A production method of hot compress wax mud block comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a traditional Chinese medicine extract with the concentration of 85%;
specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials which are well mixed according to a certain proportion are put into 95% ethanol for soaking for 24 hours, and then are subjected to critical extraction in a 100kg extraction machine, wherein the extraction medium is 95% ethanol, and finally the traditional Chinese medicine extract with the concentration of 85% is obtained.
The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are weighed according to the mass ratio to be two equal parts of angelica, red peony root, rhizoma corydalis, safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza, rhizoma ligustici wallichii, radix angelicae pubescentis, radix clematidis, rhizoma alismatis, cinnamon and semen brassicae respectively, and one equal part of frankincense, myrrh, semen strychni, leech, achyranthes bidentata, teasel root and agilawood respectively.
Preferably, an extractor with a capacity of 100kg is used, as shown in fig. 1, the extractor comprises a steam boiler 1, an extraction tank 2, a cooling tower 4 and an ethanol tank 5, when in use, 1kg of prepared angelica, 1kg of red peony root, 1kg of rhizoma corydalis, 1kg of safflower, 1kg of salvia miltiorrhiza, 1kg of ligusticum wallichii, 1kg of radix angelicae pubescentis, 1kg of radix clematidis, 1kg of rhizoma alismatis, 1kg of cinnamon, 1kg of semen brassicae, 0.5kg of frankincense, 0.5kg of myrrh, 0.5kg of semen strychni, 0.5kg of leech, 0.5kg of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 0.5kg of radix dipsaci and 0.5kg of agilawood are placed into the extraction tank, 95% ethanol which is 5 times of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials is added at a time, that is, 95% ethanol; starting a steam boiler 1 for heating and concentrating; the steam generated during concentration enters a cooling tower 4, the ethanol carried in the steam is condensed and flows back to an ethanol tank 5, and then the condensed and returned ethanol is used as an extraction medium and flows back to an extraction tank 2 for extraction; all steam generated by the solvent is changed into condensate through heat exchange and returns to the ethanol tank 5, secondary steam is fully utilized in the process, new solvent is formed and flows back to the extraction tank 2 for extraction, the new solvent dissolves soluble substances in the traditional Chinese medicines to the bottom of the extraction tank through the medicine layers from top to bottom, the soluble substances are pumped into a concentrator, the process is repeated, the traditional Chinese medicine extract is obtained, and then a part of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is discharged from the bottom of the extraction tank 2 and is detected by a gravimeter, so that the concentration of the traditional Chinese medicine extract reaches 85%, and the 85% traditional Chinese medicine extract is obtained.
And secondly, putting the paraffin and the beeswax into a heating container according to a certain proportion, heating and melting the paraffin and the beeswax into liquid, then adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract according to a certain proportion, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding the far infrared ceramic powder, the vaseline and the hot melt adhesive, and continuously uniformly stirring.
Wherein, the components comprise 75kg of paraffin, 5kg of beeswax, 5kg of far infrared ceramic powder, 3kg of vaseline, 2kg of hot melt adhesive and 10kg of traditional Chinese medicine extract formed in the step one according to the mass ratio.
Step three, taking a container to contain the mixture obtained in the step two, and cooling and forming the mixture;
preferably, a glass bowl is adopted to directly contain 500 g of the mixture for cooling for standby;
or, a square rubber thin die is adopted, and the square wax mud block is formed after the square rubber thin die is cooled and demoulded.
The finally obtained product, namely the hot compress wax clay block, is composed of 75% of paraffin, 5% of beeswax, 5% of far infrared ceramic powder, 3% of vaseline 3kg, 2% of hot melt adhesive and 10% of traditional Chinese medicine extracts; when in use, the solid block hot compress wax mud block needs to be heated and melted into paste, and then is hot compressed on a human body for health care.

step one, preparing a traditional Chinese medicine extract with the concentration of 85%;
secondly, putting the paraffin and the beeswax into a heating container according to a certain proportion, heating and melting the paraffin and the beeswax into liquid, then adding the Chinese herbal medicine extract according to a certain proportion, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding the far infrared ceramic powder, the vaseline and the hot melt adhesive, and continuously uniformly stirring;
and step three, taking the container to contain the mixture obtained in the step two, and cooling and forming.
