一种多功能截止阀
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种多功能截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀是一种阀芯沿阀芯密封孔的中心线作直线运动,将阀口进行截止的工业阀门。在工业设备上应用广泛,在其使用时一般会与流量阀、防倒流阀一起使用,由于阀门种类繁多,要求有较大的安装空间,传统的多功能截止阀只具有切断功能,已经无法满足现在实际工况的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能截止阀,其不仅结构简单,而且能够进行流量控制。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多功能截止阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有上端开口的阀腔,所述阀体的下端设有A口,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的B口;所述阀体在阀腔的上端开口处固定安装有端盖,所述阀体内在阀腔的底部偏心位置处设有用于连通A口和阀腔的阀孔,所述阀腔的底部转动连接有调节板,所述调节板上设有与阀孔配合的调节孔,所述调节板沿竖直方向向上设有顶在端盖上的套筒,所述调节孔位于套筒内,所述套筒的侧壁设有与阀腔的连通的通孔;所述端盖上转动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆的下端伸入阀腔内且设有与套筒固定连接的端板;所述调节杆内沿套筒的轴向螺纹连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的下端设有用于控制调节孔通断的阀盘;所述阀体内在调节板的外圆周侧面设有定位组件,所述定位组件用于实现调节板的定位。
通过上述技术方案,该多功能截止阀在使用时,通过调节杆带动位于阀腔内的调节板转动,控制调节孔与阀孔重叠的大小,进而实现多功能截止阀流量的调节,再通过定位组件将调节板定位;其中,当调节孔与阀孔完全重叠时,多功能截止阀流量最大,当调节孔与阀孔完全错开时,多功能截止阀断开;另外,通过旋转螺杆控制阀盘离开或压紧在调节孔上,进而实现多功能截止阀的打开或关闭;该多功能截止阀不仅结构简单,而且能够进行流量控制。
进一步的技术方案中,所述定位组件包括定位球和定位弹簧,所述阀腔的内侧壁上沿调节板的径向设有定位槽,所述定位球位于定位槽内,所述定位弹簧设置在定位槽内用于迫使定位球压向调节板的外圆周侧壁上;所述调节板的外圆周侧壁上沿其圆周方向间隔均匀地设有多个与定位球配合的定位孔。
通过上述技术方案,当定位球位于定位孔内时,实现调节板的定位,当定位球位于不同的定位孔内时,实现调节板不同位置的定位,进而实现调节孔与阀孔不同重叠大小的定位;用力转动调节板时,推动定位球压缩定位弹簧能够实现调节板的转动。
进一步的技术方案中,所述阀腔内沿套筒的轴向滑动连接有横板,所述横板套接在套筒上;所述横板上沿竖直方向向下设有滑动连接在阀腔内阀套,所述阀套用于控制通孔与B口的通断;所述阀腔内在端盖和横板之间设有用于迫使阀套的下端压紧在调节板上的第一弹簧;所述阀腔内在横板和端盖之间形成控制腔,所述阀体内设有用于连通控制腔和B口的连通孔。
通过上述技术上方案,多功能截止阀在使用时,A口进液,B口出液,A口的压力大于B口的压力,压力液体通过A口、阀孔、调节孔、套筒、通孔进入阀套和套筒之间,推动横板沿套筒向压缩第一弹簧,控制腔内的液体通过连通孔流向B口,当阀套将B口打开时,液体从B口流出;当B口的液体倒流向A口或者多功能截止阀装反时,B口的压力大于A口的压力,压力液体通过连通孔进入控制腔内,横板在第一弹簧和压力液体作用下推动阀套压紧在调节板上,将B口完全关闭,从而能够防止截止阀倒流。
进一步的技术方案中,所述套筒的下端固定设有环形密封圈。
进一步的技术方案中,所述阀孔和调节孔均为两个,且均为腰型孔。
进一步的技术方案中,所述调节杆在靠近上端的外圆周侧面设有把手,所述把手与调节杆垂直。
进一步的技术方案中,所述螺杆的上端固定安装有手轮。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)该多功能截止阀在使用时,通过调节杆带动位于阀腔内的调节板转动,控制调节孔与阀孔重叠的大小,进而实现截止阀流量的调节;
(2)当B口的液体倒流向A口或者多功能截止阀装反时,B口的压力大于A口的压力,压力液体通过连通孔进入控制腔内,横板在第一弹簧和压力液体作用下推动阀套压紧在调节板上,将B口完全关闭,从而能够防止截止阀倒流;
(3)多功能截止阀整体高度集成,体积较小,一阀多用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2所示,一种多功能截止阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有上端开口的阀腔101,所述阀体1的下端设有A口,所述阀体1的侧面设有与阀腔101连通的B口;所述阀体1在阀腔101的上端开口处固定安装有端盖102,所述阀体1内在阀腔101的底部偏心位置处设有用于连通A口和阀腔101的两个阀孔1c,所述阀腔101的底部转动连接有调节板2,所述调节板2上设有与阀孔1c配合的两个调节孔2c,所述调节板2沿竖直方向向上设有顶在端盖102上的套筒21,所述调节孔2c位于套筒21内,所述套筒21的侧壁设有与阀腔101的连通的通孔2b;所述端盖102上转动连接有调节杆61,所述调节杆61在靠近上端的外圆周侧面设有把手6,所述把手6与调节杆61垂直,所述调节杆61的下端伸入阀腔101内且设有与套筒21固定连接的端板62;所述调节杆61内沿套筒21的轴向螺纹连接有螺杆31,所述螺杆31的上端固定安装有手轮7,所述螺杆31的下端设有用于控制调节孔2c通断的阀盘3;所述阀体1内在调节板2的外圆周侧面设有定位组件,所述定位组件用于实现调节板2的定位。其中,调节孔2c和阀孔1c均为腰型孔。
所述定位组件包括定位球8和定位弹簧9,所述阀腔101的内侧壁上沿调节板2的径向设有定位槽103,所述定位球8位于定位槽103内,所述定位弹簧9设置在定位槽103内用于迫使定位球8压向调节板2的外圆周侧壁上;所述调节板2的外圆周侧壁上沿其圆周方向间隔均匀地设有多个与定位球8配合的定位孔2d。
所述阀腔101内沿套筒21的轴向滑动连接有横板4,所述横板4套接在套筒21上;所述横板4上沿竖直方向向下设有滑动连接在阀腔101内阀套41,所述阀套41用于控制通孔2b与B口的通断,所述套筒21的下端固定设有环形密封圈42;所述阀腔101内在端盖102和横板4之间设有用于迫使阀套41的下端压紧在调节板2上的第一弹簧5;所述阀腔101内在横板4和端盖102之间形成控制腔1b,所述阀体1内设有用于连通控制腔1b和B口的连通孔1a。
如图1所示,是本发明的一种多功能截止阀的简单构造,多功能截止阀在使用时A口连接进液管、B口连接出液管;A口的压力大于B口的压力,压力液体通过A口、阀孔1c、调节孔2c、通孔2b进入阀套41和套筒21之间,推动横板4向上运动并压缩第一弹簧5,控制腔1b内的的液体通过连通孔1c流向B口,在横板4向上运动时,通过阀套41将B口逐渐打开。另外,定位球8在定位弹簧9的作用下压紧在定位孔2d内,实现调节板2的定位,此时旋转手轮7带动螺杆31转动,在调节杆61的螺纹作用下,将带动阀盘3上下运动,当阀盘3压紧在调节孔2c的上端时,多功能截止阀关闭完成截止;当阀盘3离开调节孔2c的上端时,多功能截止阀打开,液体通过A口、阀孔1c、调节孔2c、通孔2b、B口流向出液管。这样就可以完成多功能截止阀的截止、通流功能。
当多功能截止阀需要对过流介质流量进行控制时,首先需要旋转手轮7将阀盘3升起,将调节孔2c的上端打开,通过把手6旋转调节杆61带动调节板2转动,调节板2转动时克服定位弹簧9使定位球8挤出定位孔2d,通过控制调节杆61旋转角度的可以控制定位球8在不同的定位孔2d中,从而可以控制调节孔2c和阀孔1c之间的重合面积大小,进而控制流经多功能截止阀介质的流量大小,从而实现对过流介质的流量控制。
另外,当阀套41将B口打开时由于A口和B口压差的缘故,使A口处压力大于B口处的压力,所以通孔2b处的压力始终大于控制腔1b内的压力,使得阀套41一直处于打开B口的状态;当流体介质从多功能截止阀B口进入时,B口的压力大于A口的压力,压力液体通过连通孔1c进入控制腔1b内,横板4在第一弹簧5和压力液体作用下推动阀套41压紧在调节板2上,将B口完全关闭,所以流体介质不能从B口流至A口,达到了防倒流的功能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种多功能截止阀,其特征在于,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有上端开口的阀腔,所述阀体的下端设有A口,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的B口;所述阀体在阀腔的上端开口处固定安装有端盖,所述阀体内在阀腔的底部偏心位置处设有用于连通A口和阀腔的阀孔,所述阀腔的底部转动连接有调节板,所述调节板上设有与阀孔配合的调节孔,所述调节板沿竖直方向向上设有顶在端盖上的套筒,所述调节孔位于套筒内,所述套筒的侧壁设有与阀腔的连通的通孔;所述端盖上转动连接有调节杆,所述调节杆的下端伸入阀腔内且设有与套筒固定连接的端板;所述调节杆内沿套筒的轴向螺纹连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的下端设有用于控制调节孔通断的阀盘;所述阀体内在调节板的外圆周侧面设有定位组件,所述定位组件用于实现调节板的定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能截止阀,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括定位球和定位弹簧,所述阀腔的内侧壁上沿调节板的径向设有定位槽,所述定位球位于定位槽内,所述定位弹簧设置在定位槽内用于迫使定位球压向调节板的外圆周侧壁上;所述调节板的外圆周侧壁上沿其圆周方向间隔均匀地设有多个与定位球配合的定位孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能截止阀,其特征在于,所述阀腔内沿套筒的轴向滑动连接有横板,所述横板套接在套筒上;所述横板上沿竖直方向向下设有滑动连接在阀腔内阀套,所述阀套用于控制通孔与B口的通断;所述阀腔内在端盖和横板之间设有用于迫使阀套的下端压紧在调节板上的第一弹簧;所述阀腔内在横板和端盖之间形成控制腔,所述阀体内设有用于连通控制腔和B口的连通孔。
