Abstract
提供了一种管理定时器、传输信息的方法、终端设备和网络设备。该管理定时器的方法应用于终端设备,该终端设备具有半静态调度SPS定时器;该方法包括:该终端设备接收到的使用小区无线网络临时标识C‑RNTI加扰的第一物理下行链路控制信道PDCCH后,确定是否停止或启动该SPS定时器。本申请实施例中,终端设备接收到该第一PDCCH后,使得该SPS定时器能够基于C‑RNTI调度的动态资源而启动或停止或启动,进而有效提高SPS定时器与现有的系统框架的兼容性。
