Abstract
The invention relates to a film, in particular to a film which contains a strippable supporting layer and can be applied to the technical field of anti-counterfeiting. The supporting layer, the thin film layer and the pattern making material layer are arranged from top to bottom in sequence. The film comprises a peelable supporting layer, a very thin film body can be obtained after the supporting layer is peeled, the thickness of the film body is usually not more than 6 mu m, the anti-counterfeiting mark made of the very thin film body is small and thin, the technical problem that the anti-counterfeiting mark is small and thin in the market and required to be recovered and counterfeited by a counterfeiter can be solved, the anti-counterfeiting mark can be pasted before the package material is printed and processed, the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a film, in particular to a film containing a strippable supporting layer, which can be applied to the technical field of anti-counterfeiting.
Background
The present photosensitive film is mainly composed of film base and photosensitive material layer, the film base is made up by using transparent film, the photosensitive material layer is mainly formed from silver halide and several colour couplers, and the photosensitive material can be directly coated on the film, and can be passed through the processes of exposure, development and fixation so as to implement the production of colour picture. The photosensitive film is mainly applied to motion picture films, slides, projection films, X-ray films and the like, and has very few applications in other fields, particularly in the field of anti-counterfeiting technology.
In the production and use of the above-mentioned photosensitive film, since there are processes of coating, sensitization, development, slitting, adhesion, etc., such a photosensitive film is usually not less than 80 μm in thickness in order to ensure dimensional stability and workability of each process. However, in the field of anti-counterfeit technology, some special products, such as jewelry, fine objects, watches, spectacle frames, etc., require small and thin anti-counterfeit marks, for example, the thickness does not exceed 10 μm, and the area requirement is as small as 2mm2In the following, and the identification is completed by one-time shooting, it is obvious that the photosensitive film cannot meet the application of the anti-counterfeiting mark, and the prior art for such a requirement does not provide a solution yet, and needs to be solved urgently.

Preferably, in use, the first adhesive layer has an adhesion force with an adherend to which the first adhesive layer is adhered of not less than 100 g.
Preferably, the attached object is an anti-counterfeiting object or a package of the anti-counterfeiting object.
Preferably, a texture layer is further included between the film layer and the patterning material layer.
Preferably, the upper surface of the patterning material layer is further provided with a texture layer.
Preferably, an adhesive layer II is further arranged between the supporting layer and the film layer.
Preferably, the peeling force between the second adhesive layer and the film layer is less than 50 g.

The patterning material layer 6 is a photosensitive material layer or a photoetching material layer, the photosensitive material layer can form a pattern through photosensitive development, the photoetching material layer can form a pattern through laser photoetching, and the photosensitive material layer can be silver salt.

FIG. 6 shows a multi-layer peelable film, which comprises a supporting layer 2, a second adhesive layer 8, a film layer 5 and a pattern forming material layer 6 arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the supporting layer 2 is a BOPET film with the thickness of 50-100 microns, the size stability and the processability of the film in various processing processes are guaranteed, the peeling force between the supporting layer 2 and the second adhesive layer 8 is larger than that between the film layer 5 and the second adhesive layer 8, after various processing is finished, the film layer 5 and the supporting layer 2 are peeled, and the second adhesive layer 8 is attached to the supporting layer 2.
When the film with the structure is attached to various anti-counterfeiting objects or the surfaces of various anti-counterfeiting objects by the side of the pattern making material layer 6, the film layer 5 covers the surface of the pattern making material layer 6, so that the pattern making material layer 6 can be further protected, and photosensitive patterns or photoetching patterns of the pattern making material layer can be clearly presented.
Example 7
Fig. 7 shows a multi-layer peelable film with a texture layer, in which, compared with the embodiment 6, a texture layer 7 is further disposed between the film layer 5 and the patterning material layer 6, and randomly formed texture points or lines are distributed in the texture layer 7.

7. A film as in claim 6 wherein a masking layer is further attached to the upper or lower surface of the film layer.
8. A film according to claim 6 or 7 wherein the first adhesive layer has an adhesion force of not less than 100g to an object to which it is to be adhered in use.
9. A film as in claim 4 further comprising a texture layer between said film layer and said patterned material layer.
10. A film as in claim 7 wherein the upper surface of the layer of patterning material is further provided with a textured layer.
