The specific working principle is as follows: the equipment is used for processing a specific workpiece 9, the workpiece is a mailbox switch, the equipment is used for shot blasting before the workpiece is processed into a threaded hole, and the threaded hole on the workpiece is processed after shot blasting; firstly, starting a numerical control system for controlling the equipment, putting a workpiece into the shell 1 from the feed inlet 21 by a worker, putting the workpiece 9 on the fixed seat 71, and simultaneously penetrating the first ejector rod 51 and the second ejector rod 61 into holes at two sides of the workpiece to fix the workpiece 9; the threaded hole of the workpiece 9 is wrapped by the alignment part 52, and the other side hole of the workpiece 9 is blocked by the matching support part 62; after the workpiece 9 is fixed, the moving device 4 is started to drive the workpiece 9 to move towards the inside of the equipment, when the workpiece 9 leaves the feed port 21 and the baffle 15 blocks the communication position between the inside of the equipment and the feed port 21, the nozzle 31 starts to work to shot the workpiece 9, the nozzle 31 is matched with the fixing device 5 driven by the fourth driving part 42 when working, and then the jacking device 6 and the fixing base 7 are driven to rotate, so that the whole workpiece 9 starts to rotate, the nozzle 31 always rotates along with the moving device 4, the shot blasting time is ensured, and the outer surface of the workpiece is uniformly sprayed by matching with the rotation of the workpiece 9; during the shot blasting process, the shot blasting treatment on the workpiece 9 is collected by the recycling cavity 16 and is continuously used in the subsequent shot blasting treatment; and after the shot blasting of the workpiece in the equipment is finished, the workpiece returns to the feed inlet 21 again, the first ejector rod 51 and the second ejector rod 61 are reset to release the workpiece 9, the worker takes the workpiece 9 away from the fixed base 7, places the next workpiece to be machined on the fixed base 7, and continues the shot blasting operation on the workpiece.

1. A shot blasting machine comprises a shell (1), a cover body (2) arranged on the shell, a feeding hole (21) arranged on the cover body, a shot blasting device (3) arranged in the shell, a first guide rail (11) arranged on the shell, a second guide rail (12) connected to the shot blasting device, a plurality of moving devices (4) arranged on the shot blasting device, a plurality of fixing devices (5) respectively arranged on the moving devices, a plurality of jacking devices (6) respectively arranged on the fixing devices, and a plurality of fixing bases (7) respectively arranged on the fixing devices; the method is characterized in that: the fixing device (5) comprises a movable first ejector rod (51) and an alignment part (52), and the jacking device (6) comprises a movable second ejector rod (61) and a supporting part (62).
