Abstract
The invention relates to a deep foundation pit slope support anchor rod, a support structure and a construction method, wherein the support anchor rod structure comprises an inner core and a sleeve, and the tail part of the inner core is provided with a tray and a lockset; the sleeve is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of barrels, an expansion rod is connected between adjacent barrels, the expansion rod comprises two sections of rod bodies which are hinged with each other, the cross section of each rod body is semicircular, one end of each rod body is an opening end, and the other end of each rod body is a sealing end; the closed ends of the two sections of rod bodies are hinged with each other, the open ends of the rod bodies are hinged with the barrel, and the two sections of rod bodies can be enclosed to form a tubular body after being folded; the barrel is provided with a semicircular notch along the position of the hinged rod body, the outer part of the inner core is provided with a guide frame, and the guide frame is sleeved with the sleeve in a sliding manner. The invention can effectively provide the reliability of deep foundation pit side slope support, and can effectively prevent the side slope from collapsing when the deep foundation pit side slope support is used for loose soil layers.

Background
In urban construction projects, excavation and supporting work of a foundation pit is often involved, for example, in subway station construction, the depth of the foundation pit is large, the construction range is small, the difficulty of side slope excavation and supporting is large, and the requirement on supporting reliability is high. In the prior art, the concrete row piles and anchor rods are generally combined for supporting. However, under the geological condition of loose soil texture, when the deep foundation pit is supported by the conventional supporting structure, the slope collapse accident may occur due to the huge bearing pressure.

Aiming at the problems, the invention firstly provides a deep foundation pit slope support anchor rod, and the scheme is that the deep foundation pit slope support anchor rod comprises an inner core and a sleeve, wherein the tail part of the inner core is provided with a tray and a lockset; the sleeve is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of barrels, an expansion rod is connected between adjacent barrels, the expansion rod comprises two sections of rod bodies which are hinged with each other, the cross section of each rod body is semicircular, one end of each rod body is an opening end, and the other end of each rod body is a sealing end; the closed ends of the two sections of rod bodies are hinged with each other, the open ends of the rod bodies are hinged with the barrel, and the two sections of rod bodies can be enclosed to form a tubular body after being folded; the barrel body is provided with a semicircular notch along the position of the hinged rod body, the outer part of the inner core is provided with a guide frame, and the sleeve is sleeved outside the guide frame in a sliding manner; a plurality of radial partition plates are arranged on the outer circumference of the guide frame, and the partition plates and the inner wall of the sleeve enclose to form a primary grouting channel and a secondary grouting channel; the lateral wall of the rod body is provided with a primary grouting opening, the primary grouting opening is communicated with the primary grouting channel, the lateral wall of the barrel body is provided with a secondary grouting opening, and the secondary grouting opening is communicated with the secondary grouting channel.
The invention further provides a deep foundation pit side slope supporting structure which comprises row piles arranged on the outer side of a side slope, anchor rods inserted in soil layers and concrete surface layers arranged along the slope surface of the side slope, wherein the anchor rods adopt the deep foundation pit side slope supporting anchor rods; the anchor rods are connected between the row piles and the concrete surface layer; the expansion rod of the anchor rod is vertically inserted into the soil layer around the sleeve, a high-permeability grouting layer is arranged around the expansion rod, and a low-permeability grouting layer is arranged around the sleeve.
Furthermore, two anchor rods adjacent along the horizontal direction are arranged in a V shape in the horizontal projection plane.
Further, the tray of stock is the diplopore tray, and two adjacent stocks in the horizontal direction are connected with same tray.

2) drilling an anchor hole along the slope surface of the side slope, inserting the anchor rod along the anchor hole, extruding a sleeve of the anchor rod, pressing the sleeve along the inner core, expanding the expansion rod outwards at the same time, inserting the expansion rod into a soil layer around the sleeve, injecting high-permeability grouting slurry into the primary grouting channel, and injecting low-permeability grouting slurry into the secondary grouting channel after the completion;
3) and laying a metal net on the slope surface of the side slope, pouring concrete to form a concrete surface layer, and fixing the anchor rod by using the tray and the lock.
Further, the high-permeability grouting material is a solution type grouting material, and the low-permeability grouting material is a cement slurry.
The invention has the advantages that: the invention can effectively provide the reliability of deep foundation pit side slope support, and can effectively prevent the side slope from collapsing when the deep foundation pit side slope support is used for loose soil layers.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, the deep foundation pit slope support anchor rod of the embodiment comprises an inner core 1 and a sleeve 2, wherein a tray 3 and a lock 4 are arranged at the tail part of the inner core; the sleeve is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of barrels, 4 sections of barrels are shown in fig. 1, an expansion rod 5 is connected between adjacent barrels, the expansion rod comprises two sections of rod bodies hinged to each other, as shown in fig. 3, the cross section of each rod body is semicircular, one end of each rod body is an open end 501, and the other end of each rod body is a closed end 502; the sealing ends of the two sections of rod bodies are hinged with each other, the opening ends of the rod bodies are hinged with the barrel body, the two sections of rod bodies can be closed to form a tubular body after being closed, the diameter of the closed tubular body can be selected to be 1/4-1/6 of the diameter of the barrel body, in addition, as shown in figure 2, each two adjacent sections of barrel bodies are connected with 3 expansion rods 5, and the 3 expansion rods 5 are distributed around the outer circumference of the barrel body at equal intervals; the barrel body is provided with a semicircular notch along the position of the hinged rod body, the outer part of the inner core 1 is provided with a guide frame 6, and the sleeve is sleeved outside the guide frame 6 in a sliding manner; a plurality of radial partition plates 7 are arranged on the outer circumference of the guide frame 6, and the partition plates and the inner wall of the sleeve enclose to form a primary grouting channel 8 and a secondary grouting channel 9; the lateral wall of the rod body is provided with a primary grouting opening 10, the primary grouting opening 10 is communicated with a primary grouting channel 8, the lateral wall of the barrel body is provided with a secondary grouting opening 11, and the secondary grouting opening 11 is communicated with a secondary grouting channel 9. Wherein, the expansion rod 5 is vertically inserted into the soil layer around the sleeve, so that the bonding strength of the anchor rod and the soil layer can be improved. In addition, the high-permeability grouting layer around the expansion rod can bond and solidify the soil layer around the anchor rod, and particularly for loose soil layers, the high-permeability grouting material is combined with the structure of the expansion rod, so that the soil layer in a large range can be solidified, and the flowability of the loose soil layer is effectively reduced.
As an improvement of the scheme, two anchor rods 13 adjacent along the horizontal direction are arranged in a V shape on the horizontal projection surface. That is, the anchors in the same horizontal direction are finally arranged in the horizontal projection plane to form a W shape. Gaps exist among pile bodies of the row piles, and in loose soil layers, the pile bodies cannot block the soil layers among the gaps. The W-shaped arrangement is adopted, and the anchor rods form a net structure, so that soil layers between gaps of the pile bodies can be solidified.
In addition, corresponding to the scheme, the trays of the anchor rods are double-hole trays, and two anchor rods adjacent in the horizontal direction are connected with the same tray 3.
On the basis of the improved scheme, the inclination directions of the anchor rods adjacent in the height direction on the horizontal projection plane are opposite. As shown in fig. 5, the upper layer anchor rods 18 and the lower layer anchor rods 17 form a staggered three-dimensional net structure, so that the curing effect on loose soil layers is further improved.
Example 3
The invention also provides a deep foundation pit slope support construction method, which uses the deep foundation pit slope support anchor rod of the embodiment 1 and comprises the following steps:
1) punching holes along the soil layer on the outer side of the side slope, pouring concrete and arranging piles, wherein the pile body gaps of the arranged piles are implemented according to conventional technical parameters;
2) drilling an anchor hole along the slope surface of the side slope, inserting the anchor rod along the anchor hole, extruding a sleeve of the anchor rod, pressing the sleeve along the inner core, expanding the expansion rod outwards at the same time, inserting the expansion rod into a soil layer around the sleeve, injecting high-permeability grouting slurry into the primary grouting channel, and injecting low-permeability grouting slurry into the secondary grouting channel after the completion; when drilling anchor holes, the drilling direction of the anchor holes can correspond to the anchor rod distribution mode of embodiment 2.
3) And laying a metal net on the slope surface of the side slope, pouring concrete to form a concrete surface layer, and fixing the anchor rod by using the tray and the lock.
Wherein the high-permeability grouting material is a solution type grouting material, such as epoxy resin grouting material. The low-permeability grouting slurry is a conventional cement slurry.
