However, the following examples are only simple examples of the present invention and do not represent or limit the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the claims.
The following are typical but non-limiting examples of the invention:
example 1:

the facade of L type adaptor 2 is hugged closely and is fixed in on wall body 1, plane perpendicular to wall body 1, recess 32 on the T type guide rail 3 blocks the plane of L type adaptor 2, the both wings of T type guide rail 3 are on a parallel with wall body 1, the main part of T type guide rail 3 and the plane fixed connection of L type adaptor 2, set up screed-coat 5 on the wall body 1, screed-coat 5 covers the both wings of T type guide rail 3 at least, screed-coat 5 outside installation heated board 7, the draw-in groove 31 of T type guide rail 3 is inserted to the main part of T type mounting 4, and the both wings of T type mounting 4 block the groove at the face course edge of heated board 7.

The structural schematic diagram of the T-shaped guide rail 3 is shown in fig. 3, a groove 32 is arranged on one wing of the T-shaped guide rail 3, and the width of the groove 32 is greater than the planar width of the L-shaped adaptor 2; a clamping groove 31 is formed in one end, far away from the two wings, of the T-shaped guide rail 3 main body; the T-shaped guide rail 3 is connected with the L-shaped adapter 2 through self-tapping screws, and the self-tapping screws penetrate through a main body of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and holes in the plane of the L-shaped adapter 2.
The structural schematic diagram of the T-shaped fixing member 4 is shown in fig. 4, the shape of the main body of the T-shaped fixing member 4 is matched with the structure of the slot 31 on the T-shaped guide rail 3, and two wings of the T-shaped fixing member 4 are provided with gaskets 41; the two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece 4 are used for clamping grooves at the edges of the surface layers of the upper insulation board 7 and the lower insulation board 7 respectively and are transversely arranged T-shaped fixing pieces 4.
T-shaped fixing pieces 4 which are longitudinally arranged are arranged between the left and right adjacent heat insulation plates 7, and two wing end parts of the T-shaped fixing pieces 4 which are longitudinally arranged in the length direction are removed.
The heat insulation board 7 comprises a surface layer, a heat insulation layer and a bottom layer, bonding layers are arranged between the surface layer and the heat insulation layer and between the heat insulation layer and the bottom layer, and the surface layer is made of cement fiber; the shape of the groove formed in the edge of the surface layer of the heat insulation plate 7 is matched with the shape of the two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece 4.
The thickness of the leveling layer 5 is enough to cover the two wings of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and the middle position of the clamping groove 31 of the T-shaped guide rail 3; and an adhesive layer 6 is also arranged between the leveling layer 5 and the heat-insulation plate 7.
Example 2:

Holes are formed in the plane and the vertical face of the L-shaped adapter 2 and are respectively arranged on the central lines of the plane and the vertical face, the holes are long holes, and the length direction of the long holes is perpendicular to the intersection line of the plane and the vertical face; the L-shaped adapter 2 is fixed on the wall body 1 through an expansion bolt 8, and the expansion bolt 8 penetrates through a hole in the vertical face of the L-shaped adapter 2.
A groove 32 is formed in one wing of the T-shaped guide rail 3, and the width of the groove 32 is larger than the planar width of the L-shaped adapter 2; a clamping groove 31 is formed in one end, far away from the two wings, of the T-shaped guide rail 3 main body; the T-shaped guide rail 3 is connected with the L-shaped adapter 2 through self-tapping screws, and the self-tapping screws penetrate through a main body of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and holes in the plane of the L-shaped adapter 2.
The shape of the main body part of the T-shaped fixing piece 4 is matched with the structure of a clamping groove 31 on the T-shaped guide rail 3; the two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece 4 are respectively clamped with grooves on the surface layer edges of the upper insulation board 7 and the lower insulation board 7; the T-shaped guide rail 3 is connected with the T-shaped fixing piece 4 through self-tapping screws, and the self-tapping screws penetrate through the clamping groove 31 part of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and the main body part of the T-shaped fixing piece 4 inserted into the clamping groove 31.
The heat insulation plate 7 comprises a surface layer, a heat insulation layer and a bottom layer, wherein a bonding layer is arranged between the heat insulation layer and the bottom layer, and the surface layer is made of metal stainless steel; the shape of the groove prefabricated on the surface layer edge of the heat insulation plate 7 is matched with the shape of the two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece 4.
The thickness of the leveling layer 5 covers two wings of the T-shaped guide rail 3; a waterproof coating layer is arranged between the leveling layer 5 and the wall body 1; and an adhesive layer 6 is also arranged between the leveling layer 5 and the heat-insulation plate 7.
Example 3:
the embodiment provides an installation method of a wall insulation board, and the method can obtain the installation structure in the embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps:
(1) popping up a vertical control line and a horizontal control line on a wall body 1, fixedly connecting an L-shaped adapter 2 to the wall body 1 by adopting an expansion bolt 8 to penetrate through a hole formed in the vertical surface of the L-shaped adapter 2, then clamping the plane of the L-shaped adapter 2 by adopting a groove 32 formed in one wing of a T-shaped guide rail 3 to enable two wings of the T-shaped guide rail 3 to be parallel to the wall body 1, fixedly connecting the T-shaped guide rail 3 with the L-shaped adapter 2 by adopting a self-tapping screw, penetrating the self-tapping screw through a main body of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and the hole formed in the plane of the L-shaped adapter 2, and then installing the subsequent L-shaped adapter 2 and the subsequent T-shaped guide rail 3 according to the popped;
(2) coating a cement mortar leveling layer 5 on the wall body 1, adopting a scraper to scrape the leveling layer 5 to enable the thickness of the leveling layer 5 to cover the two wings of the T-shaped guide rail 3 and the middle position of the clamping groove 31 of the T-shaped guide rail 3, coating adhesive mortar on the bottom surface of the insulation board 7 after the leveling layer 5 is cured, then pasting one side of the bottom surface on the outer side of the leveling layer 5, and leveling;

(2) firstly spraying polymer cement waterproof paint on the wall 1, then spraying a cement mortar leveling layer 5, scraping the leveling layer 5 by adopting a scraper, coating the two wings of the T-shaped guide rail 3 with the thickness of the leveling layer 5, after the leveling layer 5 is cured, firstly coating adhesive mortar on the bottom surface of the heat insulation board 7, then pasting one side of the bottom surface on the outer side of the leveling layer 5, and leveling;

By adopting the insulation board mounting structure in the embodiment, the main body framework for mounting the insulation board is formed by the combined connection of the components such as the L-shaped adapter, the T-shaped guide rail and the T-shaped fixing piece, all the components are prefabricated and molded, the processing is not needed on site, the mounting process of the insulation board is greatly simplified, the operation is convenient and fast, the construction period is shortened, the adaptability to a wall body in the mounting process is good, the flatness of the insulation board after mounting is high, the safety is good, and the engineering cost is saved.

Claims (10)

the facade of the L-shaped adapter is tightly attached to and fixed on a wall body, the plane is perpendicular to the wall body, the plane of the L-shaped adapter is clamped by the groove in the T-shaped guide rail, two wings of the T-shaped guide rail are parallel to the wall body, the main body of the T-shaped guide rail is fixedly connected with the plane of the L-shaped adapter, a leveling layer is arranged on the wall body, the insulation board is installed on the outer side of the leveling layer, the main body of the T-shaped fixing part is inserted into the clamping groove of the T-shaped guide rail, and the two wings of the T-shaped fixing part are clamped in the groove.
2. The mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the L-shaped adaptor is provided with holes in a plane and/or a vertical surface, preferably both the plane and the vertical surface of the L-shaped adaptor;
preferably, the hole on the L-shaped adapter is a long hole, and the length direction of the long hole is vertical to the intersection line of the plane and the vertical plane;
preferably, the L-shaped adaptor is fixed on the wall body through an expansion bolt, and the expansion bolt penetrates through a hole in the vertical surface of the L-shaped adaptor.
3. The mounting structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the width of the groove on the two wings of the T-shaped guide rail is not less than the width of the plane of the L-shaped adapter;
preferably, a clamping groove is formed in one end, far away from the two wings, of the T-shaped guide rail main body;
preferably, the T-shaped guide rail is connected with the L-shaped adapter through self-tapping screws, and the self-tapping screws penetrate through holes in the main body of the T-shaped guide rail and the plane of the L-shaped adapter.
4. A mounting arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the body portion of the T-shaped fixing element is shaped to fit the configuration of the slot in the T-shaped guide;
preferably, gaskets are arranged on two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece;
preferably, the two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece are used for clamping grooves at the edges of the surface layers of the upper insulation board and the lower insulation board respectively and are transversely arranged T-shaped fixing pieces;
preferably, a T-shaped fixing piece which is longitudinally arranged is arranged between the left and right adjacent heat insulation plates;
preferably, when the T-shaped fixing member is longitudinally arranged, both end portions of the two wings in the length direction are removed.

The mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heat-insulating plate comprises a surface layer, a heat-insulating layer and a bottom layer, and an adhesive layer is arranged between the surface layer and the heat-insulating layer and/or between the heat-insulating layer and the bottom layer;
preferably, the shape of the groove formed in the surface layer of the heat-insulation plate is matched with the shape of two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece.
6. The mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the thickness of the leveling layer covers at least both wings of the T-shaped rail;
preferably, a waterproof coating layer is arranged between the leveling layer and the wall body;
preferably, an adhesive layer is further arranged between the leveling layer and the heat insulation plate.
7. A method of mounting a mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the method comprises the steps of:
(1) the vertical surface of the L-shaped adapter is attached to a wall body and fixed, then grooves arranged on two wings of the T-shaped guide rail are used for clamping the plane of the L-shaped adapter, the L-shaped adapter is fixedly connected with the T-shaped guide rail, and then the subsequent L-shaped adapter and the subsequent T-shaped guide rail are installed according to a set distance;
(2) coating or spraying a leveling layer on the wall, covering at least two wings of the T-shaped guide rail by the thickness of the leveling layer after the leveling layer is scraped, and sticking the heat-insulation board on the outer side of the leveling layer after the leveling layer is cured;
(3) and (3) clamping the groove on the surface layer edge of the heat insulation board in the step (2) by using one wing of the T-shaped fixing piece, inserting the main body of the T-shaped fixing piece into the clamping groove of the T-shaped guide rail, fixing another adjacent heat insulation board by using the other wing of the T-shaped fixing piece, and sequentially completing the installation of the wall heat insulation boards according to the mode.
8. The installation method according to claim 7, wherein in the step (1), the L-shaped adapter is fixed on the wall by using expansion bolts through holes arranged on the vertical surface of the L-shaped adapter;
preferably, after the T-shaped guide rail clamps the plane of the L-shaped adapter, two wings of the T-shaped guide rail are parallel to the wall body;
preferably, the T-shaped guide rail is fixedly connected with the L-shaped adapter by adopting a self-tapping screw, and the self-tapping screw penetrates through a main body of the T-shaped guide rail and a hole in the plane of the L-shaped adapter;
preferably, before the operation of step (1), the vertical control line and the horizontal control line are popped up on the wall.
9. The installation method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein after the leveling layer is coated or sprayed in the step (2), the leveling layer is screeded by a screeding board;
preferably, the width of the scraper is not more than the distance between two adjacent T-shaped guide rails;
preferably, the leveling layer is a cement mortar leveling layer;
preferably, before the leveling layer is coated or sprayed, a waterproof coating layer is coated or sprayed on the wall body;
preferably, the waterproof coating layer is a polymer cement waterproof coating layer;
preferably, before the heat-insulating plate is adhered, an adhesive layer is coated on the bottom surface of the heat-insulating plate, and then one side of the bottom surface is adhered to the outer side of the leveling layer and leveled.
10. The mounting method according to any one of claims 7-9, wherein after the T-shaped fixing member in the step (3) is inserted into the slot of the T-shaped guide rail, the T-shaped fixing member and the T-shaped guide rail are fixedly connected by using self-tapping screws;
preferably, after the insulation boards are installed, the board seams of adjacent insulation boards can be sealed by coating a sealant or arranging gaskets on two wings of the T-shaped fixing piece;
