Abstract
The invention provides a method for monitoring aging information of a product, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining production information and order information of a product, wherein the production information comprises the starting time of the product in a current production section; calculating the residence time of the product in the current production section, wherein the residence time is equal to the difference between the current time and the starting time; comparing the retention time with a corresponding preset target, and judging whether the retention time exceeds the standard or not; and generating a visual report according to the production information, the order information, the retention time and the judgment result of the product, and controlling a display unit to display the visual report. The invention also provides a product aging information monitoring device and a computer readable storage medium. The invention improves the efficiency of monitoring the aging information of the product and reduces the production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of industrial production, in particular to a method and a device for monitoring product aging information and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
At present, in the assembly and production process of electronic products, data of order form settlement is usually obtained manually, the aging number of the products is analyzed according to a production section, then a report is made manually to monitor the aging information of the products, and the products with the standard exceeding retention time in the current production section are screened. However, the method for monitoring the aging information of the product has high technical requirements on personnel and low efficiency. During this time, orders cannot be filed in time, product inventory continues to grow, and operating costs of the company are severely impacted.

A third aspect of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, the computer program being loaded by a processor and executing a product aging information monitoring method, the product aging information monitoring method comprising: the method comprises the steps of obtaining production information and order information of a product, wherein the production information comprises the starting time of the product in a current production section; calculating the residence time of the product in the current production section, wherein the residence time is equal to the difference between the current time and the starting time; comparing the retention time with a corresponding preset target, and judging whether the retention time exceeds the standard or not; and generating a visual report according to the production information, the order information, the retention time and the judgment result of the product, and controlling a display unit to display the visual report.
The product aging information monitoring method and the product aging information monitoring device can automatically acquire the production information and the order information of the product, calculate the retention time of the product in the current production section, judge whether the retention time exceeds the standard or not and generate a visual report. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a product aging information monitoring apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The product aging information monitoring device 1 is used for monitoring aging information of a product, and comprises a processor 11, a memory 12, a display unit 13, an input unit 14 and a communication unit 15, wherein the memory 12, the display unit 13, the input unit 14 and the communication unit 15 are respectively electrically connected with the processor 11.
The processor 11 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a digital signal processor, or a single chip, and is suitable for implementing each instruction.
The memory 12 is used for storing various data, such as program codes and the like, in the product aging information monitoring device 1 and realizing high-speed and automatic access of programs or data in the operation process of the product aging information monitoring device 1.
The Memory 12 may be, but is not limited to, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), a One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory (OTPROM), an electronically Erasable rewritable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical Disc storage, magnetic disk storage, magnetic tape storage, or any other medium readable by a computer capable of carrying or storing data.
The memory 12 further stores a production information database, a target information database, and an order information database.
The production information database is used for storing production information, the production information comprises a production line body, a production progress, the starting time of a product in a current production section, a product serial number, a product name, a material number, a unit price, an inventory quantity, inventory cost, inventory days and the like, and the product serial number is used as a root node for storage.
The target information database is used for storing preset target information of the product residence time, the preset target information comprises a target set according to a product and a target set according to a product type, and the preset target information is used as a root node for storage.
The order information database is used for storing order information, including order information on a single day and historical order settlement information, and storing the order information as a root node.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the production information database, the target information database and the order information database may also be stored in a system external to the product aging information monitoring apparatus 1.
The display unit 13 is configured to display a processing result of the processor 11. The display unit 13 includes at least one display.
The input unit 14 is used for a user to input various information, control instructions, and the like. In the present embodiment, the input unit 14 may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a camera, a remote controller, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
The communication unit 15 is used for establishing communication connection with other electronic devices. The communication unit 15 may be a wired communication unit or a wireless communication unit.
A product aging information monitoring system is operated in the product aging information monitoring device 1. The product aging information monitoring system comprises a functional module consisting of a plurality of program code segments. Program codes of various program segments in the product aging information monitoring system can be stored in the memory 12 and executed by the processor 11 to realize the functions of the product aging information monitoring system.
Referring to fig. 2, the product aging information monitoring system 10 includes an information obtaining module 101, an intelligent classification module 102, a calculation module 103, an early warning module 104, a visual report module 105, and a display control module 106.
The information obtaining module 101 is configured to obtain production information and order information of a product.
The intelligent classification module 102 is configured to match production information of a product with a preset correspondence table between product types and classification feature information, so as to obtain the types of the product.
The calculation module 103 is used for calculating the residence time of the product in the current production section and the total inventory cost of the product.
The early warning module 104 is configured to determine whether a retention time of the product exceeds a standard, determine whether a total inventory cost of the product exceeds a standard, and generate early warning information when the retention time exceeds the standard.
The visual report module 105 is configured to generate a visual report according to the production information of the product, the order information, the retention time, and the determination result.
The display control module 106 is configured to control the display unit 13 to display the visual report.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring aging information of a product according to the present invention, and please refer to fig. 1 to 3, the method for monitoring aging information of a product includes the following steps:
step S301: and acquiring production information and order information of the product.
