胶泥的制造方法是将外购工业磷酸和综合添加剂按48:5混合均匀,经高温熬制后冷却,按照比例加入高铝细粉和广西白泥搅拌均匀后得成品,按照25KG/桶来装桶,并且将桶抽成真空保存。
优选的,所述工业磷酸、综合添加剂、高铝细粉、广西白泥的成分和质量百分比分别为:高铝细粉35.0%、广西白泥12.0%、工业磷酸48.0%、CMC0.1%、钾基纤维素0.1%、糊精0.8%、树脂0.2%、硅微粉3.0%、高温红胶0.6%、特种稀释剂0.2%。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:该DH-微膨胀胶泥在常温状态下开始凝结,温度上升到460℃以后开始出现微微膨胀,膨胀系数为+0.5到1.5之间,使其回转窑筒体和砌筑层紧密结合,达到零缝隙一体化的效果,使窑炉使用寿命增加到2倍以上,容器采用25公斤真空包装,避免了凝结太快造成的不必要浪费。

该DH-微膨胀胶泥的制造方法是将外购工业磷酸和综合添加剂按48:5混合均匀,经高温熬制后冷却,按照比例加入高铝细粉和广西白泥搅拌均匀后得成品,按照25KG/桶来装桶,并且将桶抽成真空保存。
