The sending module 1001 is further configured to send the scoring information to the background server, so that the background server updates the credit score of the target facilitator according to the scoring information.
The online video mutual-help device and the online video mutual-help method provided by the embodiment of the application adopt the same inventive concept, can obtain the same beneficial effects, and are not repeated herein.

Claims (18)

1. An online video mutual aid method, comprising:
responding an online mutual-help request sent by a receiver through a mutual-help client, and acquiring receiver information corresponding to a receiver identifier in the online mutual-help request;
determining at least one candidate assistant matched with the requirement information of the helped person from the current online assistant according to the matching result of the requirement information of the helped person in the online mutual assistant request and the personal capability information of the current online assistant; the helped person and the helper are both users registered on a social platform; the helped person information and the helper information are both stored in a user information database;
transmitting the information of the at least one candidate assistant to the mutual-aid client, so that the mutual-aid client displays the information of the candidate assistant and broadcasts and reads the information of the candidate assistant through a page barrier-free component;
responding to a line connection request triggered by the helped person after the helped person selects the helper information of the target helper from the helper information of each candidate helper, and establishing communication connection for the mutual-help client and the mutual-help client of the target helper so that the target helper provides online help for the helped person through the communication connection; the target assistant is the assistant corresponding to the assistant information which is broadcast and read when the operation of selecting the target assistant by the assistant input is received in the process of broadcasting and reading the assistant information of each candidate assistant.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining at least one candidate facilitator that matches the facilitator information further comprises:
obtaining a credit score of the matched facilitator from the blockchain;
according to the ranking of the credit scores of the matched helpers from high to low, determining a preset number of helpers with the highest ranking of the credit scores as candidate helpers;
after the communication connection is finished, the method further comprises:
updating the credit score of the target assistant according to the evaluation information aiming at the target assistant;
storing the evaluation information for the target assistant and the updated credit score of the target assistant on the block chain.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the evaluation information comprises: and the language score and/or the score information aiming at the target assistant sent by the assistant through the mutual assistant client, wherein the language score is determined according to the audio data sent to the mutual assistant client of the assistant by the mutual assistant client of the target assistant after the communication connection is established.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the linguistic score is determined by:
converting the audio data into text data;
and determining the language score corresponding to the target assistant according to the number of preset sensitive words contained in the text data.
5. The method of any of claims 2 to 4, further comprising:
and if the number of times of updating the credit score of the same assistant in the unit time period exceeds the preset number of times, forbidding to store the updated credit score on the block chain.

and according to the matching result of the demand information of the helped person in the online mutual assistance request and the personal capability information of the current online helpers with available mutual assistance authority, determining the helpers matched with the demand information of the helped person from the helpers with available current online mutual assistance authority.
7. An online video mutual aid method, comprising:
responding to an online mutual-help instruction sent by a helped person through a mutual-help client, and sending an online mutual-help request to a background server, wherein the online mutual-help request comprises a helped person identifier, so that the background server returns the helper information of at least one candidate helper matched with the helped person information; the at least one candidate assistant is determined from the current online assistant according to the matching result of the demand information of the assistant in the online mutual assistance request and the personal ability information of the current online assistant; the helped person and the helper are both users registered on a social platform; the helped person information and the helper information are both stored in a user information database;
receiving and displaying the information of the at least one candidate assistant, and broadcasting and reading the information of the candidate assistants through a page barrier-free component;
in the process of broadcasting and reading the information of the helpers of each candidate helpers, responding to the operation of selecting a target helper by the helpee, taking the helper corresponding to the broadcasted helper information as the target helper, and sending a connection request to the background server so as to enable the background server to establish communication connection for the mutual-help client and the mutual-help client of the target helper, and enable the target helper to provide online help for the helpee through the communication connection.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
responding to a communication connection ending instruction sent by a helped person through a mutual aid client, and displaying a mutual aid scoring page;
responding to a scoring operation aiming at the mutual aid scoring page, and determining scoring information aiming at the target assistant;
and sending the scoring information to the background server so that the background server updates the credit score of the target contributor according to the scoring information.
9. An online video mutual aid device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a mutual assistance client and a mutual assistance server, wherein the acquisition module is used for responding to an online mutual assistance request sent by a helped person through a mutual assistance client and acquiring the information of the helped person corresponding to the helped person identifier in the online mutual assistance request;

the line connecting module is used for responding to a line connecting request triggered by the helped person after the helped person selects the booster information of the target booster from the booster information of each candidate booster, and establishing communication connection for the mutual aid client and the mutual aid client of the target booster so that the target booster provides online help for the helped person through the communication connection; the target assistant is the assistant corresponding to the assistant information which is broadcast and read when the operation of selecting the target assistant by the assistant input is received in the process of broadcasting and reading the assistant information of each candidate assistant.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising an update module;
the matching module is further used for acquiring a credit score of the matched facilitator from the block chain; according to the ranking of the credit scores of the matched helpers from high to low, determining a preset number of helpers with the highest ranking of the credit scores as candidate helpers;
the updating module is used for updating the credit score of the target assistant according to the evaluation information aiming at the target assistant after the communication connection is finished; storing the evaluation information for the target assistant and the updated credit score of the target assistant on the block chain.

The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the evaluation information comprises: and the language score and/or the score information aiming at the target assistant sent by the assistant through the mutual assistant client, wherein the language score is determined according to the audio data sent to the mutual assistant client of the assistant by the mutual assistant client of the target assistant after the communication connection is established.
