The invention relates to a preparation method of tamarind fruit extract, in particular to a method for extracting tamarind fruit extract from tamarind fruits by adopting a multi-effect wall-breaking low-temperature pipeline method. The processing steps comprise: drying and crushing tamarind fruits, passing the raw materials through an ultrahigh pressure extractor, and then entering a cavitation wall-breaking extractor for cavitation to obtain an extracting solution; the extracting solution enters a membrane combined-multistage membrane separation system after passing through a filter-pressing filter-aid separation system, and then enters a resin column separation system to obtain a separation solution; concentrating the separated liquid by a membrane system to obtain a concentrated liquid; and finally drying the obtained concentrated solution to obtain the tamarind fruit extract. The invention has the advantages of low labor intensity and good working environment. The method has the advantages of normal-temperature operation, no destructive decomposition of heat-sensitive components, effective dissolution of target products, environmental friendliness, high comprehensive utilization rate of cyclic agriculture and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of tamarind fruit extract, belonging to the field of extraction of effective components of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
Tamarind fruit (its name is Tamarindus indica), tamarind fruit, calyx canthus (Hainan), "Muhan" (Dai nationality language), tamarind fruit, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Tianmu Kan, Tongxue picture, and Asian ginseng fruit. Caesalpiniaceae tamarind. The tamarind belongs to the genus of leguminosae. It is a single species, only 1 of two types: sweet and acid types, and tamarind cake as main raw material. Tall and big tree, rough trunk, branches and leaves, and a string of croissant-shaped pods hung on the branches. The Jinshajiang river dry and hot valley in the two provinces of Chuandian is the main production area of the tamarind in China, the annual production of 100 tons of tamarind is realized, and the yield per unit, the quality and the flavor are superior to those of other areas in the province. Woody material with hard black-red heartwood and soft yellow white sapwood is called "east-god tree".
The tamarind pulp contains abundant reducing sugar, organic acid, fruit acid, mineral (mainly calcium, potassium and phosphorus, and less magnesium and zinc), vitamins, 89 aromatic substances, various pigments, protein, fat, etc. The seeds account for 30% of the fruit and contain substances such as protein, fat, crude fiber, carbohydrate, ash, tannin, etc.
According to the records of Ben Cao gang mu, tamarind has the functions of quenching thirst, eliminating heat, promoting digestion, nourishing liver, improving eyesight, etc. It is used to treat heatstroke, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, chronic gastritis, constipation, hypertension, and iron deficiency heart disease. Promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, relieving summer-heat, refreshing and refreshing, and lingering aftertaste.
In the extraction and preparation process of the tamarind fruit extract, reflux extraction and macroporous resin adsorption are generally adopted, but the methods have the defects of high energy consumption, high loss of active ingredients and the like in the aspects of retaining active ingredients, removing ineffective ingredients and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for preparing tamarind fruit extract, which has high efficiency and selectivity, is simple and convenient to operate, has high yield and few byproducts and can be industrially realized.
The technical scheme of the invention is carried out according to the following steps:
a. drying and crushing tamarind fruits, extracting the raw materials by an ultrahigh pressure extractor under the pressure of 200MPa, and then introducing the raw materials into a cavitation wall-breaking extractor for cavitation;
b. the extracting solution enters a membrane combined-multistage membrane separation system after passing through a filter-pressing filter-aid separation system, and then enters a resin column separation system to obtain a separation solution; concentrating the separated liquid by a membrane concentration system to obtain a concentrated liquid;
c. drying the obtained concentrated solution by a vacuum belt dryer to obtain the tamarind fruit extract.
The pressure of the ultrahigh pressure extractor in the step a is 200MPa, and the power of the motor is 75 KW. After combined cavitation, 100% of the cell walls are dismissed. The secondary metabolite is directly contacted with the solvent, and osmotic pressure is not required to act on the transportation process.
And (c) in the membrane combination-multistage membrane separation system in the step b, the turbidity of the ceramic membrane permeate is less than or equal to 1, and the concentration process of the membrane concentration equipment is driven by pure pressure.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention adopts a multi-effect wall-breaking low-temperature pipeline extraction method to process the raw materials, realizes the one-step completion of crushing and extraction, and simultaneously can effectively avoid the damage of the tamarind extract components because the whole production process is not heated and is in low-temperature pipeline production;
2. the tamarind fruit extract is extracted by adopting a multi-effect wall-breaking low-temperature pipeline, and has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, high extraction rate and complete retention of the effective components of the tamarind fruit extract.
The present invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments, but the scope of the invention as claimed is not limited to the following embodiments.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
example 1:
drying and crushing tamarind fruits, extracting the raw materials at the pressure of 200MPa by using an ultrahigh pressure extractor, then introducing the raw materials into a cavitation wall breaking extractor for cavitation, then placing the materials into an ultrasonic device with the frequency of 40KHz, and adding an ethanol solution which is 3 times that of the raw materials and is 50% of the raw materials into the ultrasonic device for ultrasonic extraction for 10 min; the extracting solution enters a membrane combined-multistage membrane separation system after passing through a filter-pressing filter-aid separation system, and then enters a resin column separation system to obtain a separation solution; concentrating the separated liquid by a membrane concentration system to obtain a concentrated liquid; and finally drying the obtained concentrated solution to obtain the tamarind fruit extract.
