the first weighing device identifies the license plate number through the license plate identification device and uploads the license plate number to the metering record generation module, and the metering record generation module generates a first metering record for the license plate number; the first weighing device weighs the vehicle through the wagon balance and uploads first weight information to the metering record generating module, and the metering record generating module adds the first weight information into a first metering record;
the second weighing device identifies the license plate number through the license plate identification device and uploads the license plate number to the metering record generation module, and the metering record generation module generates a second metering record for the license plate number; the second weighing device weighs the vehicle through the wagon balance and uploads second weight information to the metering record generation module; the metering record generating module adds second weight information into a second metering record and pushes the metering record to the settlement list generating module;
the settlement list generating module acquires the weight of the goods according to the first weight information in the first metering record and the second weight information in the second metering record, acquires the weight of the goods according to the first weight information and the second weight information in the metering records, searches a corresponding loading and unloading goods reservation request according to the corresponding license plate number in the metering records to acquire the information of a transport party, searches a transport party-grade-discount table according to the information of the transport party to acquire the grade of the transport party and the discount of the transport party, calculates the actual unit price according to the discount of the transport party and the unit price of the goods, calculates the cost to be paid according to the actual unit price and the weight of the goods, generates a settlement list and sends the settlement list to the cost deduction module;
the expense deduction module divides the expense to be paid from the payer account to the payee account according to the settlement list, and adds the license plate number corresponding to the settlement list completing expense settlement into a list of vehicles permitted to leave factory
Furthermore, the system also comprises a transporter mobile terminal, wherein matched client software is arranged in the transporter mobile terminal, and related managers can access the management platform through the transporter client; the factory end also comprises a factory mobile end, matched client software is arranged in the factory mobile end, and related managers can access the management platform through the factory client;
the system pushes the processing result to the transport party moving end, the manufacturer moving end and/or the driver moving end in real time, so that the transport party, the manufacturer and the driver can obtain the transport condition in time.

In the invention, loading and unloading appointments are firstly carried out before goods are transported, entering a factory is identified according to loading and unloading appointment information, a metering record is generated for a vehicle before the vehicle enters the factory and loads and the vehicle is weighed once through a wagon balance, and a weighing result is added to the metering record; after loading and unloading, carrying out secondary weighing on the vehicle, adding a weighing result to the weighing result added to the metering record, obtaining the weight of the cargo according to the secondary weighing before and after the weighing, and then calculating the cost according to the weight of the cargo; in the whole process, through reservation processing, the original paper procedures needing multiple times of interactive verification and audit confirmation are placed before the vehicle enters a factory for centralized processing, and the follow-up verification process is completely carried out by intelligent hardware equipment, so that the manual work is saved, the working efficiency is improved, the non-stop of a transportation link is realized, the transportation time of the vehicle is saved, the condition of vehicle congestion is avoided, and the transportation efficiency of a driver is also improved.

A goods in-and-out-of-factory identity recognition and metering settlement method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps of booking audit, identifying factory entry, first weighing and metering, second weighing and metering, cost calculation, automatic fee deduction and identification delivery, and specifically comprises the following steps:
A. reservation treatment: the method comprises the following steps that related management personnel audit a loading and unloading reservation request submitted by a driver through a driver client, wherein the loading and unloading reservation request comprises vehicle information, cargo information and transport party information; the vehicle information comprises license plate numbers and emission standards of vehicles; the goods information comprises goods types and appointed loading and unloading goods weights; the carrier information comprises a carrier name;
adding the license plate number in the loading and unloading goods reservation request after the verification is passed into a list of vehicles permitted to enter the factory;
B. identifying entering a factory: acquiring license plate pictures of vehicles entering a factory in advance, identifying the license plate pictures by adopting an image identification technology to obtain license plates, accessing an exhaust emission standard motor vehicle information inquiry system according to the license plates to obtain emission standard types of the vehicles entering the factory in advance, judging whether the license plates are in a list of vehicles permitted to enter the factory and judging whether the emission standards of the vehicles entering the factory are not over standard, if so, releasing the vehicles entering the factory, otherwise, not releasing the vehicles;
C. first weighing and metering: acquiring a license plate picture of a vehicle, identifying the license plate picture by adopting an image identification technology to obtain a license plate number, and generating a first metering record according to the license plate number obtained by a license plate identification device; weighing the vehicle to obtain first weight information, and adding the first weight information into a first metering record;
D. and (3) second weighing and metering: acquiring a license plate picture of a vehicle, identifying the license plate picture by adopting an image identification technology to obtain a license plate number, and generating a second metering record according to the license plate number obtained by a license plate identification device; obtaining second weight information by weighing the vehicle, and adding the second weight information to a second metering record;
E. and (3) calculating the cost: acquiring the weight of the goods according to the first weight information in the first metering record and the second weight information in the second metering record, searching a corresponding loading and unloading goods reservation request according to the license plate number corresponding to the metering record to acquire the information of a transport party, searching a transport party-grade-discount table according to the information of the transport party to acquire the grade of the transport party and the discount of the transport party, calculating the actual unit price according to the discount of the transport party and the unit price of the goods, and calculating the cost to be paid according to the actual unit price and the weight of the goods to generate a settlement list;
F. automatic fee deduction: carrying out expense settlement according to the settlement list, and adding the license plate number corresponding to the settlement list for completing the expense settlement into a list of vehicles permitted to leave a factory;
G. and (4) identification and delivery: collecting the license plate picture of a pre-delivery vehicle, adopting an image recognition technology to recognize the license plate picture to obtain the license plate number, judging whether the license plate number is in a list of vehicles permitted to deliver from the factory and finishing the automatic fee deduction step, if so, releasing from the factory, otherwise, not releasing.

The goods in-and-out-of-factory identity recognition and metering settlement method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the price of the goods can be adjusted according to the needs, and the price adjusting types comprise price adding, price reducing, price adding and price reducing, half price and/or over price; after adjusting the price of the goods, if the settlement time is before the price adjustment starting time, a settlement list is generated according to the price of the goods before adjusting the price, and if the settlement time is after the price adjustment starting time, the settlement list is generated according to the price of the goods after adjusting the price.
3. The goods in-and-out-of-factory identity recognition and metering settlement method as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the paying party associates a plurality of payment accounts, and different payment accounts correspond to different priority orders;
in the automatic fee deduction stage, the fee to be paid in the settlement list is compared with the account balance in the current payment account, and if the account balance in the current payment account is more than or equal to the fee to be paid, the fee to be paid is deducted from the payment account; if the account balance in the payment account is less than the fee to be paid, deducting all balances in the current payment account, and deducting the remaining fee from other payment accounts associated with the payer according to the priority order; and splitting the original settlement list into two new settlement lists according to the actual fee deduction condition, wherein the cargo weight of each new settlement list is matched with the actual payment fee.
