Background
The large-scale road maintenance equipment is specified to be a overhaul period every 10 to 13 years, and equipment used on the line needs to be returned to a factory for maintenance. After the equipment is used for a certain period of time, the equipment is reduced in performance and structure, and even the risk is increased in the safety performance of the whole automobile.
In the process of returning to the factory for repairing the frame and the vehicle body, the structural parts are firstly cleaned to remove attachments such as oil stains, paint and the like. The method mainly adopts the modes of manual grinding wheel polishing, mechanical shot blasting cleaning and the like. The two modes have high working strength and great harm to the body of a worker.
For example, the chinese patent application publication No. CN 106976440 a discloses an automotive laser paint and rust removing workstation, which comprises an industrial robot, a video monitoring and analyzing system, a laser cleaning machine, a lateral laser and video detector, and a forward laser and video detector; the invention combines an industrial robot and a laser cleaning machine with laser measurement, and the laser cleaning machine is moved and controlled to carry out laser paint removal on the automobile through the automatic operation of the robot. This workstation can only rust cleaning to one side of automobile body, and work efficiency is low, and whole device adopts industrial robot to operate moreover, and manufacturing cost is higher.

The laser rust removing equipment is used for finishing various operations of the whole coating operation. The system adopts an automatic operation mode, does not need workers to carry out high-altitude operation, can remove rust and paint and can also carry out paint surface napping operation, thereby having multiple functions. Has no pollution to the environment basically. Provides an environment-friendly, healthy and labor-saving operation mode for the operation of derusting and depainting (or roughening the painted surface) of the outer plate of the ship. The derusting equipment can only operate one surface of the ship outer plate at each time, and the working efficiency is low.
