The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The diamond-shaped lattice fabric, the method of manufacturing the same, and the clothing according to the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a diamond grid fabric is provided, the surface of which has a plurality of diamond-shaped micropores.
Wherein, the micropores refer to holes which are formed by criss-cross of the warp and weft yarns and are not easy to observe by naked eyes, and the aperture size of the micropores is 0.05mm-0.2 mm.
The plurality of rhombic micropores distributed on the surface of the rhombic lattice cloth enable the cloth to have good air permeability, and the rhombic structure is favorable for absorbing moisture, so that the water absorption effect of the cloth is improved, and the cloth is suitable for being used as clothes of infants.
According to some embodiments, the diamond-shaped micropores are woven by warps and wefts of the diamond-shaped grid cloth, the diamond-shaped micropores are pore structures formed by criss-cross weaving of warps and wefts in the weaving process, a plurality of diamond-shaped micropores are uniformly distributed on the surface of the diamond-shaped grid cloth, in some embodiments, the diamond-shaped micropores are through holes penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the diamond-shaped grid cloth, in other embodiments, the diamond-shaped micropores can also be blind holes formed by weaving.
According to some embodiments, the hole pitch between two adjacent diamond-shaped micro holes may be 0.1 to 0.3 cm. For example, it may be 0.1cm, 0.15cm, 0.2cm, 0.25cm, or 0.3 cm. This hole interval's setting can be so that rhombus check cloth still has comfortable sense of touch when contacting with the human body satisfying the gas permeability and absorbing water under the fine condition of effect.
According to some embodiments, the warp yarns of the diamond-grid cloth have a density of 70-78, or 70-75, or 72-74, and the weft yarns of the diamond-grid cloth have a density of 42-48, or 42-46, or 43-46. For example, the density of warp yarns of the diamond grid cloth may be 73 ribs, and the density of weft yarns may be 45 ribs. This arrangement allows the fabric to form the desired warp and weft interweaving to form stable diamond shaped cells.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the diamond grid cloth, which comprises the following steps:
weaving a cloth with a plurality of diamond micropores on the surface by using a rapier loom.
Rapier looms are shuttleless looms in which the weft yarn is inserted into the shed by means of a reciprocating rapier-like lever. A rigid rapier loom for weft insertion by using a rigid rapier; the flexible rapier loom is known as flexible rapier loom. The rapier loom is used for weft supply outside the loom, weft is actively controlled by the rapier head, and the weft insertion quality is high. The cloth with a plurality of diamond-shaped micropores on the surface can be woven by setting the operating parameters of the rapier loom.
According to some embodiments, the warp yarn used for weaving the diamond-shaped lattice fabric is 32 cotton yarns, and the weft yarn is 21 cotton yarns. The cloth woven by the warps and the wefts with the fineness can meet the requirements of surface evenness of the fabric and formation of diamond micropores.
According to some embodiments, when woven with a rapier loom, the pitch is set to 0.1-0.3cm, for example, 0.1cm, or 0.15cm, or 0.2cm, or 0.25cm, or 0.3cm, the density of warp yarns is set to 70-78 edges, or 70-75 edges, or 72-74 edges, and the density of weft yarns is set to 42-48 edges, or 42-46 edges, or 43-46 edges. Through the setting of the parameters of the rapier loom, the cloth woven by the rapier loom can also obtain the corresponding pitch, the correspondingly arranged warp density and weft density, and the surface of the cloth woven by the rapier loom can have the desired rhombic micropores under the setting of the parameters.
Some embodiments of the present invention provide a method for preparing a diamond grid cloth, which comprises the following steps:

And then, pre-shrinking the fabric after the finished product is shaped by a fabric pre-shrinking machine, controlling the pre-shrinking rate of the fabric to be 11 percent to obtain the rhombic lattice fabric, and after the diamond lattice fabric is inspected, rolling and packaging.
Test examples
The diamond-shaped lattice fabrics of examples 1 to 6 and the knitted fabrics of shaoxing kusonse textiles co., ltd, which were purchased on the market, were used as comparative examples, and the performance evaluation of moisture absorption and quick drying was performed according to GB/T21655.1-2008 (evaluation of moisture absorption and quick drying properties of textiles, part 1: single combination test method), and the evaluation results were as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure PCTCN2017108902-APPB-000001
As can be seen from table 1, the moisture absorption and quick-drying properties of the diamond-grid fabric in the embodiment of the present invention are much higher than those of the comparative knitted fabric, and are also higher than the index requirements in GB/T21655.1-2008.
In conclusion, the air permeability and the water absorption performance of the fabric are greatly improved through the diamond micropores on the surface, so that the clothes made of the fabric also have good air permeability and water absorption effect, are high in comfort and have good application value in the field of infant clothes.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Industrial applicability:
Therefore, the diamond grid fabric, the preparation method thereof and the clothes are simple in manufacturing process and capable of being produced in large-scale batch, and the produced fabric has good application value and economic value in the field of infant clothes.
