Laundry treatment agent dispensing method for washing apparatus
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes washing, and particularly provides a clothes treating agent feeding method for washing equipment.
Background
With the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, users put forward higher and higher requirements on the comprehensive performance of various household appliances. In order to improve the laundry experience of users, various control systems are applied to the washing machines in the market, so as to improve the intelligence degree of the washing machines. Wherein, the automatic feeding of the clothing finishing agent is an indispensable function of the intelligent washing machine. Therefore, more and more washing machines have a function of automatically supplying the laundry treating agent so as to improve the performance of the washing machine.
In order to accurately add the clothes treating agent, the conventional washing machine mostly determines the adding amount of the clothes treating agent according to the weight and the material of the objects to be washed, and adds the clothes treating agent according to the adding amount. However, in practical applications, different types of laundry treatment agents have different foaming conditions, and if a laundry treatment agent with a large foaming amount is added, a large amount of foam is generated, even an overflow phenomenon occurs, and the washing machine needs to be defoamed, so that the energy consumption of the washing machine is increased, and the satisfaction degree of users is greatly influenced.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new laundry treatment agent delivery method for a washing machine to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem that the existing washing equipment cannot accurately judge the adding amount of the laundry treatment agent, the invention provides a laundry treatment agent adding method for the washing equipment, wherein the washing equipment comprises a washing barrel, and the laundry treatment agent adding method comprises the following steps: acquiring a preset input threshold of a clothes treating agent when a washing program is operated on the washing equipment last time; acquiring the quantity of foam in a washing barrel when washing equipment operates a washing program last time; and judging the adding amount of the clothes treating agent when the washing equipment operates the washing program again according to the preset adding amount threshold and the foam quantity.

In a preferred embodiment of the above laundry detergent feeding method, the step of determining the feeding amount of the laundry detergent when the washing machine operates the washing program again according to the preset feeding amount threshold and the number of bubbles further comprises: and if the foam quantity is smaller than the preset foam threshold value, putting the laundry treating agent into the washing machine according to the preset putting quantity threshold value when the washing machine operates the washing program again.
In a preferred embodiment of the laundry treatment agent loading method, after the step of "loading the laundry treatment agent in the first loading amount when the washing machine is caused to run the washing process again", the laundry treatment agent loading method further includes: the washing device is filled with water to a first water level.
In a preferred embodiment of the laundry treating agent loading method, after the step of "filling the washing machine with water to the first water level", the laundry treating agent loading method further includes: causing the washing apparatus to perform a washing operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the above laundry treatment agent loading method, after the step of causing the washing machine to perform the washing operation, the laundry treatment agent loading method further includes: obtaining the turbidity of washing water in a washing barrel; judging whether the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to a preset turbidity threshold value or not; if the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to the preset turbidity threshold value, the washing equipment is used for putting the clothes treating agent again according to the second putting amount; and the second putting amount is smaller than the first putting amount, and the sum of the second putting amount and the first putting amount is smaller than a preset putting amount threshold value.
In a preferred embodiment of the above laundry treatment agent loading method, after the step of causing the washing machine to perform the washing operation, the laundry treatment agent loading method further includes: and if the turbidity of the washing water is less than the preset turbidity threshold value, enabling the washing equipment to continuously perform the washing operation.
In a preferred embodiment of the laundry treatment agent loading method, after the step of "loading laundry treatment agent again by the washing machine according to the second loading amount", the laundry treatment agent loading method further includes: and continuously filling the washing equipment with water to a second water level.
In a preferred embodiment of the above method for dispensing a laundry treatment agent, the washing apparatus further comprises a dispenser box; before the step of obtaining the preset threshold of the laundry treatment agent dosage when the washing machine last runs the washing program, the laundry treatment agent dosage method further includes: obtaining a first type of laundry treatment agent in a dispenser box when a washing program is last run by a washing device; obtaining a second laundry treatment agent type in the dispenser box when the washing apparatus re-runs the washing program; judging whether the first laundry treating agent type and the second laundry treating agent type are identical; if the first laundry treating agent type is not identical to the second laundry treating agent type, not performing an operation of acquiring a preset dose threshold of the laundry treating agent when the washing apparatus last runs the washing course; and if the first type of the clothes treating agent is consistent with the second type of the clothes treating agent, judging whether to execute the operation of acquiring the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing equipment operates the washing program last time according to the material of the to-be-washed object.
In a preferred embodiment of the above method for dispensing a laundry treatment agent, the step of determining whether to execute an operation of obtaining a preset dispensing amount threshold of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time according to the material of the object to be washed specifically includes: obtaining a first material of an object to be cleaned when a washing program is operated on the washing equipment last time; acquiring a second material of the object to be cleaned when the washing equipment operates the washing program again; judging whether the first material is consistent with the second material; if the first material is consistent with the second material, executing the operation of acquiring the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing equipment operates the washing program last time; if the first material is inconsistent with the second material, the operation of acquiring the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing program is operated last time by the washing equipment is not executed.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the preferred technical solution of the laundry treating agent feeding method of the present invention, a preset feeding amount threshold of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine last runs the washing program is obtained; acquiring the quantity of foam in a washing barrel when a washing program is operated in the last time of the washing machine; and judging the adding amount of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program again according to the preset adding amount threshold and the foam quantity. Compared with the prior technical scheme that the put-in amount of the clothes treating agent is determined directly by the weight and the material of the object to be cleaned, the put-in amount of the clothes treating agent is judged by the foam amount and the preset foam threshold value, when the foam amount is greater than or equal to the preset foam threshold value, the clothes treating agent is put in according to the preset put-in amount threshold value to generate a large amount of foam when the washing program is operated last time, the put-in amount of the clothes treating agent is large, the amount of the foam is required to be reduced by reducing the put-in amount of the clothes treating agent, and the clothes treating agent is put in according to the first put-in amount when the washing program is operated again by the washing machine; when the quantity of the foam is smaller than the preset foam threshold value, the proper quantity of the foam generated by putting the clothes treating agent in according to the preset putting quantity threshold value when the washing program is operated last time is shown, the putting quantity of the clothes treating agent is moderate, the putting quantity of the clothes treating agent does not need to be adjusted, and the clothes treating agent is put in according to the preset putting quantity threshold value when the washing program is operated again by the washing machine, so that the aim of adding the most reasonable quantity of the clothes treating agent to the object to be washed is fulfilled, the waste of the clothes treating agent can be avoided, and the object to be washed can be better washed.
Further, in order to more accurately judge the addition amount of the laundry treatment agent, obtain the turbidity of the washing water in the washing tub, judge whether the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to a preset turbidity threshold value, if the turbidity of the washing water is less than the preset turbidity threshold value, it is indicated that the object to be washed is relatively clean, the laundry treatment agent in the first amount is enough to clean the object to be washed, and the laundry treatment agent is not required to be added, so that the washing machine continues to perform the washing operation; if the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to the preset turbidity threshold value, it is stated that the object to be washed is dirty, the clothes treating agent of the first input amount is difficult to clean the object to be washed, the addition amount of the clothes treating agent needs to be increased, the washing machine is enabled to input the clothes treating agent again according to the second input amount, the problem that the object to be washed cannot be cleaned due to insufficient input amount of the clothes treating agent is avoided, the problem that the object to be washed cannot be rinsed due to too much input amount of the clothes treating agent is avoided, the object to be washed is enabled to be better washed, and further the use experience of a user is improved.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application has been described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the laundry treating agent feeding method can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a shoe washing machine, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a laundry treating agent feeding method for a washing machine, which aims to accurately judge the feeding amount of a laundry treating agent when the washing machine runs a washing program again according to a preset feeding amount threshold and the quantity of foam, so that the waste of the laundry treating agent can be avoided, a large quantity of foam is avoided, better washing of objects to be washed can be realized, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a laundry treating agent applying method of the present invention; fig. 2 is a flowchart of a laundry treating agent applying method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating agent putting method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1, acquiring a preset input amount threshold of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s2, acquiring the quantity of foam in the washing barrel when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
and S3, judging the adding amount of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program again according to the preset adding amount threshold and the foam amount.
Preferably, in the process of obtaining the preset input amount threshold and obtaining the number of the foams, the preset input amount threshold may be obtained first, and then the number of the foams may be obtained; or the number of foams can be obtained first, and then a preset input amount threshold value is obtained; the preset input threshold and the number of foams can be obtained simultaneously, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the obtaining sequence of the preset input threshold and the number of foams in practical application, without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine further comprises a dispenser box for storing the laundry treating agent; before the step S1 "obtaining the preset threshold value of the laundry treatment agent input amount when the washing machine last runs the washing program", the laundry treatment agent input method further includes:
s01, acquiring a first clothes treating agent type in the dispenser box when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s02, acquiring a second type of the laundry treatment agent in the dispenser box when the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s03, judging whether the first laundry treating agent type is consistent with the second laundry treating agent type;
s04, if the first laundry treating agent type is not consistent with the second laundry treating agent type, not executing the operation of obtaining the preset threshold value of the laundry treating agent dosage when the washing machine last runs the washing program;
and S05, if the first type of the laundry treatment agent is consistent with the second type of the laundry treatment agent, judging whether to execute the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time according to the material of the to-be-washed object.
Specifically, in step S04, if the first laundry treatment agent type is not consistent with the second laundry treatment agent type, it is considered that the foaming conditions of the first laundry treatment agent and the second laundry treatment agent are different, and the dose of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine operates the washing course again cannot be determined by the first laundry treatment agent type in the dispenser box when the washing machine operates the washing course last time, the operation of obtaining the preset dose threshold of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine operates the washing course last time is not performed.
Preferably, in step S05, if the first laundry treating agent type is identical to the second laundry treating agent type, and the foaming conditions of the first laundry treating agent and the second laundry treating agent are considered to be the same, but the foaming conditions of the first laundry treating agent and the second laundry treating agent are different when the same laundry treating agent is used for washing clothes of different materials, in order to more accurately judge the input amount of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine runs the washing program again, whether to execute the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine runs the washing program last time is judged according to the material of the object to be washed.
Preferably, the laundry machine further comprises a concentration sensor for detecting a concentration of the laundry treating agent within the dispenser box. After a user selects a function of automatically putting in the clothes treating agent, a concentration sensor detects the first concentration of the clothes treating agent in the distributor box and stores a detection result, and meanwhile, the first concentration is compared with the second concentration of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time, if the first concentration is inconsistent with the second concentration, the operation of obtaining the preset putting amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time is not executed; and if the first concentration is consistent with the second concentration, judging whether to execute the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time according to the material of the object to be washed.
The laundry treating agent adding amount is selected according to a laundry treating agent adding data table, the laundry treating agent adding data table is treating agent adding data of laundry amount and material combination under various concentration conditions, and the laundry treating agent adding data is obtained through a large number of tests and is arranged in a washing machine control device. The same amount of laundry, the same material, and the concentration of the laundry treatment agent are different, and the amount of laundry is different.
Further, in step S05, the step of determining whether to execute the operation of obtaining the preset threshold value of the laundry treatment agent input amount when the washing machine operates the washing program last time according to the material of the object to be washed specifically includes:
s051, obtaining a first material of an object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates a washing program last time;
s052, obtaining a second material of the object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s053, judging whether the first material is consistent with the second material;
s054, if the first material is consistent with the second material, executing the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
and S055, if the first material is inconsistent with the second material, not executing the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time.
Specifically, in step S054, if the first material is identical to the second material and the first laundry treatment agent type is identical to the second laundry treatment agent type, it may be considered that the washing machine re-operates the washing program under the condition similar to or identical to the condition of the laundry and the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine last operates the washing program, and the input amount of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine re-operates the washing program may be determined with reference to the preset input amount threshold of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine last operates the washing program, and the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold of the laundry treatment agent when the washing machine last operates the washing program is performed.
Preferably, in step S055, if the first material is not the same as the second material, the first laundry treating agent type may be considered to be the same as the second laundry treating agent type, but the foaming condition of the same laundry treating agent when washing the laundry of different materials may be different, and the input amount of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program again cannot be determined by the preset input amount threshold of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time, the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold of the laundry treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time is not performed.
Preferably, the washing machine further includes an image sensor, and the material of the object to be washed is acquired by the image sensor. Of course, the method of acquiring the material of the object to be cleaned is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and the material of the object to be cleaned may be acquired by RFID, and any method may be adopted as long as the material of the object to be cleaned can be acquired.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of obtaining the preset threshold value of the laundry treatment agent dosage at the last time the washing machine runs the washing program in step S1 specifically includes:
s11, acquiring the weight of the object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
and S12, determining a preset input amount threshold according to the weight of the object to be cleaned and the first material.
Preferably, the washing machine further includes a weight sensor, by which a weight of the laundry is acquired.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine further includes a detection electrode, and the step of "obtaining the amount of bubbles in the washing tub when the washing machine last runs the washing program" in step S2 specifically includes:
and S21, acquiring the quantity of the foam in the washing barrel through the detection electrode.
Of course, the method for obtaining the amount of bubbles in the washing tub is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and other methods may be used to obtain the amount of bubbles in the washing tub, for example, the amount of bubbles may be determined by the operating current of the motor of the washing machine, and any detection method may be used as long as the amount of bubbles in the washing tub can be measured.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of determining the laundry detergent input amount when the washing machine re-runs the washing course according to the preset input amount threshold and the foam amount in the step S3 specifically includes:
s31, judging whether the foam quantity is larger than or equal to a preset foam threshold value;
s32, if the quantity of the foam is larger than or equal to the preset foam threshold value, putting the laundry treating agent according to the first putting quantity when the washing machine operates the washing program again; wherein the first input amount is smaller than a preset input amount threshold value;
and S33, if the quantity of the foam is smaller than the preset foam threshold value, the laundry machine puts the laundry treatment agent in according to the preset putting quantity threshold value when running the washing program again.
Specifically, in step S32, when the amount of foam is greater than or equal to the preset foam threshold, it indicates that a large amount of foam is generated when the laundry treatment agent is dosed according to the preset dosing amount threshold during the last washing operation, the dosing amount of the laundry treatment agent is large, and the amount of foam needs to be reduced by reducing the dosing amount of the laundry treatment agent, so that the laundry treatment agent is dosed according to the first dosing amount when the washing machine is operated again to the washing operation.
Preferably, in step S33, when the amount of foam is less than the preset foam threshold, it indicates that an appropriate amount of foam generated by adding the laundry treating agent according to the preset adding amount threshold when the washing program was last run, the adding amount of the laundry treating agent is moderate, and the adding amount of the laundry treating agent does not need to be adjusted, so that the laundry treating agent is added according to the preset adding amount threshold when the washing program is run again, thereby achieving the purpose of adding the most reasonable amount of laundry treating agent to the object to be washed, not only avoiding the waste of the laundry treating agent, but also achieving better washing of the object to be washed.
In the above process, through setting of the preset foam threshold, a conclusion can be given whether the laundry machine performs the laundry treatment agent dosing according to the first dosing amount when the washing program is operated again. The preset foam threshold may be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual conditions, for example, a foam value obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under a specific working condition or a foam value obtained according to experiments, as long as the requirement of determining whether to dose the laundry treatment agent according to the first dosing amount according to the preset foam threshold is met.
In a preferred embodiment, after the step S32 "making the washing machine run the washing program again and making the laundry treatment agent be dosed according to the first dosing amount", the laundry treatment agent dosing method further includes:
and S4, filling water into the washing machine to a first water level.
Preferably, the first water level is less than a preset water level threshold value at which the washing machine re-operates the washing course, to improve the detection accuracy of the turbidity of the washing water.
In a preferred embodiment, after the "filling the washing machine with water to the first water level" at step S4, the laundry treating agent loading method further includes:
s5, the washing machine is caused to perform a washing operation, i.e., the washing machine is caused to perform the washing operation at the first water level, so that the dirt on the objects to be washed is maximally dissolved into the washing water, thereby being capable of accurately detecting the turbidity of the washing water.
In a preferred embodiment, after the step S5 "making the washing machine perform the washing operation", the laundry treating agent loading method further includes:
s61, obtaining the turbidity of the washing water in the washing barrel;
s62, judging whether the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to a preset turbidity threshold value;
s63, if the turbidity of the washing water is larger than or equal to the preset turbidity threshold value, the washing machine puts the laundry treating agent again according to the second putting amount; the second putting amount is smaller than the first putting amount, and the sum of the second putting amount and the first putting amount is smaller than a preset putting amount threshold value;
s64, if the turbidity of the washing water is less than the preset turbidity threshold, the washing machine continues to perform the washing operation.
Specifically, in step S63, if the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to the preset turbidity threshold, it indicates that the object to be washed is dirty, the first input amount of the laundry treatment agent is difficult to clean the object to be washed, and the addition amount of the laundry treatment agent needs to be increased, so that the washing machine inputs the laundry treatment agent again according to the second input amount, thereby avoiding that the object to be washed cannot be cleaned due to insufficient input amount of the laundry treatment agent, and avoiding that the object to be washed cannot be rinsed well due to excessive input amount of the laundry treatment agent, so that the object to be washed is better washed, and further improving the user experience.
Preferably, in step S64, if the turbidity of the washing water is less than the preset turbidity threshold, which indicates that the objects to be washed are relatively clean, the first dose of the laundry treatment agent is sufficient to clean the objects to be washed, and no further laundry treatment agent needs to be added, so that the washing machine continues to perform the washing operation.
In the above process, by setting the preset turbidity threshold, it can be concluded whether to allow the washing machine to perform the dosing of the laundry treatment agent again according to the second dosing amount. The preset turbidity threshold value can be flexibly adjusted and set according to actual conditions, for example, a turbidity value obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition or a turbidity value obtained according to an experience can be obtained as long as the requirement that whether the washing machine is used for feeding the laundry treatment agent again according to the second feeding amount determined by the preset turbidity threshold value is met.
In a preferred embodiment, after the step S63 "making the washing machine perform the laundry treatment again according to the second dosage", the laundry treatment dosage method further includes:
and S7, continuing to fill water into the washing machine to a second water level, and continuing to perform washing, draining, rinsing, dewatering and the like to clean the objects to be cleaned.
Preferably, the second water level is higher than the first water level.
Preferably, the laundry treatment agent comprises one or more of a laundry detergent, a washing powder, a bleaching agent, a softener, and the like.
Referring now to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a laundry treating agent applying method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in one possible embodiment, the flow of the laundry treating agent feeding method of the washing machine of the present invention may be:
s01, acquiring a first clothes treating agent type in the dispenser box when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s02, acquiring a second type of the laundry treatment agent in the dispenser box when the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s03, judging whether the first laundry treating agent type is consistent with the second laundry treating agent type;
s04, if not, not executing the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the clothing treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s051, if yes, obtaining a first material of the object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s052, obtaining a second material of the object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s053, judging whether the first material is consistent with the second material;
s055, if not, not executing the operation of obtaining the preset input amount threshold value of the clothes treating agent when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s11, if yes, acquiring the weight of the object to be cleaned when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s12, determining a preset input amount threshold value according to the weight of the object to be cleaned and the first material;
s2, acquiring the quantity of foam in the washing barrel when the washing machine operates the washing program last time;
s31, judging whether the foam quantity is larger than or equal to a preset foam threshold value;
s32, if yes, putting the clothing treating agent according to the first putting amount when the washing machine operates the washing program again;
s33, if not, the washing machine puts in the laundry treatment agent according to the preset input amount threshold when running the washing program again;
after the step S32, performing S4, watering the washing machine to the first water level;
s5, making the washing machine execute washing operation;
s61, obtaining the turbidity of the washing water in the washing barrel;
s62, judging whether the turbidity of the washing water is greater than or equal to a preset turbidity threshold value;
s63, if yes, the washing machine puts in the clothing treating agent again according to the second input amount;
s64, if not, making the washing machine continuously execute washing operation;
after step S63, S7 is performed to continue filling the washing machine with water to the second water level.
It is also possible to delete at least one or several of the steps S04, S055, S33 in the laundry treatment agent dosing method described above, which can still be performed without including at least one or several of the steps S04, S055, S33, without this change deviating from the principle and scope of the invention. Of course, it is also possible to delete at least one or several of the remaining steps of the above-described method, and the laundry treating agent delivery method can still be performed without including at least one or several of the remaining steps, without this change departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
