Background
Currently, a steel mill carries out finishing treatment on surface defects of a primary rolled steel billet by using the processes of shot blasting by a shot blasting machine, coping by a coping machine, grinding by a manual grinding wheel and the like in sequence so as to ensure that the quality of the finished steel billet is qualified in subsequent finish rolling, wherein the steel billet subjected to coping treatment by the coping machine accounts for 70 percent and is a key quality control link in the finishing process of the primary rolled steel billet.
The steel billet grinding machine is a special device for removing the surface defects of steel billets by grinding with a grinding wheel rotating at a high speed, and mainly comprises an operation control end, a grinding head (grinding wheel) system, a hydraulic station, an upper material rack, a lower material rack, a grinding trolley and the like. Because the grinding bits and the dust can be generated in the grinding operation process, in order to avoid polluting operation equipment, the grinding head system is arranged in the grinding head room, the operation control end is arranged in the operation room, two layers of glass are arranged between the grinding head room and the operation room, and an operator can observe the rough condition of grinding the steel billet through the glass when carrying out grinding operation in the operation room. However, the grinding dust can be adhered to the glass to cause the glass to be fuzzy, the dust in the grinding head room is large, and the visual distance is about 1.5 meters, so that an operator can only see whether the defects of the obvious surface and the large area of the billet are completely treated, but cannot see whether the tiny defects on the surface of the billet are completely treated. Therefore, after the steel billet is processed on the grinding table of the grinding machine, the steel billet needs to be lifted to the ground and is inspected by a specially-assigned person whether the surface defects of the steel billet are completely removed, in addition, other people are needed to cooperate with the steel billet to turn over the steel billet for 3 times to inspect 4 surfaces of the steel billet, if the steel billet is not completely removed, the steel billet needs to be lifted to the grinding table again for processing, and the operation mode has the following three disadvantages:
firstly, a specially-assigned person is required to check the billet and others turn the billet in a matching way, so that the labor cost is high;
secondly, the weight of some steel billets reaches 2 tons, and two persons are required to turn the steel billets in a matching way, so that the labor intensity is high, and the safety accident risk exists;
and thirdly, after the steel billet which is still defected and is not processed is found, the steel billet is lifted at least twice, so that the operation cost is increased, and the safety risk is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a novel device for removing the surface defects of the steel billets, so that the steel billets can be polished and formed at one time, and the steel billets do not need to be lifted to the ground for inspection, thereby improving the operation efficiency, reducing the lifting times and the operation cost and reducing the safety risk.

s5, if the upper surface of the polished steel blank has no defect, driving the polishing trolley into a grinding head room, and turning the steel blank by using a turning device of the polishing trolley;
and S6, repeating the steps S2-S5 until no defect exists on the four surfaces of the steel billet, then hanging the steel billet from the coping trolley, and finishing the operation.
Preferably, the marking device is further provided with a laser lamp, and when step S4 is executed, the defect on the upper surface of the billet is moved to the irradiation position of the laser lamp, and then the defect is marked by the marking device.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the camera 4 is a CCD high-definition camera with an automatic zooming function, and the illuminating lamp 3 is a high-brightness LED lamp, so as to ensure that the image of the upper surface of the billet 6 captured by the camera 4 is clear, and the operator can clearly observe the tiny defects on the billet 6 through the display 81. The marking device 2 comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a stamp, wherein a telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the stamp, and if a small electric hydraulic cylinder with a sponge stamp mounted at the end part can be adopted. Specifically, the hydraulic cylinder is provided with a limit switch, when the seal touches the upper surface of the billet 6, the telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder can be retracted to finish the marking action. Preferably, the telescopic stroke of the hydraulic cylinder and the specification size of the stamp can meet the requirements of the billets 6 with different specifications. A laser light, such as an infrared laser light, is also provided in the marking device 2 for locating defects prior to marking.

The operation control system 82 may be a unified control device, such as an industrial personal computer, which can simultaneously control the sharpening trolley 7, the grinding head 51, the camera 4 and the marking device 2, and store the image obtained by the camera 4. The operation control system 82 may be a plurality of independent control devices, and includes control buttons (or handles) for controlling the sharpening carriage 7, the grinding head 51, and the marking device 2, a computer for controlling the camera 4, and the like.
The invention also provides a method for removing the surface defects of the steel billet, which comprises the following steps:
s1, hoisting the steel billet 6 to the coping trolley 7, driving the coping trolley 7 into the grinding head room 5, and setting coping working parameters;
s2, grinding the upper surface of the steel blank 6 by using the grinding head 51;
s3, properly reducing the running speed of the coping trolley 7, driving the coping trolley 7 out of the grinding head room 5, enabling the steel billet 6 to slowly pass below the camera 4, and observing whether the upper surface of the grinded steel billet 6 has defects through the display 81 by an operator;
s4, if the upper surface of the polished steel blank 6 has defects, marking the defects by using the marking device 2, after confirming that the marking device 2 is retracted by an operator, driving the polishing trolley 7 into the polishing head room 5, polishing the marked defects on the upper surface of the steel blank 6 at fixed points by using the polishing head 51, and then repeatedly executing the step S3;
s5, if the upper surface of the repaired steel blank 6 has no defect, driving the repairing trolley 7 into the grinding head room 5, and overturning the steel blank 6 by utilizing an overturning device of the repairing trolley 7;
and S6, repeating the steps S2-S5 until no defect exists on the four surfaces of the steel billet 6, then hanging the steel billet 6 off the coping trolley 7, and finishing the operation.
Preferably, a laser lamp is further arranged in the marking device 2, and the irradiation position of the laser lamp on the steel billet 6 is just the position opposite to the marking position of the marking device 2. In step S4, the defect on the upper surface of the billet 6 is moved to the irradiation position of the laser lamp and marked by the marking device 2.
The invention also provides a device for marking the surface defects of the steel billet, which comprises the following components: a camera 4 for generating an image of the upper surface of the billet 6; the illuminating lamp 3 is used for ensuring that the image generated by the camera 4 is clear; the marking device 2 comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a stamp, wherein a telescopic rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the stamp, and a limit switch is arranged on the hydraulic cylinder; the camera 4 is connected to a display 81. An operator can observe whether the upper surface of the polished steel billet 6 has defects through the display 81, and mark the defects by using the marking device 2.
As mentioned above, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and low operation cost; by arranging the marking device, the camera and the illuminating lamp, the steel billet can be polished and molded at one time, and the steel billet does not need to be hoisted to the ground for inspection, so that the operation efficiency is improved, the hoisting times and the operation cost are reduced, the safety risk is reduced, and the product quality is improved; in addition, the invention can also be used in the process links that other operators cannot directly see the surface defects of the product (intermediate product).
