本发明公开了一种远红外辐射碳纤维电‑热复合织物及其制备方法。所述复合织物包括设于两层柔性织物基体之间的远红外辐射碳纤维织物;远红外辐射碳纤维织物内设有电极片。制备方法为:将碳纤维织物进行预处理,得到去浆碳纤维织物;将其浸渍在多巴胺溶液中,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物;将远红外浆料喷在多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物上,得到远红外辐射碳纤维织物;将各层复合得到远红外辐射碳纤维电‑热复合织物。本发明制备的远红外辐射碳纤维电‑热复合织物,不仅确保了织物的电热稳定性和发热均匀度,而且具有良好的远红外辐射性能,可以实现电‑热织物在人体服装和智能可穿戴用品、防寒保温材料、温室热源等多领域的应用。

本发明涉及一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物及其制备方法,属于纺织材料与纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
随着人类工作生活涉足领域的不断扩展,低温环境、恶劣的气候条件以及各种极端或对热量迫切需求的工作,此时御寒保暖成为人们的首要需求,人们需要取暖工具来抵挡严寒。除此以外,人们冬天进行的户外活动,滑雪、登山等也是在低温条件下进行,在通过防寒保暖服装来抵御外界寒冷的同时,人们对防寒保暖服装的舒适性、轻薄度、便捷性的要求也越来越高。传统的取暖工具有电热毯、暖宝宝等,大多是利用电阻丝加热,存在安全隐患。传统服装通常通过增加服装的层数或重量来提高保暖性能,厚重的服装会给人体带来一定的压力,限制人体的正常活动,甚至使人产生疲劳感。现有的电热材料主要有金属发热材料、或利用涂层法制成的电热材料,或碳纤维电热材料等,金属电阻丝、涂层等使用寿命短,发热不稳定、不均匀,耐久性差,舒适性差;而碳纤维电热织物热稳定性好,设计裁剪性能好,具有适宜的电阻率,具有优异的导电及热辐射性能,特别是红外辐射特性。因此,在碳纤维电热材料的基础上,研制能主动提供热源的电发热织物,开发安全、环保、方便、舒适、低廉的电发热织物,以解决御寒保暖问题,具有十分重要的意义。
远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物可应用于很多领域,如民用领域:电热服装、电热手套、电热护腕等智能可穿戴用品;军事领域:电热保暖服、防寒帐篷等;工业领域:各种需要加热保温的设备、管道等,尤其是禁用明火同时又需要加热保温的场所;交通领域:车辆冬季的供暖保温等;农牧业领域:用于农作物育苗、动物孵化繁殖等。远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物由于其安全可靠、节能环保、电热转换效率高、发热均匀等优点,是电热材料行业发展的理想选择,具有广阔的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有良好的远红外性能的碳纤维电发热复合织物及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,包括依次复合的第一柔性织物基体、远红外辐射碳纤维织物及第二柔性织物基体;所述远红外辐射碳纤维织物内设有一对电极片,两片电极片分别连接一根导线。
优选地,所述电极片的材质为钢、铸铁、石墨、黄铜、纯铜、金、银、钨、铅、铬铜、紫铜和镉铜中的任意一种或一种以上的混合物。
优选地,所述的第一柔性织物基体、第二柔性织物基体的材质为棉、毛、丝、麻、涤纶、锦纶、粘胶、腈纶、维纶、丙纶和氨纶中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
本发明还提供了上述远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
第一步:利用碳纤维表面涂层去除处理方法,将碳纤维织物进行预处理,得到去浆碳纤维织物;
第二步:利用多巴胺仿生修饰法,将多巴胺盐酸盐溶解于Tris缓冲溶液中得到多巴胺溶液,将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维织物浸渍在多巴胺溶液中,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物;
第三步:利用织物后整理法,首先制备用于增强远红外性能的远红外浆料,然后利用浆料喷涂法将远红外浆料喷在第二步制备得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物上,得到远红外辐射碳纤维织物;
第四步:在远红外辐射碳纤维织物内装入一对电极片,然后将第一柔性织物基体、远红外辐射碳纤维织物、第二柔性织物基体依次层叠并复合在一起,将电极片与导线连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物。
优选地,所述的第一步中的碳纤维织物为平纹布、斜纹布、缎纹布、单向布、精编布、纬编布、圆机布、横机布、碳纤维毡、碳毡、短切毡和缝合毡中的任意一种。
优选地,所述的第一步中的预处理方法为索氏提取法、丙酮浸泡法和酸腐蚀法中的至少一种。
优选地,所述的第二步中Tris缓冲溶液的浓度为10~50mmol/L,溶解时间为5~10min;多巴胺溶液的浓度为2~8g/L;去浆碳纤维织物的浸渍时间为4~24h,浸渍温度为25℃~75℃。
优选地,所述第三步中的远红外浆料由远红外颗粒分散液、分散剂、去离子水、pH调节剂按比例混合,搅拌10~12h,再超声2~4h制得;远红外浆料的喷洒率为织物重量的10~20%。

1、本发明制备得到的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的电热层主体为碳纤维织物,碳纤维织物耐热性好、耐高温、热稳定性好;抗热冲击性好、热导率高、热膨胀系数小;设计裁剪性能好,可根据需要进行加工,根据设计要求加工成所需要的规格形状;化学稳定性较高,耐酸碱性能好;辐射能较大、导热系数高;具有适宜的电阻率;具有优异的导电及热辐射性能,特别是红外辐射特性。
2、本发明利用多巴胺仿生修饰碳纤维织物表面,该方法不仅环保、操作简单、条件温和,而且增加织物表面粗糙度,提高碳纤维表面的反应活性,增强远红外颗粒在织物表面的粘附性。
3、本发明制备远红外辐射碳纤维织物时加入的远红外材料颗粒,不仅可以提高碳纤维织物的远红外性能,还可以有效提高远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的热稳定性。
4、本发明结合多巴胺仿生修饰法对惰性极强、表面光滑的碳纤维织物改性,有助于远红外颗粒在碳纤维织物表面自组装,多巴胺的粘附性有助于颗粒在碳纤维织物表面分布均匀、不易脱落,实现了远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物发热稳定、发热均匀、电热转换率高的特点。
5、本发明结合多巴胺仿生修饰充分利用多巴胺在碳纤维织物表面的粘附性,附着远红外颗粒的碳纤维织物可以重复使用,生产成本降低,克服了传统电阻丝电热织物成本高,加热不均匀、不稳定,需要频繁更换等问题。
6、本发明制备的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,不仅确保了织物发热的均匀稳定性和安全可靠性,而且具有良好的远红外性能,可以实现发热织物在人体服装和温室热源、保温恒温材料等多领域的应用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
实施例1-3制得的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物如图1、2所示,其特征在于,包括依次复合的第一柔性织物基体1、远红外辐射碳纤维织物2及第二柔性织物基体3;所述远红外辐射碳纤维织物内设有一对电极片4,两片电极片4分别连接一根导线5。
上述远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
第一步:利用碳纤维表面涂层去除处理方法,将碳纤维织物进行预处理,得到去浆碳纤维织物;
第二步:利用多巴胺仿生修饰法,将多巴胺盐酸盐溶解于Tris缓冲溶液中得到多巴胺溶液,将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维织物浸渍在多巴胺溶液中,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物;
第三步:利用织物后整理法,首先制备用于增强远红外性能的远红外浆料,然后利用浆料喷涂法将远红外浆料喷在第二步制备得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物上,得到远红外辐射碳纤维织物2;
第四步:在远红外辐射碳纤维织物2内装入一对电极片4,然后将第一柔性织物基体1、远红外辐射碳纤维织物2、第二柔性织物基体3依次层叠并复合在一起,将电极片4与导线5连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物。
实施例1
一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法:
第一步:利用丙酮浸泡法,配制80%丙酮溶液,先取80mL丙酮和20mL去离子水,将其混合,将5cm×5cm碳纤维平纹布浸渍于80%丙酮溶液中,室温(25℃)条件下浸渍48h,得到去浆的碳纤维平纹织物;
第二步:将1.2114g Tris(三羟甲基氨基甲烷)溶解到1L去离子水中,搅拌5min,向该溶液中滴加0.1mol/L的稀盐酸调节pH,直至pH计示数显示为8.5,得到10mmol/L的Tris缓冲溶液。将2g多巴胺盐酸盐溶解到配制好的Tris缓冲溶液中,搅拌5min,得到2g/L的多巴胺溶液。将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维平纹织物浸渍于多巴胺溶液中,浴比1:50,反应时间4h,反应温度25℃,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维平纹织物。
第三步:将60g去离子水、7g聚丙烯酸铵盐分散剂、3g PMA-95pH调节剂混合后,加入30g电气石纳米分散液,搅拌10h后,超声2h。称重第二步得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维平纹织物,为1.60g,利用喷壶喷洒电气石浆料,喷洒率为上述织物重量的10%。60℃湿热条件保持10min后,放置于真空烘箱中4h,干燥温度90℃,得到远红外辐射碳纤维平纹织物(如图4、5所示,碳纤维平纹织物掺杂了电气石颗粒,有利于提高远红外辐射碳纤维平纹织物的远红外辐射性能)。
第四步:将第一柔性织物基体、第三步得到的远红外辐射碳纤维平纹织物、电极片以及第二柔性织物基体依次层叠形成三明治结构并使用导电胶复合在一起,并将所述的电极片与导线连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热织物,如图6所示。所述的第一柔性织物基体和第二柔性织物基体均为商业化的涤纶织物(如图2所示,该涤纶织物的生产公司为吴江市惠川纺织厂,规格为45S×45S,密度为88×60,克重为85g/m2)。
未经过改性的碳纤维平纹织物的远红外法向发射率为0.861,远红外辐射温升为1.4℃;经过多巴胺修饰改性后,碳纤维平纹织物的远红外法向发射率为0.898,远红外辐射温升为1.7℃,与未改性相比均有提高,主要是因为多巴胺修饰法增加了碳纤维织物表面粗糙度。而经多巴胺修饰、织物后整理、浆料喷涂后制备得到的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的远红外法向发射率为0.968,远红外辐射温升为2.1℃,表明对碳纤维织物进行多巴胺改性及附着电气石颗粒后,大大增强了碳纤维织物的远红外性能。
实施例2
一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法:
第一步:利用丙酮浸泡法,配制80%丙酮溶液,先取80mL丙酮和20mL去离子水,将其混合,将5cm×5cm碳纤维单向布浸渍于80%丙酮溶液中,室温(25℃)条件下浸渍60h,得到去浆的碳纤维单向布;
第二步:将3.0285gTris(三羟甲基氨基甲烷)溶解到1L去离子水中,搅拌5min,向该溶液中滴加0.1mol/L的稀盐酸调节pH,直至pH计示数显示为8.5,得到25mmol/L的Tris缓冲溶液。将5g多巴胺盐酸盐溶解到配制好的Tris缓冲溶液中,搅拌5min,得到5g/L的多巴胺溶液。将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维单向布浸渍于上述多巴胺溶液中,浴比1:50,反应时间8h,反应温度25℃,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维单向布。
第三步:将50g去离子水、5g萘磺酸缩合物钠盐分散剂、5g三乙醇胺混合后,加入40g纳米二氧化钛分散液,搅拌11h后,超声2h。称重第二步得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维单向布,为1.78g,利用喷壶喷洒二氧化钛浆料,喷洒率为上述织物重量的15%。60℃湿热条件保持10min后,放置于真空烘箱中4h,干燥温度90℃,得到远红外辐射碳纤维单向布。
第四步:将第一柔性织物基体、第三步得到的远红外辐射碳纤维单向布、电极片以及第二柔性织物基体依次层叠形成三明治结构并使用导电胶复合在一起,并将所述的电极片与导线连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热织物。所述的第一柔性织物基体和第二柔性织物基体均为商业化的涤纶织物(该涤纶织物的生产公司为吴江市惠川纺织厂,规格为45S×45S,密度为88×60,克重为85g/m2)。
该制备得到的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的远红外法向发射率为0.973,远红外辐射温升为2.0℃,表明了二氧化钛能有效提高织物的远红外性能。
实施例3
一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法:
第一步:利用丙酮浸泡法,配制80%丙酮溶液,先取80mL丙酮和20mL去离子水,将其混合,将5cm×5cm碳纤维斜纹织物浸渍于80%丙酮溶液中,室温(25℃)条件下浸渍72h,得到去浆的碳纤维斜纹织物;
第二步:将6.057gTris(三羟甲基氨基甲烷)溶解到1L去离子水中,搅拌10min,向该溶液中滴加0.1mol/L的稀盐酸调节pH,直至pH计示数显示为8.5,得到50mmol/L的Tris缓冲溶液。将8g多巴胺盐酸盐溶解到配制好的Tris缓冲溶液中,搅拌10min,得到8g/L的多巴胺溶液。将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维斜纹织物浸渍于上述多巴胺溶液中,反应时间12h,反应温度25℃,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维斜纹织物。
第三步:将60g去离子水、6g聚羧酸钠盐分散剂、4g氨水混合后,加入30g纳米氧化铝分散液,搅拌12h后,超声2h。称重第二步得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维斜纹织物,为1.63g,利用喷壶喷洒氧化铝浆料,喷洒率为上述织物重量的20%。60℃湿热条件保持10min后,放置于真空烘箱中4h,干燥温度90℃,得到远红外辐射碳纤维斜纹织物。
第四步:将第一柔性织物基体、第三步得到的远红外辐射碳纤维斜纹织物、电极片以及第二柔性织物基体依次层叠形成三明治结构并使用导电胶复合在一起,并将所述的电极片与导线连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热织物。所述的第一柔性织物基体和第二柔性织物基体均为商业化的涤纶织物(该涤纶织物的生产公司为吴江市惠川纺织厂,规格为45S×45S,密度88×60,克重85g/m2)。
该制备得到的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的远红外法向发射率为0.982,远红外辐射温升为2.1℃,表明了氧化铝能有效提高织物的远红外性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,包括依次复合的第一柔性织物基体(1)、远红外辐射碳纤维织物(2)及第二柔性织物基体(3);所述远红外辐射碳纤维织物内设有一对电极片(4),两片电极片(4)分别连接一根导线(5);
所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物的制备方法,包括:
第一步:利用碳纤维表面涂层去除处理方法,将碳纤维织物进行预处理,得到去浆碳纤维织物;
第二步:利用多巴胺仿生修饰法,将多巴胺盐酸盐溶解于Tris缓冲溶液中得到多巴胺溶液,将第一步得到的去浆碳纤维织物浸渍在多巴胺溶液中,得到多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物;
第三步:利用织物后整理法,首先制备用于增强远红外性能的远红外浆料,然后利用浆料喷涂法将远红外浆料喷在第二步制备得到的多巴胺仿生修饰的碳纤维织物上,得到远红外辐射碳纤维织物(2);所述远红外浆料由远红外颗粒分散液、分散剂、去离子水、pH调节剂按比例混合,搅拌10~12h,再超声2~4h制得;远红外浆料的喷洒率为织物重量的10~20%;所述远红外颗粒分散液为纳米氧化铝分散液、纳米二氧化钛分散液、纳米氧化锆分散液、纳米二氧化硅分散液和电气石纳米分散液中的任意一种;所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸铵盐、萘磺酸缩合物钠盐和聚羧酸钠盐中的任意一种;所述pH调节剂为氨水、三乙醇胺和AMP-95 pH调节剂中的任意一种;
第四步:在远红外辐射碳纤维织物(2)内装入一对电极片(4),然后将第一柔性织物基体(1)、远红外辐射碳纤维织物(2)、第二柔性织物基体(3)依次层叠并复合在一起,将电极片(4)与导线(5)连接,得到远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述电极片(4)的材质为钢、铸铁、石墨、黄铜、纯铜、金、银、钨、铅、铬铜、紫铜和镉铜中的任意一种或一种以上的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述的第一柔性织物基体(1)、第二柔性织物基体(3)的材质为棉、毛、丝、麻、涤纶、锦纶、粘胶、腈纶、维纶、丙纶和氨纶中的一种或一种以上的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述的第一步中的碳纤维织物为平纹布、斜纹布、缎纹布、单向布、精编布、纬编布、圆机布、横机布、碳纤维毡、碳毡、短切毡和缝合毡中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述的第一步中的预处理方法为索氏提取法、丙酮浸泡法和酸腐蚀法中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述的第二步中Tris缓冲溶液的浓度为10~50mmol/L,溶解时间为5~10min;多巴胺溶液的浓度为2~8g/L;去浆碳纤维织物的浸渍时间为4~24h,浸渍温度为25℃~75℃。
7.如权利要求1 所述的远红外辐射碳纤维电-热复合织物,其特征在于,所述远红外颗粒分散液、去离子水的质量之和与分散剂、pH调节剂的质量之和的比例为9:1;所述远红外颗粒分散液与去离子水的质量比为1:2至4:5;所述分散剂与pH调节剂的质量比为3:7至1:1。
