Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a social information processing method, which may be performed by a server, according to an exemplary embodiment, and includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 1.
In step S101, a first group entry request message of a first user sent by a first terminal device is received, where the first group entry request message is used to request to join a first social group.
For example, when a first user wants to join a first social group, the first user logs in a social application (app for short) through a first terminal device, inputs a name of the first social group in a contact adding page of the social app to query, clicks a request button to request to join the first social group after querying the first social group, and after the first user clicks the request button, the first terminal device sends a first group joining request message and sends the first group joining request message to a server, and the server is used for processing data of the social app. The social app may be a rice chat or the like.
Optionally, after receiving the group entry request or while receiving the group entry request, the server may receive authentication information of the user, where the authentication information is used to identify feature information of the user. The authentication information may include: the social group information comprises one or more of the area where the user is located, the gender of the user, the age of the user, the identity of the user, request information edited by the user when the user requests to join a social group, and the like. The user can be in a country, a province, a city, an administrative region in the city, a street, a community, a company department, a school, a class and the like, the user identification can be the user identification number, a work number, a student identification number and the like, and the user identification can uniquely identify one user within a certain range. The verification information may be information of the user automatically read by the server, or information actively sent to the server when the user requests to join the group. For example, after the server receives the first group joining request, the server reads social information of the first user, for example, reads area information recorded in a personal homepage of the social app by the user or location information displayed in the social homepage by the user, so as to obtain an area where the user is located. Alternatively, when the user edits and transmits the first grouping request message, the area where the user is located is input in the input field. Optionally, in the case of the verification information that the user actively sends to the server, the verification information may be carried in the first group entry request message, so that the server determines whether to allow the user to join the first social group according to the verification information.
It should be noted that the first group entry request message may include only the authentication information, or include other information along with the authentication information, or the authentication information is carried in other messages and sent to the server (not carried in the first group entry request message).
In step S102, it is determined whether to allow the first user to join the first social group according to the first group joining request message.
Step S103 is performed when it is determined that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group according to the first group entry request message, and step S104 is performed when it is determined that the first user is allowed to join the first social group according to the first group entry request message.
Optionally, the determination result of determining whether to allow the first user to join the first social group according to the first group joining request message may be influenced only by the first social group itself, and/or by the first group joining request message, and/or by the first user.
For example, no matter what content is contained in the first group request message, the first social group only judges whether the group request of the user passes according to the current objective condition or the current group characteristics. For example, the server determines the speech rate of the first social group and does not pass the user's request to join the group if the speech rate is too high (exceeds a speech rate threshold).
For example, the server reads request information input by the user included in the group entry request message, performs text analysis on the request information, and determines whether to allow the user to join according to a text analysis result. For example, if an unfortunate phrase appears in the text parsing result, the group entry request of the user is rejected.
Optionally, determining whether to allow the first user to join the first social group according to the first group joining request message includes: judging whether the group characteristic parameter of the first social group reaches a first threshold value; determining that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group when the group characteristic parameter of the first social group reaches the first threshold.
The group characteristic parameter may be any information capable of characterizing the group or the characteristics of the group members, such as the number of members in the group, the speech rate, the gender ratio of the group members, the occupation of the group members, and the like.
Taking the group characteristic parameter as the number of members as an example, the server determines whether the number of members of the first social group is smaller than a preset first threshold, where the first threshold may be set by an administrator of the first social group or may be specified by a developer of the social app, and the first threshold may be 50, 100, 200, and the like. When the number of members of the first social group is not less than a first threshold, it is determined that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group. Alternatively, the first threshold may be the maximum number of members that the group can accommodate (the full number), or any value less than the full number.
Taking the first group entering request message carrying the authentication information of the user as an example, judging whether the authentication information of the first user meets a preset condition, when the authentication information of the first user meets the preset condition, determining that the first user is allowed to join the first social group, and when the authentication information of the first user does not meet the preset condition, determining that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group.
Optionally, the preset condition may include one or more of a preset area range, a preset gender, a preset age group, and a preset identification. The preset area range may be country, province, city, administrative region in city, street, cell, company department, school, class, etc. The predetermined sex is male and female, and the predetermined age period can be expressed by age value or year, for example, the predetermined age period is 20-30 or 1987-1997. The preset id is, for example, job number 10XXX, where 10XXX indicates that the first two digits of 10 are allowed to join the first social group, or student card number 0804XXX, where 0804XXX indicates that the first four digits of 0804 are allowed to join the first social group. The verification information of the first user corresponds to the preset condition, and the verification information of the first user comprises one or more of the area where the first user is located, the sex of the first user, the age of the first user and the identity of the first user.
For example, the first social group only accepts the group request of the user in Beijing area, and if the server judges that the user requesting the group entry is the user in non-Beijing area, the request of the user is rejected.
Optionally, whether the first user is allowed to join the first social group may be determined by combining the two manners, whether the group characteristic parameter of the first social group reaches a first threshold may be determined first, and when the group characteristic parameter of the first social group reaches the first threshold, whether the verification information of the first user meets a preset condition is further determined. Or whether the verification information of the first user meets a preset condition or not may be judged first, and when the verification information of the first user meets the preset condition, whether the number of members of the first social group is smaller than a preset first threshold value or not may be further judged.
For example, when the server receives a new group entering request message, the ratio of male to female in the group is judged, if the ratio of male to female is lower than 1:1, whether the user requesting to join is male is judged, and if the user requesting to join is male, the user is allowed to join; if female, addition is prohibited.
Optionally, the judgment policy for judging whether to allow a user to join a social group may be preset by an administrator of the group through the terminal and sent to the server; when the server receives the group entering request message, the judgment strategy corresponding to the group can be determined, and whether the user is allowed to join is judged based on the judgment strategy.
In step S103, a group rejection message is sent to the first terminal device, where the group rejection message includes a group rejection result and information of at least one second social group associated with the first social group, and information between the associated groups can be shared.
The group entry rejection result includes a group entry rejection indication, and optionally, the group entry rejection result may further include a rejection reason. For example, the decisive reason may be "the member of the first social group is full and cannot join", or "the authentication information of the first user fails to authenticate and the joining is rejected".
In this embodiment, the group entry rejection message also carries information of at least one second social group associated with the first social group, and the information between the associated groups can be shared, that is, the information sent in a certain group can be shared with other groups associated with the group, so that members of other groups can also see the information sent in the group. The association group may be set in advance, and may be set by an administrator of a certain group.
And after receiving the group entering rejection message, the first terminal device displays the group entering rejection result and information of at least one second social group associated with the first social group to the first user. Optionally, the information of the second social group includes a name of the second social group and a description of a relationship between the second social group and the first social group, and the description of the relationship between the second social group and the first social group may be used to describe that information between the second social group and the first social group can be shared, so that the first user may determine whether to join the second social group according to the description of the relationship between the second social group and the first social group. After the first user decides to join the second social group, the first user requests to join the second social group according to the name of the second social group.
Optionally, the information of the second social group may further include group feature descriptions of the second social group, such as number of members, gender ratio, group profile, occupation of members, area where the members are located, and the like.
When the number of the second social groups is multiple, the server may simultaneously send the information of the multiple second social groups to the first terminal device according to the priority order, or may only send the information of one second social group with the highest priority.
In step S104, an access group accept message is sent to the first terminal device, where the access group accept message includes an access group accept instruction.
Wherein the indication of group entry reception is used to indicate that the user's request for group entry is accepted.
It should be noted that step S104 is an optional step. For example, in some embodiments, the group acceptance message may not be sent, i.e., the user is directly added to the first social group without making a group reminder to the user.
In this embodiment, by setting at least one associated second social group for the first social group and setting an information sharing policy between the associated groups, when it is determined that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group according to the first group joining request message, a group rejection message is sent to the first terminal device, and information of the at least one second social group associated with the first social group is carried in the group joining rejection message, and then the first user can join the second social group and can receive the information of the first social group through the second social group, thereby avoiding a problem that the user cannot timely know the group information because the user cannot join the psychometric social group.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a social information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the social information processing method includes the following steps.
In step S201, at least one second social group associated with the first social group is determined.
Optionally, the administrator of the group may set the associated second social group for the first social group when the number of members of the first social group reaches the first threshold, or may set the associated second social group for the first social group when the first social group is established. For example, when a first social group is established, an administrator of the first social group may establish associated second social groups B and C for the first social group at the same time. The administrators of the associated groups may or may not be the same, and the maximum number of members of the associated groups may or may not be the same.
Optionally, a setting function option of an associated group is added in the setting page of each group, a group administrator opens the setting page of the associated group through the setting function option of the associated group, and in the setting page of the associated group, the group administrator inputs feature information of the associated group, such as the name, number, maximum number of group members, and the like of the group; then, clicking the confirm submit button completes the setting of the association group. And the server establishes an association group for the first social group according to the characteristic information of the association group submitted by the first terminal equipment. After the association group of the first social group is established, the server determines at least one second social group associated with the first social group.
In step S202, an information sharing policy between the first social group and at least one second social group is obtained.
Optionally, the information sharing policy may be input by an administrator of the group, or may be pre-configured by a developer of the social app. In the former way, after the administrator sets the association group for the first social group, the administrator of the group may also set an information sharing policy between the association groups. The information sharing policy includes at least one of the following information: the information content shared among the associated groups, the sharing mode and the display mode of the shared information.
Optionally, the sharing method includes: sharing in real time or sharing according to preset time. The real-time sharing means that when information is sent in a certain group, the information in the group is immediately synchronized to the associated group, and the group members in the associated group can see the information in the group in time. For example, information within two groups is synchronized. According to the preset time sharing, when information is sent in a certain group, the information is not immediately synchronized to the associated group, but the information in the group is cached, and the cached information is synchronized to the associated group when the preset time is up.
Optionally, the shared information content includes any one of the following: all information in the group, information sent by any one or more designated members in the group. The administrator of the group may set up to synchronize all information within the first social group to the associated second social group, or to synchronize only the information sent by the group administrator to the associated second social group, or to synchronize the information sent by the group administrator and members a and B to the second social group.
Optionally, the display mode of the shared information includes: and displaying the shared information and simultaneously displaying the name of the member sending the shared information and the group name of the member. Thereby enabling members within the group to identify which information is from members within the group and which information is from members of the associated group.
Optionally, each group may set which information is shared to the associated group, and may also select whether to receive shared information sent by other associated groups, and accordingly, a function option for receiving the shared information of the associated group is set in the group, and an administrator of the group may set a function option for receiving the shared information of the associated group.
It should be noted that, the information sharing may be to share the information of the first social group to the second social group member, and the information of the second social group member is not shared to the first social group; alternatively, the first social group and the second social group may share information with each other.
In step S203, a first group entry request message of a first user sent by a first terminal device is received, where the first group entry request message is used to request to join a first social group.
In step S204, it is determined whether to allow the first user to join the first social group according to the first group joining request message.
Step S205 is performed when it is determined that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group according to the first group entry request message, and step S206 is performed when it is determined that the first user is allowed to join the first social group according to the first group entry request message.
In step S205, a group rejection message is sent to the first terminal device, where the group rejection message includes a group rejection result and information of at least one second social group associated with the first social group, and information between the associated groups can be shared.
In step S206, after the first user joins at least one second social group, information is sent to the first terminal device according to the information sharing policy.
In step S207, an access group accept message is sent to the first terminal device, where the access group accept message includes an access group accept instruction.
The specific implementation manner of steps S203 to S207 refers to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
2, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a social information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the social information processing method includes the following steps.
In step S301, at least one second social group associated with the first social group is determined.
In step S302, an information sharing policy between a first social group and at least one second social group is obtained.
The information sharing policy includes: the information content shared among the associated groups, the sharing mode and the display mode of the shared information.
In step S303, a first group entry request message of the first user, which is sent by the first terminal device, is received, where the first group entry request message is used to request to join the first social group.
In step S304, it is determined whether the number of members of the first social group is less than a preset first threshold.
Step S305 is performed when the number of members of the first social group is not less than the first threshold, and step S307 is performed when the number of members of the first social group is less than the first threshold.
In step S305, it is determined that the first user is not allowed to join the first social group.
In step S306, a group rejection message is sent to the first terminal device, where the group rejection message includes a group rejection result and information of at least one second social group associated with the first social group, and information between the associated groups can be shared.
In step S307, after the first user joins the at least one second social group, information is sent to the first terminal device according to the information sharing policy.
In step S308, it is determined whether the authentication information of the first user satisfies a preset condition.
When the authentication information of the first user satisfies the preset condition, step S309 is performed, and when the authentication information of the first user does not satisfy the preset condition, step S310 is performed.
