The shot returning pipe 28 is obliquely arranged at the top of the bounce bin 17, the bounce bin 17 is communicated with the shot returning pipe 28, the shot returning pipe 28 is communicated with the separation bin 29, the separation bin 29 is provided with a hood 30, a first negative pressure fan 32 is rotationally arranged in the hood 30, a first fan motor 31 is arranged on the hood 30, an output shaft of the first fan motor 31 is connected with the first negative pressure fan 32, the hood 30 is communicated with the separation bin 29, the lower shot pipe 27 is communicated with the separation bin 29, and the recovery pipe 34 is communicated with the waste collection bin 37.
An axial through hole is arranged in the inner wall force arm 13, a screw conveyer 38 is arranged in the axial through hole, one end of the screw conveyer 38 is arranged on the pill returning chamber body 39, and the pill returning chamber body 39 is communicated with the inner wall force arm 13 through a collecting pipe 40. The screw conveyor 38 is in communication with the bounce bin 17 of the second blasting mechanism 15.

the method comprises the following steps: the conveying trolley 2 is pushed towards the direction of the inner wall force arm 13, the conveying trolley 2 drives the steel pipe 4 to move towards the direction of the inner wall force arm 13, the second shot blasting mechanism 15 on the support 14 enters the inner cavity of the steel pipe 4, the translation trolley 10 is pushed towards the direction of the steel pipe 4, and the translation trolley 10 drives the first shot blasting mechanism 12 to move towards the direction of the steel pipe 4 through the rectangular frame 11;
step two: two shot blasting motors 21 are started, steel shots in a shot hopper 20 enter an impact bin 25 through a shot outlet pipe 24, an output shaft of the shot blasting motor 21 drives a shot blasting shaft 22 to rotate, the shot blasting shaft 22 drives a shot blasting head 26 to rotate, the shot blasting head 26 ejects the steel shots in the impact bin 25 at a high speed, the shot blasting head 26 of a first shot blasting mechanism 12 ejects the steel shots on the outer surface of a steel pipe 4, the shot blasting head 26 of a second shot blasting mechanism 15 ejects the steel shots on the inner surface of the steel pipe 4, the inner surface and the outer surface of the steel pipe 4 are shot blasted simultaneously, a fan motor I31 is started, an output shaft of the fan motor I31 drives a negative pressure fan I32 to rotate, the steel shots and steel scraps generated in the shot blasting process are rebounded to the impact bin 25 by the negative pressure adsorption force of the negative pressure fan I32 and the self rebounding force, the rebounding steel shots and the steel scraps enter a connecting pipe 18 through a rebounding pipe 19 and enter a separation bin 29 through a rebound pipe 28, and the filter screen, the steel shots enter the shot hopper 20 through the lower shot pipe 27;
step three: the rotation motor 8 of the rotation mechanism 3 is started, the output shaft of the rotation motor 8 drives the rotation shaft 6 to rotate, the rotation shaft 6 drives the circular wheel 7 to rotate, the circular wheel 7 drives the steel pipe 4 to rotate, the rust removal work of the inner surface and the outer surface of the steel pipe 4 is completed, after the rust removal, the fan motor II 35 is started, the output shaft of the fan motor II 35 drives the negative pressure fan II 36 to rotate, the steel scraps on the filter screen 33 are extracted into the recovery pipe 34 by the negative pressure fan II 36, the steel scraps enter the waste collection bin 37 through the recovery pipe 34 to be collected, and the steel shots in the rebound bin 17 in the second shot blasting mechanism 15 can be conveyed to the shot return chamber 39 through the collection pipe 40 by the spiral conveyor 38 in the inner wall force.

two radial guide rails (9) are arranged on one side of one axial guide rail (1), the two radial guide rails (9) are parallel to each other and are arranged correspondingly, a translation trolley (10) is arranged between the two radial guide rails (9), and a first shot blasting mechanism (12) is arranged on the translation trolley (10);

The movable internal and external shot blasting and rust removing equipment for the large-caliber steel pipes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shot returning pipe (28) is obliquely arranged at the top of the bounce bin (17), the bounce bin (17) is communicated with the shot returning pipe (28), the shot returning pipe (28) is communicated with the separation bin (29), a hood (30) is arranged on the separation bin (29), a first negative-pressure fan (32) is arranged in the hood (30) in a rotating manner, a first fan motor (31) is arranged on the hood (30), an output shaft of the first fan motor (31) is connected with the first negative-pressure fan (32), the hood (30) is communicated with the separation bin (29), the shot returning pipe (27) is communicated with the separation bin (29), and the recycling pipe (34) is communicated with the waste collection bin (37).

The movable inner and outer shot blasting and rust removing equipment for the large-caliber steel pipes as claimed in claim 1, wherein an axial through hole is formed in the inner wall force arm (13), a screw conveyor (38) is arranged in the axial through hole, one end of the screw conveyor (38) is installed on the shot returning chamber body (39), and the shot returning chamber body (39) is communicated with the inner wall force arm (13) through a collecting pipe (40).
