And plying the first single yarn and the second single yarn into a ply yarn. The thickness variation range of the bamboo-lyocell satin color yarn is 1.5; the average bamboo joint length is 40 mm; the rate of change was 0.25%; the average distance between bamboo joints is 300 mm; the rate of change was 0.25%.

The boiling and bleaching, the first hot washing, the acid washing, the second hot washing and the softening steps are as follows:
during boiling and bleaching, adding caustic soda, a FLOW pretreatment agent and hydrogen peroxide into a boiling and bleaching solution, wherein the concentration of the caustic soda in the boiling and bleaching solution is 5.0ml/L, the concentration of the FLOW pretreatment agent is 3.0ml/L, and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 7.8ml/L, and steaming for 60min at 100 ℃;
the one-step hot washing comprises two times of hot washing of washing with water at 80 ℃ for 15min and washing with water at 70 ℃ for 15min in sequence;
when in acid washing, the acid washing solution containing 0.30g/L of citric acid is used for washing for 20min at the temperature of 60 ℃; then washing the mixture for 20min at 40 ℃ by using 0.12mL/L deoxyenzyme N255 solution;
the second hot washing is carried out for 15min at 60 ℃;
softening agent JWJ is used during the softening, and the concentration of the softening agent JWJ in the solution is 2.0 ml/l; rinsing at 40 deg.C for 20 min.
Example 6
The weaving method of the towel fabric containing the satin color yarn of the bamboo li fiber comprises the following steps:
dividing the weft yarns into two layers, and interweaving the first layer of weft yarns with the ground warp and the wool warp to form a looped pile on the front side of the product; interweaving the first layer of weft yarns with the ground warp and the wool warp to form a looped pile on the front surface of the product; interweaving the second layer of weft yarns with the ground yarns and the warp yarns to form looped piles on the back of the product; forming a double-sided terry fabric; the wool warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fiber;
and the double-sided terry fabric is subjected to boiling and bleaching, primary hot washing, acid washing, secondary hot washing and softening in sequence to obtain the finished product of the towel fabric.
The boiling and bleaching, the first hot washing, the acid washing, the second hot washing and the softening steps are as follows:
during the boiling and bleaching, adding caustic soda, a FLOW pretreatment agent and hydrogen peroxide into a boiling and bleaching solution, wherein the concentration of the caustic soda in the boiling and bleaching solution is 5.2ml/L, the concentration of the FLOW pretreatment agent is 2.8ml/L, and the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is 7.9ml/L, and steaming is carried out for 58min at 102 ℃;
the one-step hot washing comprises two times of hot washing of sequentially washing for 12min at 81 ℃ and 12min at 71 ℃;
when in acid washing, the acid washing solution containing 0.28g/L of citric acid is used for washing for 18min at the temperature of 51 ℃; then washing the mixture for 18min at 39 ℃ by using 0.14mL/L deoxyenzyme N255 solution;
the second hot washing is carried out for 16min at 61 ℃;
softening agent JWJ is used during the softening, and the concentration of the softening agent JWJ in the solution is 2.2 ml/l; rinsing at 39 deg.C for 22 min.

Claims (10)

1. The towel fabric containing the satin color yarn of the bamboo fiber is characterized in that the towel fabric is a towel product of single-sided terry or double-sided terry interwoven by wool warp, ground warp and weft; dividing the weft yarns into at least two layers:
the first layer of weft yarns, the ground warp and the wool warp are interwoven on the front surface of the towel product to form a pile loop; a second layer of weft yarns is interwoven with the ground warp to form a base fabric on the back of the product; forming a single-sided terry fabric; the wool warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fibers, and at least one of the second layer of weft yarns and the ground warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fibers;
or the first layer of weft yarns, the ground warp and the wool warp are interwoven on the front surface of the towel product to form a pile loop, and the second layer of weft yarns, the ground warp and the wool warp are interwoven on the back surface of the towel product to form a pile loop; forming a double-sided terry fabric; the wool warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fiber.
2. The terry towel fabric with satin color bamboo filament yarn of claim 1, wherein: the satin color yarn containing the bamboo lyocell fiber is a plied yarn containing more than 3 colors; the main yarn of the plied yarn is combed cotton, and the auxiliary yarn is bamboo-lyocell fiber.
3. A weaving method for preparing a terry towel fabric containing satin color bamboo fiber yarn according to claim 1, characterized in that:
dividing the weft yarns into two layers, and interweaving the first layer of weft yarns with the ground warp and the wool warp to form a looped pile on the front side of the product; interweaving the second layer of weft yarns with the ground yarns to form a base fabric on the back side of the product; forming a single-sided terry fabric; the wool warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fibers, and at least one of the second layer of weft yarns and the ground warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fibers;
or interweaving the first layer of weft yarns with the ground warp and the wool warp to form a looped pile on the front surface of the product; interweaving the second layer of weft yarns with the ground yarns and the warp yarns to form looped piles on the back of the product; forming a double-sided terry fabric; the wool warp is satin color yarn containing bamboo lyocell fiber;
and the single-sided terry fabric or the double-sided terry fabric is subjected to boiling and bleaching, primary hot washing, acid washing, secondary hot washing and softening in sequence to obtain the finished product of the towel fabric.

The method for weaving a terry towel fabric containing satin color bamboo filament yarn according to claim 3, wherein: the satin color yarn containing the bamboo lyocell fiber is a plied yarn containing 3 colors; the twisted pair yarn is formed by twisting 2 single yarns, the main yarn of the first single yarn of the 2 single yarns is combed cotton, the auxiliary yarn is a Zhulier single yarn with a first color, the main yarn of the second single yarn of the 2 single yarns is combed cotton, the auxiliary yarn is a Zhulier single yarn with a second color, and the 2 single yarns are twisted after being respectively spun to synthesize the twisted pair yarn.
5. The method for weaving terry towel fabric with satin color bamboo filament yarn according to claim 4, wherein the method for spinning the ply yarn comprises the following steps:

twisting on a spinning machine to produce satin color yarn single yarn, continuously feeding combed cotton serving as a main yarn on the spinning machine through a first roller, and discontinuously feeding the bamboo-beauty auxiliary yarn of the first color through a second roller, thereby twisting to form a first single yarn with a segment color effect; twisting in the same step to produce a second single yarn;
plying the first single yarn and the second single yarn into the plied yarn.
6. The method for weaving a towel fabric containing bamboo lyocell yarns as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the bamboo lyocell auxiliary yarns comprises:
opening and picking: preparing the bamboo lyocell into cotton rolls, wherein the dry weight of the cotton rolls is 380g/m, the length of the cotton rolls is 34.2m, and the weight unevenness of the cotton rolls is 1.1%;
carding cotton: carding the prepared cotton rolls to prepare oval cotton carding carded slivers, wherein the dry weight of the carded slivers is 20.5g/5 m; the raw sliver evenness CV% value is 3.2%, and the raw sliver weight unevenness rate is 2.6%;
drawing: drawing ration is 18.5g/5m, two-pass drawing is adopted, 6 drawing is adopted, the unevenness of drawing weight is 0.6%, and USTER evenness CV% value is 2.2%;
roving: the quantitative of the roving was 4.5g/10m, the twist factor of the roving was 85, the weight unevenness of the roving was 1.0%, and the yarn levelness CV% was 5.6%.

The method for weaving a terry towel fabric containing satin color bamboo filament yarn according to claim 5, wherein: the thickness variation range of the bamboo-lyocell satin color yarn is 1.2-1.8; the average bamboo joint length is 35-45 mm; the change rate is 0.2-0.3%; the average bamboo joint distance is 250-350 mm; the rate of change is 0.2 to 0.3%.
8. The method for weaving a terry towel fabric containing satin color bamboo filament yarn according to claim 5, wherein: the positions of the first roller and the second roller are respectively fixed.

washing the second hot washing with water at 58-62 ℃ for 10-20 min;
softening agent JWJ is used during softening, and the concentration of the softening agent JWJ in the solution is 1.5-2.5 ml/l; washing for 15-25 min at 38-42 ℃.
