adding the license plate number in the loading and unloading goods reservation request after the verification is passed into a list of vehicles permitted to enter the factory;
B. identifying entering a factory: acquiring license plate pictures of vehicles entering a factory in advance, identifying the license plate pictures by adopting an image identification technology to obtain license plates, accessing an exhaust emission standard motor vehicle information inquiry system according to the license plates to obtain emission standard types of the vehicles entering the factory in advance, judging whether the license plates are in a list of vehicles permitted to enter the factory and judging whether the emission standards of the vehicles entering the factory are not over standard, if so, releasing the vehicles entering the factory, otherwise, not releasing the vehicles;
C. first weighing and metering: acquiring a license plate picture of a vehicle, identifying the license plate picture by adopting an image identification technology to obtain a license plate number, and generating a first metering record according to the license plate number obtained by a license plate identification device; weighing the vehicle to obtain first weight information, and adding the first weight information into a first metering record;
D. and (3) second weighing and metering: acquiring a license plate picture of a vehicle, identifying the license plate picture by adopting an image identification technology to obtain a license plate number, and generating a second metering record according to the license plate number obtained by a license plate identification device; obtaining second weight information by weighing the vehicle, and adding the second weight information to a second metering record;
E. and (3) calculating the cost: acquiring the weight of the goods according to the first weight information in the first metering record and the second weight information in the second metering record, searching a corresponding loading and unloading goods reservation request according to the license plate number corresponding to the metering record to acquire the information of a transport party, searching a transport party-grade-discount table according to the information of the transport party to acquire the grade of the transport party and the discount of the transport party, calculating the actual unit price according to the discount of the transport party and the unit price of the goods, and calculating the cost to be paid according to the actual unit price and the weight of the goods to generate a settlement list;
F. automatic fee deduction: carrying out expense settlement according to the settlement list, and adding the license plate number corresponding to the settlement list for completing the expense settlement into a list of vehicles permitted to leave a factory;
G. and (4) identification and delivery: collecting the license plate picture of a pre-delivery vehicle, adopting an image recognition technology to recognize the license plate picture to obtain the license plate number, judging whether the license plate number is in a list of vehicles permitted to deliver from the factory and finishing the automatic fee deduction step, if so, releasing from the factory, otherwise, not releasing.

The goods in-and-out-of-factory identity recognition and metering settlement method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the price of the goods can be adjusted according to the needs, and the price adjusting types comprise price adding, price reducing, price adding and price reducing, half price and/or over price; after adjusting the price of the goods, if the settlement time is before the price adjustment starting time, a settlement list is generated according to the price of the goods before adjusting the price, and if the settlement time is after the price adjustment starting time, the settlement list is generated according to the price of the goods after adjusting the price.
