Abstract
The invention provides a liftable and foldable patient input device and an input method for a vehicle-mounted CT, and relates to the technical field of tomography medical instruments, wherein the device comprises two lifting slide rails respectively arranged at two sides of a CT entrance and exit door of a vehicle-mounted shelter, two stand columns respectively connected with the two lifting slide rails in a sliding manner, a cross beam connected with the tops of the two lifting slide rails, two driving push rods respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two stand columns and fixedly connected with the cross beam, and an overturning base arranged between the two lifting slide rails and rotationally connected with the lifting slide rails; the cylinder body and the upright post of the driving push rod are both fixed on the square cabin. The input device can enable a patient to enter a scanning room without going up a step, and can automatically enter the scanning room after being isolated by matching with an isolation transfer trolley for an infectious disease patient; for the patients with ordinary mobility inconvenience, the patient can enter the system by matching with an ordinary transfer trolley; the efficiency can be improved for the examination of common patients with mild symptoms, and the requirement of large-batch emergency continuous examination and scanning can be met.

Background
Aiming at epidemic prevention and control, earthquake relief, mobile physical examination, national defense and field operation hospitals, common CT has a plurality of vehicle-mounted CT and shelter CT at present due to the fixed use places and high requirements on shielding rooms. Generally, a vehicle-mounted CT scanning room is arranged on a car hopper, has a height difference of about 1 meter from the ground, is inconvenient to enter the scanning room, and enters the scanning room in a step mode, but has the problems that the patient cannot enter the scanning room due to inconvenient access, inconvenient movement and the like.

The principle and the beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, the patient input device capable of being lifted and folded can enable a patient to enter a scanning room without going up a step, and can automatically enter the scanning room after being isolated by matching with an isolation transfer trolley for infectious disease patients; for the patients with ordinary mobility inconvenience, the patient can enter the system by matching with an ordinary transfer trolley; the efficiency can be improved for the examination of common patients with mild symptoms, and the requirement of large-batch emergency continuous examination and scanning can be met.
