背景技术
目前市场上所出售的泵,品种多样,但大多都存在吸入性能差,噪声大且振动幅度较大这样的问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,其特征在于:包括泵体,主动螺杆,从动螺杆,前盖,后盖,吸油口,压油口,工作腔,所述的主动螺杆与从动螺杆设于泵体内,所述的吸油口设于泵体左侧,所述的压油口设于泵体右侧,所述的后盖设于泵体底部与工作腔连接,所述的前盖设于泵体头部于工作腔连接。
为了更好地啮合进行工作,所述的主动螺杆为凸螺杆,所述的从动螺杆为凹螺杆。
为了能正常进行油压,所述的主动螺杆与从动螺杆平行。
为了使泵体密封性更好,所述的吸油口及压油口的密封层至少为两层。
为了泵体的密封性能更好,所述的前盖与后盖为密封盖。
有益效果:吸入性能好,流量均匀连续,振动小,噪音低。

如图1所示,一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,其特征在于:包括泵体,主动螺杆,从动螺杆,前盖,后盖,吸油口,压油口,工作腔,所述的主动螺杆与从动螺杆设于泵体内,所述的吸油口设于泵体左侧,所述的压油口设于泵体右侧,所述的后盖设于泵体底部与工作腔连接,所述的前盖设于泵体头部于工作腔连接,所述的主动螺杆为凸螺杆,所述的从动螺杆为凹螺杆,所述的主动螺杆与从动螺杆平行,所述的吸油口及压油口的密封层至少为两层,所述的前盖与后盖为密封盖。
利用抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,完成吸油与压油的过程,主动螺杆2与从动螺杆3形成的外圆与泵体1的对应弧面保持良好的配合,当主动螺杆2向右旋转,则其两侧的从动螺杆3便随之与其相反的方向旋转,此时主动螺杆2与从动螺杆3之间形成的密封工作腔8也随之移,最左面的一个密封工作腔8容积随之增大,因此便从吸油口7吸油,而最右边的一个密封工作腔9的容积逐渐减小,通过压油口7将油压出,抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵通过主动螺杆2的运动,完成泵体吸油与压油的过程。

1.一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,其特征在于:包括泵体(1),主动螺杆(2),从动螺杆(3),前盖(4),后盖(5),吸油口(6),压油口(7),工作腔(8),所述的主动螺杆(2)与从动螺杆(3)设于泵体(1)内,所述的吸油口(6)设于泵体(1)左侧,所述的压油口(8)设于泵体(1)右侧,所述的后盖(5)设于泵体(1)底部且与工作腔(8)连接,所述的前盖(4)设于泵体(1)头部于工作腔(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,其特征在于:所述的主动螺杆(2)为凸螺杆,所述的从动螺杆(3)为凹螺杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗振匀流量的螺杆输送泵,其特征在于:所述的主动螺杆(2)与从动螺杆(3)平行。
