Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tomography medical instruments, and particularly relates to a lifting platform for a vehicle-mounted shelter.
Background
At present, in the using process of the shelter machine, a patient needs to walk up and down stairs by himself, however, for the old or the disabled, the walking up and down stairs are very difficult, and the safety problem is easy to occur in the process of walking up and down stairs. In the prior art, a patient gets on or off the CT cart through a ladder carried by the CT cart, but the following problems exist:
the self-carried ladders of the CT vehicle are steep, handrails are not arranged on two sides of the ladder, and it is quite difficult for some old or young people with disabled and diseased bodies to independently walk on the stairs to get on or off the vehicle, and potential safety hazards exist;
2. some wheelchair-bound patients cannot go up and down stairs at all.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a lifting table capable of improving the safety of the patient getting on and off the CT cart.
For example, the device comprises two lifting slide rails respectively mounted on two sides of a CT access door of a vehicle-mounted shelter, two upright posts respectively connected with the two lifting slide rails in a sliding manner, a cross beam connected with the tops of the two lifting slide rails, two driving push rods respectively mounted on the outer sides of the two upright posts and fixedly connected with the cross beam, and an overturning base mounted between the two lifting slide rails and rotationally connected with the lifting slide rails, wherein the input device is provided with a lifting slide rail and a lifting folding input device; the cylinder body and the upright post of the driving push rod are both fixed on the square cabin. Although the patient can enter the scanning room without going up steps, the patient with infectious diseases can enter the scanning room automatically after being isolated by matching with an isolation transfer trolley; for the patients with ordinary mobility inconvenience, the patient can enter the system by matching with an ordinary transfer trolley; the efficiency can be improved for the examination of common patients with mild symptoms, and the requirement of large-batch emergency continuous examination and scanning is met; but its shortcoming lies in that elevating gear can't dismantle, can only assemble the outside at the shelter during folding, and in the in-process that the car starts, easily cause colliding with and damage to elevating gear, short service life needs frequent change, extravagant cost.

The invention provides a lifting platform for a vehicle-mounted shelter, which can be convenient for old, young and sick people to go up and down a shelter and has high safety, and aims to overcome the problems that in the prior art, an existing CT (computed tomography) vehicle is provided with a steep ladder, handrails are not arranged on two sides of the ladder, and the problem that for the old, the young and the people with physical disabilities and diseases, especially for the patients sitting in a wheelchair, the walking on and off the stair alone is very difficult and potential safety hazards exist.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the lifting platform is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to automatically ascend and descend to a specified position through the control of upper and lower limit by utilizing a hydraulic system of the shelter; (2) the lifting platform can be disassembled when not in use, is placed in a space below a shelter vehicle body, does not affect the appearance of the vehicle when the vehicle is started, and can work only by opening the oil cylinder decoration door and the upturned door when in use, turning out the lifting rod seat and fixing the lifting rod seat by using bolts, taking out the lifting rod to penetrate through the lifting rod seat to be connected with the lifting platform, and then connecting the lifting rod with the oil cylinder telescopic rod by using a second oil cylinder pin shaft; (3) the handrails on the two sides of the lifting platform can be laid down and folded, so that the space occupied by a vehicle is reduced.

The lifting rod seat is arranged on the square cabin through a pin shaft, the lifting rod can slide up and down through a through hole of the lifting rod seat, and the lifting rod seat is fixed on a vehicle body through two M20 bolts when the square cabin works.

Furthermore, the hydraulic oil cylinders are connected with the shelter through first oil cylinder pin shafts 7. Hydraulic cylinder passes through first hydro-cylinder round pin axle to be fixed in first accommodation space, and hydraulic cylinder can use first hydro-cylinder round pin axle to rotate as the axle to outside being drawed out first accommodation space.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the lifting rods are hinged to the telescopic rods of the hydraulic oil cylinders through second oil cylinder pin shafts 8.
The lifting platform can be detached when not in use and placed in the second accommodating space, so that the appearance of the vehicle when the vehicle is started is not influenced, the lifting platform is not easy to collide and damage in the starting process of the vehicle, the service life is prolonged, and the cost is saved.
Further, oil cylinder decorative doors 10 are mounted at the inlets of the first accommodating spaces; an upturned door 11 is installed at an entrance of the second receiving space. The inlet planes of the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space are connected in a U shape.

Furthermore, the first handrail seats and the second handrail seats are fixedly connected with the surface of the lifting platform and are arranged at equal intervals in the direction far away from the square cabin; wherein, the first handrail seat is farthest away from the shelter, and the handrail vertical pipe closest to the shelter is also connected with the handrail cross rod through a spring pin 16. The handrail vertical pipe can swing in two directions in the handrail cross rod, and the spring pin is used for fixing the handrail vertical pipe closest to (most in front of) the shelter. The armrest vertical pipe closest to the shelter is provided with a strip-shaped bulge, a strip-shaped axial opening is formed in the spring pin, and the bulge corresponds to the axial opening.
When the spring pin is pressed, all the handrail vertical pipes can be completely laid down towards one side direction; when the handrail needs to be reset, the spring pin is pressed to pull the handrail cross rod outwards to reset, the spring pin is released after the handrail is reset, and the folding handrail is fixed.
When the lifting platform is not used, the spring pin is pressed, the axial opening on the spring pin is separated from the protrusion on the handrail vertical pipe connected with the spring pin, the handrail vertical pipe closest to the shelter is not limited by the clamping position of the spring pin, all the handrail vertical pipes can be completely laid forwards, the storage space can be saved, and the whole lifting platform and the foldable handrail can be placed into the second accommodation space. When the handrail is needed to be used, the spring pin is also pressed, the axial opening on the spring pin is separated from the protrusion on the handrail vertical pipe connected with the spring pin, and then the handrail cross rod is pulled outwards, so that the handrail can be reset; after the folding handrail is reset, the spring pin is released, the axial opening on the spring pin and the protrusion on the handrail vertical pipe connected with the spring pin can be reset and correspondingly connected, the rotation of the corresponding handrail vertical pipe is limited, and at the moment, the folding handrail is fixed. Except the handrail vertical pipes fixed by spring pins, the rest handrail vertical pipes are connected with the handrail cross rods only by the fixing pins 17.

The accommodation of the lifting platform is placed:
when the lifting platform reaches the ground, after a second oil cylinder pin shaft for connecting the lifting rod and the hydraulic oil cylinder is drawn out, the two lifting rods are screwed out of the lifting platform and the lifting rod seat, then the two M20 bolts for fixing the lifting rod seat are unscrewed, and the lifting rod seat rotates towards a second accommodating space below the vehicle body.
