Description

Traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating chronic atrophic gastritis turbid toxin syndrome
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese medicinal formula for treating chronic atrophic gastritis with turbid toxin, in particular to a Chinese patent medicament prepared from Chinese medicinal herbs as raw materials.
Background
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a chronic digestive system disease characterized by atrophy, decreased number, thinning of gastric mucosa, thickening of mucosal basal layer, or accompanying pyloric and intestinal glandular metaplasia, or accompanying atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosal epithelium and glands. It is usually manifested as vague pain, fullness and distention in the upper abdomen, belching, inappetence, emaciation, anemia, etc., and has no specificity. Is a disease with multiple pathogenic factors and precancerous lesion. The disease is one of common diseases of the digestive system, the incidence rate of chronic atrophic gastritis is very high in general people in China, and atrophic gastritis can be converted into gastric cancer.
At present, western medicines are usually selected for treating atrophic gastritis, but most of the medicines can only temporarily relieve pain of patients, the patients are difficult to cure radically, the recurrence rate is high, the western medicines are expensive, and certain toxic and side effects can be generated on the bodies after long-term administration.
The chronic atrophic gastritis belongs to the categories of fullness and epigastric pain and the like in the traditional Chinese medicine, and can be caused by invasion of exogenous pathogens, improper diet, overeating of paste and sorghum with thick taste, addiction to tobacco and wine, damage to spleen and stomach, damp generation and heat generation, generation of turbid pathogens due to long-term dampness, and generation of toxin; but also can cause discomfort of liver qi, stagnation of liver qi, wood-stasis and accumulation of earth, dysfunction of spleen in transportation, water accumulation and dampness generation and turbidity change for a long time due to emotional disorder or depression and anger; meanwhile, the spleen does not ascend the clear, the turbid qi does not descend, the spleen is stagnated in middle jiao, the damp turbidity is accumulated for a long time, the toxic pathogen is generated, the turbid toxin is mixed, and the stomach collaterals are damaged. Or mucosa atrophy gradually due to congenital deficiency, spleen and stomach deficiency, biochemical insufficiency, stomach malnutrition, dysfunction of transportation and transformation, turbid toxin accumulation, damage to gastric membrane. The evolution law is as follows: liver qi stagnation, wood hyperactivity, earth restriction, spleen deficiency and dampness abundance, followed by accumulation of dampness to turbidity, turbid stagnation transforming into heat, heat accumulation into toxin, turbid toxin deeply hidden in stomach vessel blood, finally forming the complicated pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis. TCM is mainly based on the holistic principle and based on the principles of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. According to the theory of turbid toxin syndrome of the tsukudani domestic medical masters, the turbid toxin intrinsic substance is considered to be the basic pathological mechanism of the chronic atrophic gastritis, and the turbid toxin intrinsic substance is the main syndrome type of the chronic atrophic gastritis, so that the chronic atrophic gastritis is treated by a turbid removing and detoxifying method, a good clinical curative effect is achieved, and no toxic or side effect exists.

The turbid toxin of the chronic atrophic gastritis patient is accumulated in the stomach, which causes the damage of the stomach collateral, the hypofunction of decomposition, transportation and transformation, the lack of source of qi and blood, the deficiency of qi and blood, and the malnutrition of the gastric mucosa, resulting in the atrophy of the glands. Therefore, aiming at the pathogenesis of turbid toxin accumulation, the invention has good effect on treating chronic atrophic gastritis by a turbid pathogen dissolving and detoxifying method in clinic. According to the key pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis caused by interior turbid toxin, the medicine adopts a comprehensive therapy of eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics, clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation and removing meridian obstruction as a major method, comprehensively regulates digestive organs and comprehensively regulates human body functions.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is simple in medicine composition, convenient and fast to take, safe, reliable, free of toxic and side effects, capable of promoting repair of gastric mucosa and improving self-healing capability of patients, and remarkable in effect.

The taking method of the invention can decoct the medicines with water, and one dose is taken every day; or grinding the raw materials into fine powder, and making into honeyed pill for administration; or decocting the raw materials and making into granule for administration. The specific operation method can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
The chronic atrophic gastritis has long course and is difficult to recover, the turbid toxin syndrome theory explains that the interior of turbid toxin is one of the main pathogenesis of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer, a turbid pathogen removing and detoxifying method is an effective method for treating the chronic atrophic gastritis, the turbid toxin is considered to be both a pathogenic factor and a pathological product, the chronic atrophic gastritis is closely related to damp turbidity, pathogenic damp turbidity is divided into internal and external pathogenic damp turbidity, the external damp turbidity is caused by the external damp turbidity, the internal damp turbidity is caused by the hypofunction or disorder of spleen and stomach, and the internal damp turbidity cannot be normally transported and transformed to cause the damp turbidity to grow from the interior. The mutual correlation between the internal and external damp-turbidity causes the exogenous damp-turbidity to stagnate in the spleen, which leads to the failure of the spleen to transport and transform, the stomach failing to descend and the endogenous damp-turbidity being liable to invade the exogenous damp-turbidity. The pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis are in the stomach, which belongs to yang earth, and the stomach diseases are easy to be transformed into heat and fire, namely yang excess. The two causes of heat toxicity are: the heat is even fire, and the fire entering the blood system is toxic; or, the initial stage of the disease is damp-heat, the damp-heat will accumulate turbid, the heat will be transformed into damp-heat, the damp-turbidity will transform into heat-toxin, and the toxin will grow from damp-turbidity, i.e. the heat will gradually transform into toxin, the toxin will become the extreme heat, the toxin will be contained in heat, and the heat will transform into toxin. The pathogenesis of the chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions thereof is theoretically clarified for the first time, and the theory basis is adopted to establish that three methods of dissolving turbidity, detoxifying and harmonizing stomach are combined to be mainly used for treating the precancerous lesions of the gastric cancer, thereby obtaining good curative effect.
Agastache rugosus and eupatorium fortunei have the effects of eliminating turbid with aromatics, and the aromatic products can nourish the spleen and activate the spleen, and eliminate damp turbidity internally; herba Artemisiae Scopariae clears away heat and promotes diuresis, and it is combined with herba Agastaches and herba Eupatorii to treat damp-heat in spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder. Coptis root, rhizoma Coptidis, having the effects of clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing toxicity, is used for retention of damp-heat in the interior, etc.; red rice has the effects of invigorating spleen, promoting digestion, promoting blood circulation, and removing blood stasis. Emblic leafflower fruit, fructus Phyllanthi, as a main material, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting the production of body fluid and quenching thirst. Zhi Shi breaks qi to remove food retention, resolve phlegm and relieve stuffiness. The nutgrass galingale rhizome regulates qi, relieves depression, promotes digestion and lowers qi. The groundsel herb has the effects of promoting qi and blood circulation, dissipating blood stasis and relieving pain, and detoxifying and reducing swelling; scorpio for removing toxic substance and dredging collaterals; oldenlandia diffusa, which has the effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis and detoxifying; notoginseng, radix notoginseng, promotes blood circulation by removing blood stasis, and relieves swelling and pain. The medicines are combined together to play the roles of eliminating turbidity, detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, can eliminate gastric mucosal inflammation, effectively improve the blood flow condition of gastric mucosa and recover atrophic glands to reverse atrophic gastritis.
