Abstract
The invention provides a logistics vehicle management system, which comprises: the system comprises a driver client, a fleet management client and a cloud server, wherein the cloud server comprises a transport logistics service system which is used for receiving a delivery order created by a shipper through a network, selecting a transport vehicle according to the requirements of the shipper and sending the transport vehicle to the corresponding driver client, and the driver client generates a waybill after confirming the order receiving and carries out the whole-course monitoring on the waybill execution process; the driver client is used for registering and authenticating a driver account of a driver in the transportation service system, uploading vehicle information and binding a transportation fee charging account; the motorcade management client is used for registering and authenticating a motorcade management account of a motorcade owner or a manager in the transportation service system, and managing a driver account and associated vehicles in the motorcade.

Currently, a logistics service system is generally adopted in the logistics industry for comprehensive management of logistics transportation. Among them, the logistics vehicles are the most important transportation means in the logistics industry, and the management of the logistics vehicles is particularly important. And the order receiving unit is used for receiving the delivery orders randomly sent by the transport logistics service system or the delivery orders assigned by the shipper through the transport logistics service system. The order receiving unit comprises: the assignment module is used for receiving the shipping orders assigned by the shipper and selecting whether to accept the assigned shipping orders; and the confirmation module is used for generating an order two-dimensional code after receiving the assigned delivery order, wherein the information of the delivery order is stored in the order two-dimensional code, and the order receiving is completed through code scanning.
And the loading confirmation unit is used for receiving the freight note through the two-dimensional code for identifying the freight note and confirming the loading on a freight note management interface under the driver account.
And the delivery confirmation unit is used for carrying out delivery confirmation and freight adjustment on the freight bill management interface under the driver account after the goods are delivered to the destination.
Through the driver client, the driver can independently manage and register the personal account number, and can automatically carry out the logistics links such as the engagement, the audit, the delivery confirmation and the like of the control order after the registration is passed, and the remote payment and receipt of the freight charge are realized. The processing efficiency of each link is effectively improved, and the improvement of the service quality is promoted.

Through the motorcade management client, a motorcade manager can realize the comprehensive management of the motorcade, and can allocate vehicles and personnel in time, thereby improving the management efficiency and the compatibility of a vehicle service system. In addition, the authority of the fleet management account can be adjusted according to actual conditions, so that management is more flexible, and the quality of logistics service is guaranteed.
