The raw materials of the natural environment-friendly incense materials of the embodiments 1 to 22 are evenly mixed, added with water with the same weight as the raw materials and evenly stirred to prepare the slurry. Pressing the slurry to obtain stick incense blank, and drying at 37 deg.C for 6 hr to obtain stick incense with specification of 330mm × 4 mm. The prepared incense stick has strong toughness, good elasticity, firmness, durability and difficult separation of incense powder.
1. Combustion condition testing
The burning conditions of 50 natural environment-friendly incense materials of the embodiments 1 to 22 were tested and the test results are shown in Table 1.

From table 1, it can be seen that the natural environment-friendly incense stick of example 1 has the best combustion performance, the average combustion time is 52min, the combustion speed is slow, the combustion time is long, and the incense stick is more durable. The incense fire is not easy to extinguish, the fragrance is continuous, and no pungent smell exists.
2. Measurement of flexural Strength
The natural environment-friendly incense materials of examples 1 to 22 were made into incense sticks for flexural strength measurement, and weights were hung in the middle of the incense sticks during measurement. For example, a stick incense with a length of 300mm, the weight is hung at 150mm during the test. The stick-fragrant dry material is tested, the breaking strength of example 1 is 77-82g, the breaking strength of example 2 is 76-80g, the breaking strength of example 3 is 75-80g, the breaking strength of example 4 is 73-78g, the breaking strength of example 5 is 74-78g, the breaking strength of example 6 is 73-79g, the breaking strength of example 7 is 75-78g, the breaking strength of example 8 is 74-80g, the breaking strength of example 9 is 72-80g, the breaking strength of example 10 is 70-77g, the breaking strength of example 11 is 73-80g, the breaking strength of example 12 is 76-79g, the breaking strength of example 13 is 73-75g, the breaking strength of example 14 is 72-76g, the breaking strength of example 15 is 74-78g, the flexural strength of example 16 was 76 to 80g, the flexural strength of example 17 was 75 to 77g, the flexural strength of example 18 was 74 to 77g, the flexural strength of example 19 was 73 to 75g, the flexural strength of example 20 was 71 to 78g, the flexural strength of example 21 was 72 to 76g, and the flexural strength of example 22 was 74 to 78 g.
3. Toxicity testing
30 mice weighing 25-30 g were randomly divided into three groups of 10 mice each, and the incense sticks prepared from the natural environment-friendly incense of the examples 1-3 were smoked each day for 8 hours each day for 60 consecutive days. The growth state of the mice was observed and examined hematology and anatomy. The test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the natural environment-friendly incense of the examples 1 to 3 does not cause any damage to the growth condition and various physical indexes of the mice, which indicates that the natural environment-friendly incense of the examples 1 to 3 is safe and nontoxic and is suitable for long-term use.
4. Efficacy testing
220 volunteers were randomly selected and divided into 22 groups of 10 persons, and the incense sticks prepared from the natural environment-friendly incense of examples 1-22 were ignited and burned for 8 hours each day for 6 days in an indoor office, and the test results are shown in Table 3.

5. Insect repellent test
440 mosquitoes are averagely divided into 22 groups, each group comprises 20 mosquitoes, the mosquitoes are anesthetized by ether and then respectively placed into a 1000ml triangular flask, then the triangular flask is placed at four corners of a carton with the thickness of 1.2m by 0.8m, the top cover of the carton is sealed by a preservative film, and small holes are punched on the preservative film to ensure air circulation. After the mosquitoes were acclimated, the incense sticks prepared from the natural eco-friendly incense of examples 1 to 22 were ignited in a triangular flask, and the mosquitoes were observed to escape from the triangular flask. The results are shown in Table 4.

6. Aroma testing
Igniting the stick incense prepared by the natural environment-friendly incense of the embodiment 1 to 22 indoors, selecting 100 volunteers to select the favorite stick incense according to the fragrance, selecting the stick incense prepared by the natural environment-friendly incense of the embodiment 1 by 31 volunteers, selecting the stick incense prepared by the natural environment-friendly incense of the embodiment 2 by 19 volunteers, selecting the stick incense prepared by the natural environment-friendly incense of the embodiment 3 by 22 volunteers, and selecting 3 stick incense volunteers prepared by the natural environment-friendly incense of the embodiment 5, 9, 13 and 17; 2 stick volunteers prepared from the natural environment-friendly incense of examples 6, 7, 11, 15, 19 and 21 were selected; the natural eco-friendly incense of examples 8, 14, 16, 22 was selected to prepare 1 stick volunteers and 0 others.

1. The natural environment-friendly incense is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-1.0 g of agilawood
0.7-1.2 g of fragrant tea
0.2-0.5 g of white wormwood
0.2-0.7 g of holly
0.1-0.3 g of cypress leaves
0.1-0.3 g of nard
0.1-0.2 g of chrysanthemum indicum
0.1-0.5 g sandalwood
0.1-0.5 g of angelica
Polygala root 0.1-0.2 g
0.01-0.2 g of calamus
0.1-0.3 g of narrow leaf fresh inferior flower
0.1-0.3 g of lamiophlomis rotata
Cypress leaf 0.03-0.5 g
Saffron 0.07-1.0 g
