(2) and conveying: a second servo motor (11) on one side of the conveying mechanism works to drive a connecting shaft connected with the second servo motor to rotate, so that the connecting shaft rotates to drive a conveying roller (8) fixedly connected with the connecting shaft to rotate, the connecting shaft rotates to drive a conveying gear (9) fixed on the connecting shaft to move, the conveying gear (9) rotates to drive other conveying gears (9) to rotate, further all other connecting shafts are driven to rotate, the connecting shafts rotate to drive the conveying roller (8) fixedly connected with the connecting shafts to rotate, further all the conveying rollers (8) can rotate, and a plate to be bent is conveyed into the bending mechanism;
(3) bending: when the plate to be bent moves to the position of the infrared sensor (28), when the plate is detected by the infrared sensor (28), the information is transmitted to the PLC (programmable logic controller) (29), after the PLC (29) receives the information, the second cylinder (21) is controlled to work, the second cylinder (21) drives the fixed pipe (22) at the tail end of the piston rod to move up and down, the fixed pipe (22) drives the connecting rod (23) to move up and down, the upper die (25) can be driven to move up and down, the upper die (25) can be bent to the plate, the upper die (25) and the lower die (20) can be replaced, the upper die (25) and the lower die (20) which are matched with each other can be replaced, and after the bending work is finished, the plate after being bent is taken away by a worker.
