本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法和设备,可以在非授权频段上,进行上行数据,并且可以避免资源浪费。该方法包括:终端设备利用第一RNTI,解调在非授权频段的载波上接收到的PDCCH,以获取所述非授权频段的载波上的上行调度资源,所述第一RNTI是多个终端设备共享的RNTI;所述终端设备在所述上行调度资源的时域位置之前,对所述非授权频段的载波进行侦听;在所述非授权频段的载波空闲时,所述终端设备利用所述上行调度资源,向网络设备发送第二RNTI和待传输的上行数据,所述第二RNTI是所述终端设备的C‑RNTI。
