7. A reciprocating strap winder as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lining feeding machine (7) is coaxially arranged with the winding wheel (21), and the distance between the lining feeding machine (7) and the winding wheel (21) is larger than the width of one lining;
the winding wheel (21) is also provided with a coil unloading mechanism (8), and the coil unloading mechanism (8) comprises a plurality of pressing and unloading arms (81) and a pushing arm (82); the pressing and detaching arms (81) are uniformly distributed on two sides of the winding wheel, and the pushing arm (82) is arranged between the winding wheel (21) and the winding wheel box (24).
8. The use method of the strap reciprocating type winding machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step a, lining mounting: the lining feeding machine (7) sleeves the lining stack on the winding wheel (21), and the pressing and detaching arm (81) is controlled to press the lining tightly on the winding wheel (21);
step b, winding by a winding machine: starting a winding machine, feeding the binding belt into the lining for fixing under the conveying of a guide mechanism (41), and controlling the rotating speed of a winding wheel (21) and the axial reciprocating speed of a bottom plate (13) on a screw rod (31) by an electrical appliance control box (5);
step c, gluing and shearing the binding tape: when the diameter of the compound wound binding belt reaches the target diameter, the gluing machine (47) glues and seals the position close to the target; the scissors (42) arranged above the rubberized part cut off the binding belt and stop the operation of conveying and winding the binding belt;
d, liner unloading: the pressing and detaching arm (81) is moved away from the winding wheel (21), the pushing arm (82) releases the liner wound with the binding belt from the winding wheel (21) and detaches the liner from the distance between the liner feeding machine (7) and the winding wheel (21);
the above operation is repeated.
9. A method of using a reciprocating strap winder as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the meter counter (43) measures the number L of the strapping rice and the weight weighed by the weighing device (44); when the theoretical mass of the length measured by the meter counter (43) is inconsistent with the weight weighed by the weighing device (44), the reciprocating type winding machine stops working;
when the flaw detector (45) detects that the inside of the binding belt has a flaw, the reciprocating type winding machine stops working.
