Soap and washing powder can achieve the effects of cleaning and sterilizing to a certain extent, but the irritation to the skin is well known. Prolonged use of such products can lead to rough skin, chapping and even peeling. In contrast, the soap solution prepared from the reaction product of natural oil and caustic potash not only has a neutral pH value, but also contains glycerin as a natural skin-care humectant, so that the soap solution is better and more accepted by the market. However, the existing soap solution is difficult to take care of in the aspects of decontamination, bacteriostasis, corrosion prevention, health safety and the like, and products with strong decontamination capability often have irritation to human bodies, such as addition of fatty acid salts or products with good sterilization and corrosion prevention performances, and have potential safety hazards, such as addition of triclosan, triclocarban, ethanol, carbazone and the like, and even comprise methylisothiazolinone, formaldehyde releaser and the like. Such as chinese patent application No. 201210492046.0, using methylparaben for the purpose of preserving the prepared soap product. The Chinese patent (application No. 201310353551.1) provides a solid-liquid dual-purpose sterilizing and skin moistening toilet soap and a manufacturing method thereof, the used sterilizing agent can be one or more of 2-methyl propionate, 2-methyl propionic acid and diethofencarb, and natural flower fragrance is adopted to replace synthetic essence. The soap solution provided by Chinese patent (application No. 201310663283.3) achieves the purpose of flavoring by adding dihydromyrcenol and contains ethanol. The soap solution and the preparation method thereof provided by Chinese patent (application No. 201110278332.2) have no bactericidal effect although all natural components are used.

The test results are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Note in fig. 1: p is <0.05 compared to the sodium penicillin hydrochloride group.
Note in fig. 2: p is <0.05 compared to the gentamicin sulfate group.
As can be seen from figures 1 and 2, the wormwood bactericidal soap solution has a good inhibitory effect on both staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, and has a good bactericidal effect, wherein examples 4-6 are better than example 7. Compared with example 6, the antibacterial effect of comparative example 1 is greatly reduced by replacing with commercial wormwood extract. Compared with example 6, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 did not add saponin powder and casein, respectively, and it can be seen that the addition of both had a synergistic effect.
Test example 2 detergency test
The wormwood bactericidal soap solutions prepared in examples 4 to 7 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to detergency tests, and the results are shown in table 1.
The detection method comprises the following steps:
the test method comprises the following steps: preparing dirty and old clothes which are not cleaned into standard dirty pieces, adding the prepared standard dirty pieces into a washing machine, and adding equivalent wormwood sterilization soap liquid for cleaning.
The detergency effect evaluation method comprises the following steps: a total of 10 male and female test volunteers (age 22-55 years) were selected, and sensory evaluation was performed on the rinsed standard soil pieces, and the detergency effect was evaluated by scoring at 5 degrees as follows: 100 minutes, the rinsing effect is very clean; 80 minutes, the rinsing effect is cleaner; 60 minutes, the rinsing effect is general; 40 minutes, the rinsing effect is poor; 0min, no cleaning effect.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002362020280000131
As can be seen from Table 1, the wormwood bactericidal soap solution of the present invention has better detergency, wherein examples 4-6 are better than example 7. Compared with example 6, the detergency of comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 was greatly reduced without adding saponin powder and casein, respectively, and it was seen that the addition of both had a synergistic effect.
Test example 3 color protection experiment
Weighing 1g of wormwood sterilizing soap solution prepared in examples 4-7 and comparative examples 1-3 respectively, putting the wormwood sterilizing soap solution into a water washing tank (300mL) of a horizontal decontamination machine, adding 300mL of hard water with the hardness of 250ppm to dissolve completely, adding 6 pieces of colored cloth and 3 pieces of white cloth (the materials are all pure cotton, the size is 6 x 6cm, and the chroma is measured by using a colorimeter before washing as a reference), washing for 20 minutes at constant temperature of 30 ℃, taking out the colored cloth and the white cloth respectively, rinsing and drying, and collecting the washed water solution. The color difference Δ E1 of the color cloth and the color difference Δ E2 of the white cloth, and the color difference Δ E3 of the aqueous solution after washing (with deionized water as a reference) were respectively measured by a color difference meter. The invention uses the color cloth as CFT (center for Test materials) standard color cloth, which comprises E-130(Cotton dyed with Direct 83.1) and E-133(Cotton dyed with Direct Blue 71), and the white cloth is Chinese national standard lining fabric pure Cotton cloth.
Wherein, the larger the color difference Delta E1 of the color cloth, the poorer the color fixing effect of the detergent composition is; the larger the white cloth color difference delta E2 is, the poorer the anti-cross color effect of the detergent composition is; the greater the colour difference Δ E3 in the aqueous solution after washing, the poorer the fixing effect of the detergent composition. The results of the color protection experiments are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002362020280000141
As can be seen from the color protection function test results of Table 2, examples 4-7 have better color protection effect, wherein the color protection effect of examples 4-6 is obviously better than that of example 7. The saponin powder and the casein are combined to have good color protection effect.
Comparative example 1 compared to example 6, using a commercially available wormwood extract, the effect was comparable to example 7, but worse than example 6.
Compared with the example 6, the color difference delta E1 of the color cloth and the color difference delta E3 of the water solution after washing are obviously increased and the color difference delta E2 of the white cloth is also obviously increased after the color cloth and the white cloth are washed respectively without adding the saponin powder and the casein, which indicates that the saponin powder and the casein are combined to have better color protection effect and have synergistic effect, and the saponin powder or the casein used alone has unobvious color protection effect and does not have the color cross prevention function and the color fixation function.
Compared with the prior art, the wormwood extract is added into the soap liquid, and is obtained by adopting a microwave-assisted water extraction and alcohol extraction method, so that most of medicinal components in the wormwood are retained, a large amount of components with good antibacterial and bactericidal effects are contained, and the components can kill various germs, inhibit the breeding and propagation of viruses on clothes and help to maintain the skin health of a human body;
the saponin powder and the casein added in the invention are purely natural in source, easy to degrade, non-irritant to skin, safe and environment-friendly, the wetting power and the permeability of the saponin powder and the casein as surfactants firstly reduce the interfacial tension of dirt, the biological decomposition enzyme is dispersed on the surface of the dirt along with the surfactants and then permeates into the dirt, the decomposition of the dirt is accelerated, the surface layer structure of the dirt is powerfully destroyed and becomes a loose system, the fat in the dirt is emulsified and decomposed by the surfactants along with the dispersion of the surfactants into water, the protein is decomposed into micromolecular amino acid by biological enzyme preparations, the dirt is easy to fall off and disperse into the water under the impact action of the water so as to achieve the purpose of removing, simultaneously, the saponin powder and the casein have extremely strong permeability and can penetrate cell walls, meanwhile, bactericides with considerable concentration permeate the cell walls, so that the protein and the nucleic acid are destroyed to finally promote the death of bacteria, thereby achieving the purpose of killing bacteria;
the casein and the saponin powder added in the invention have synergistic effect on color protection of clothes, the color protection mechanism of the invention is that the casein can cut off fibers in an amorphous area on the surface of the fabric, and release dyes adsorbed on the surface of the fabric, thereby playing a role in preventing color cross-color, after the saponin powder is added, a film can be formed on the surface of the fabric, the loss of fuel molecules on the fabric and the amount of dyes adhered to the white fabric are reduced, thereby playing the roles of fixing color and preventing color cross-color.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
