本发明公开了一种多轴织物针刺复合毡,包括基布,所述基布为框体结构,所述基布内部设置有玻纤,所述基布上表面和下表面均设置有防护层,两个所述防护层相互远离一侧均设置有聚酯表面毡,所述聚酯表面毡靠近防护层一侧设置有等间距均匀分布的聚酯纤维,所述聚酯纤维分别贯穿防护层、基布并延伸至玻纤内部,通过将聚酯表面毡上的聚酯纤维通过针刺的方式刺入基布中的玻纤上,使得该复合毡可以一次成型,使得该复合毡没有胶粘剂缝线,从而使得该复合毡外观光滑平整,不仅增加的美观,还使得该复合毡具有抗老化及防水优势,通过聚酯表面毡表面设置的玻璃钢,使得玻纤纹路不会外漏,通过设置的防护层,使得该复合毡防护性能良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,具体是一种多轴织物针刺复合毡及制作方法。
背景技术
玻璃纤维复合毡是由玻璃纤维无捻粗纱作单向平行排列,最外一层复合短切成一定长度的玻璃纤维纱或短切毡,用有机纤维缝制而成。主要是用于玻璃钢拉挤成、RTM成型、手糊成型等工艺,终端产品主要有玻璃钢船体、汽车外壳、板材、型材等。纤维结构具有可设计性,能在一定方向上提供高强度;纤维不易产生位移变形,易于操作;织物中不含任何粘结剂,易浸透;结构的复合性可减少铺层,有效提高生产效率。
目前现有的针刺复合毡通过玻璃钢拉挤产品表面导致玻纤纹路外露,从而影响产品的外观,另外,现有的针刺复合毡的聚酯加不上去导致打皱等问题,且现有的针刺复合毡阻燃效果较差,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多轴织物针刺复合毡及制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多轴织物针刺复合毡,包括基布,所述基布为框体结构,所述基布内部设置有玻纤,所述基布上表面和下表面均设置有防护层,两个所述防护层相互远离一侧均设置有聚酯表面毡,所述聚酯表面毡靠近防护层一侧设置有等间距均匀分布的聚酯纤维,所述聚酯纤维分别贯穿防护层、基布并延伸至玻纤内部,通过将聚酯表面毡上的聚酯纤维通过针刺的方式刺入基布中的玻纤上,使得该复合毡可以一次成型,使得该复合毡没有胶粘剂缝线,从而使得该复合毡外观光滑平整,不仅增加的美观,还使得该复合毡具有抗老化及防水优势。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述聚酯表面毡表面设置有玻璃钢,通过聚酯表面毡表面设置的玻璃钢,使得玻纤纹路不会外漏,提高了美观性。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述防护层包括阻燃层、缓冲层和抗静电层,所述缓冲层位于阻燃层和抗静电层之间,通过设置的阻燃层、缓冲层及抗静电层,使得该复合毡防护性能良好。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述缓冲层及抗静电层上均设置有通气孔,通过设置的通气孔,使得该复合毡通气效果良好。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述阻燃层包括硅酸铝纤维层,所述硅酸铝纤维层内部设置有空腔,所述空腔内腔设置有等间距均匀分布的石灰石颗粒,所述空腔内部填充有阻燃棉,通过设置的硅酸铝纤维层,将高温气体的温度进行隔绝,有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化,当该复合毡着火时,火势会燃烧石灰石颗粒,石灰石颗粒燃烧产生二氧化碳,并在阻燃棉的配合下,有效的控制了火势的蔓延。
本发明还提供了一种多轴织物针刺复合毡制作方法,包括如下步骤:
一、通过用多轴向经编布做成基布,通过多轴向编布做成基布1,使得该复合毡之间的连接更加紧密;
二、将聚酯表面毡覆盖在基布上,通过将聚酯表面毡4覆盖在基布1上,使得该复合毡表面具有平整纤维分散均匀,手感柔顺,透气性好,树脂浸透速度快的特点;
三、用针刺的方式使聚酯纤维穿过防护层及基布并刺入玻纤之中,从而形成复合,通过使用针刺的方式,使得该复合毡没有胶粘剂缝线,且避免了复合毡表面打皱的问题,提高了该复合毡的美观性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过将聚酯表面毡上的聚酯纤维通过针刺的方式刺入基布中的玻纤上,使得该复合毡可以一次成型,使得该复合毡没有胶粘剂缝线,从而使得该复合毡外观光滑平整,不仅增加的美观,还使得该复合毡具有抗老化及防水优势。
2、通过设置的硅酸铝纤维层,将高温气体的温度进行隔绝,有效阻止后续材料被高温氧化,当该复合毡着火时,火势会燃烧石灰石颗粒,石灰石颗粒燃烧产生二氧化碳,并在阻燃棉的配合下,有效的控制了火势的蔓延。

请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种多轴织物针刺复合毡,包括基布1,所述基布1为框体结构,所述基布1内部设置有玻纤2,所述基布1上表面和下表面均设置有防护层3,两个所述防护层3相互远离一侧均设置有聚酯表面毡4,所述聚酯表面毡4靠近防护层3一侧设置有等间距均匀分布的聚酯纤维5,所述聚酯纤维5分别贯穿防护层3、基布1并延伸至玻纤2内部。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多轴织物针刺复合毡,其特征在于,所述聚酯表面毡(4)表面设置有玻璃钢。
