Abstract
The invention discloses an order sorting method for E-commerce logistics, which changes the traditional sorting mode aiming at one single logistics and multiple logistics, cancels the existing sorting mode of a seeding wall, and carries out full-automatic sorting in batches and multiple orders simultaneously, thereby greatly improving the quantity of single-batch goods orders and the sorting efficiency of the orders, reducing the labor intensity of operators, saving the cost, facilitating the process management and effectively avoiding the occurrence of wrong sorting caused by manual misoperation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of e-commerce order sorting, in particular to an order sorting method for e-commerce logistics.
Background
The existing E-commerce warehouse has large span, one order comprises a plurality of goods (one single goods) and the quantity of each kind of goods is different, so that the labor intensity of staff for picking the goods is high and the efficiency is low. In the existing method for sorting single or multiple goods, the general compilation adopts batch extraction (one batch comprises 30-50 orders), then seeding wall seeding and printing and packaging are carried out. The method is limited by the structural design of the seeding wall and the difficulty of manual goods taking, the number of orders in a batch cannot be too much, otherwise, the seeding operator has too long seeding walking distance and high labor intensity. The order of picking the goods in single batch is less, and the picking efficiency is low. After the seeding is finished, the operator packs the order again, so that the efficiency is lower, and the condition of wrong sorting is easily caused due to manual operation errors. The whole process is low in efficiency, and automatic or large-batch sorting cannot be realized.
Accordingly, the prior art is deficient and needs improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an order sorting method for E-commerce logistics, which aims to change the existing sorting mode of single and multiple logistics and realize full-automatic, large-batch and high-efficiency sorting operation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an order sorting method for electronic commerce logistics, comprising the following steps:

step S3: delivering the goods after the relationship is established to a corresponding transition container, and recording the quantity and the types of the goods in the transition container, wherein the number of the transition containers is set to be a plurality, and any transition container is configured with order information;
step S4: when the quantity and the types of the goods in the transition container meet the configured order requirements, the goods in the transition container are automatically delivered to a second conveying device, the second conveying device comprises a plurality of blanking units which are respectively used for placing any order goods, a code is configured on any blanking unit, and the code of the blanking unit is related to the order information of the goods placed on the blanking unit;
step S5: the blanking unit conveys goods to the blanking port for blanking and packaging, sorting and packaging of an order are completed, and meanwhile, the relation between the blanking unit and the order is relieved.
Preferably, in step S1, before the goods are delivered to the first conveying device in sequence, the goods are scanned and identified in sequence, whether the goods belong to the orders is determined, if not, a goods error is prompted, and if so, the goods are delivered to the first conveying device.
Preferably, in step S4, the feeding port is further provided with an automatic printing device, and after the feeding of any feeding unit is completed, the automatic printing device prints information according to the order information corresponding to the feeding unit.
Preferably, the first conveyor comprises N material placement units, the coding of which is set to 1 to N.
Preferably, the second conveying device establishes a physical coordinate system, any blanking unit corresponds to a physical coordinate, and when an order goods in the transition container is automatically delivered to the blanking unit, a relationship is established between the order goods and the physical coordinate of the blanking unit.

step S4: when the quantity and the types of the goods in the transition container meet the configured order requirements, the goods in the transition container are automatically delivered to a second conveying device, the second conveying device comprises a plurality of blanking units which are respectively used for placing any order goods, a code is configured on any blanking unit, and the code of the blanking unit is related to the order information of the goods placed on the blanking unit;
step S5: the blanking unit conveys goods to the blanking port for blanking and packaging, sorting and packaging of an order are completed, and meanwhile, the relation between the blanking unit and the order is relieved.
It should be noted that the first and second conveying devices are both provided as conveyor belts or conveyors. The material placing unit and the blanking unit are both arranged to be motor-controlled belt conveying devices, and are matched with a PLC control system or other control systems of automation equipment in the field in the prior art, so that the automation of sorting of the whole goods can be realized, and the working efficiency and the accuracy are greatly improved.

After delivery is completed, the material placing unit continues to circularly move to the material taking position, material taking operation of the next piece of goods is carried out, and circular material taking, carrying and classified delivery are achieved. After delivery of a certain order in the transition container is completed, the transition container delivers the goods corresponding to the order in the transition container to the blanking unit of the second conveying device, the system establishes a relation between the order information and the codes of the blanking unit and stores the order information, and after delivery of the goods in the transition container is completed, the system continues to distribute new order information and performs next round of goods collection, so that circulation is performed, uninterrupted is realized, and efficiency is improved. step S4: when the quantity and the types of the goods in the transition container meet the configured order requirements, the goods in the transition container are automatically delivered to a second conveying device, the second conveying device comprises a plurality of blanking units which are respectively used for placing any order goods, a code is configured on any blanking unit, and the code of the blanking unit is related to the order information of the goods placed on the blanking unit;
step S5: the blanking unit conveys goods to the blanking port for blanking and packaging, sorting and packaging of an order are completed, and meanwhile, the relation between the blanking unit and the order is relieved.

The order sorting method for E-commerce logistics according to claim 1, wherein in step S1, before delivering the goods to the first transportation device in sequence, the goods are scanned and identified in sequence, and whether the goods belong to a plurality of said orders is determined, if not, the goods are indicated as wrong, and if so, the goods are delivered to the first transportation device.
