Abstract

Background
Existing cabinets, in particular cabinets for placing cutlery, or disinfection cabinets, usually have drawers comprising hollow baskets in which the cutlery is placed, which are assembled from a plurality of metal strips. When tableware needs to be placed in the pull-out basket, the drawer is opened firstly, the pull-out basket is exposed, and then the tableware which is just cleaned is placed in the pull-out basket.
The dishes are usually placed vertically in the baskets so that the water on the surface of the dishes drips under the action of gravity and dries the surface of the dishes. Because the surface of the tableware which is just cleaned is provided with water, when the tableware is just placed on the pull basket and the drawer is not closed, the water can drip on the ground through the hollow parts on the pull basket to wet the ground, so that the ground is wet and slippery, and potential safety hazards are brought; meanwhile, the moisture can adsorb dust, and the toilet is unsanitary.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a preferred embodiment of the drawer structure with water receiving device of the present invention is illustrated by using a disinfection cabinet as an example.
The structure of the disinfection cabinet is a conventional structure, and guide rails 13 are arranged on two opposite inner side walls 11 in the cabinet body 1.
The drawer frame 32, which is also of a conventional structure, includes two side plates 34 connected to the drawer panel 31, and slide rails 33 respectively disposed on outer side walls of the two side plates. The drawer frame 32 can be limited in the two guide rails 13 on the two inner side walls of the cabinet body in a drawing way through the slide rails 33 on the two outer side walls.
The drawer basket, not shown in the figure, is supported and arranged on the drawer frame 32, is of a hollow structure formed by welding or bending a plurality of stainless steels and is used for limiting each tableware, and water on the tableware drips to the bottom of the disinfection cabinet through a gap on the drawer basket.
The water receiving part 40 is arranged below the drawer frame 32, can contract and stretch along with the push and pull of the drawer and is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of expansion parts 4 in a sliding manner, and when the water receiving part is in a complete stretching state, the water receiving part is shielded below the drawer frame 32 so as to receive water drops dripping on tableware in the pull basket and avoid the water drops dripping on the ground when the drawer is opened.
The water receiving member in this embodiment is composed of a plurality of telescopic members 4, each telescopic member 4 includes a bottom plate 41 and water baffles 42 which are respectively connected to two side edges of the bottom plate 41 and protrude upwards; the bottom plate 41 and the water guard plate 42 form a trough-like structure.
The two bottom plates positioned at the head part and the tail part after being stretched are respectively connected to the panel 31 and the cross beam 12, and the two end parts of the cross beam 12 are respectively connected to the two opposite inner side walls 11 of the cabinet body and are close to the door position of the cabinet body. The other telescopic parts are sequentially connected between the telescopic parts at the two ends; the specific connection mode is as follows:
each water baffle 42 is provided with a sliding groove 421 and a limiting block 422; the limiting blocks 422 of the water baffles 42 are sequentially and slidably accommodated in the sliding grooves 421 of the water baffles in the adjacent tail direction. The limiting block 422 and the sliding groove 421 in this embodiment are located on the same straight line, and the limiting block is disposed at the tail of each water guard.
The water baffle at the head position does not need to be provided with a sliding groove, and the water baffle at the tail position does not need to be provided with a limiting block.
The bottom plate of the tail telescopic piece is also provided with two first stop blocks 44, the two first stop blocks 44 are respectively connected to two end parts of the tail edge of the tail bottom plate, a gap is formed between the tail edge of the bottom plate and the cross beam through the collision limit between the two first stop blocks 44 and the cross beam 12, and the gap forms a water leakage channel. The other telescopic parts can not cover the water leakage channel when the water receiving part contracts under the limitation of the limiting block and the sliding groove.
The first stopper 44 may be provided on each of the water baffles.
In order to further stabilize and support the telescopic members, the lower surface of each bottom plate in the embodiment is connected with a guide shaft 43; two side plates 32 of the drawer frame are provided with guide holes 34; both end portions of each guide shaft 43 are slidably accommodated in the guide holes 34.
The two telescopic pieces at the head and the tail of the water receiving piece are connected with the drawer panel and the cross bar which already provide support for the drawer panel and the cross bar, so that the two telescopic pieces can be free from connecting with a guide shaft; it is of course also possible to connect the guide shaft to obtain a further supporting effect.
Each expansion piece is sleeved in the adjacent expansion piece in sequence from the head to the position, so that when the water receiving piece is in a stretching state, the upper surface of the water receiving piece is a slope or a step surface which is inclined downwards from the head to the tail, water flow can automatically flow downwards along the surface of the water receiving piece, and then falls into the water receiving tank 2 from the water leakage channel.
The water receiving tank 2 is used for collecting water drops dropping from the water receiving piece and is connected to the beam 12; the water receiving tank in the embodiment is provided with a first hook 21, and the beam 12 is connected with a second hook 14; the water receiving tank is detachably connected with the cross beam 12 through the hook of the first hook 21 and the second hook 14.
When the drawer is pulled open, the head telescopic parts connected to the panel move along with the drawer frame, all the telescopic parts are pulled, and the limiting blocks on all the telescopic parts slide along the sliding grooves; each guide shaft slides along the guide hole; when the drawer is completely pulled out, all the telescopic pieces are stretched to the limit positions, and the water receiving piece is completely unfolded and sheltered below the drawer frame. At the moment, when washed tableware is placed on the pull-out basket, water on the tableware is received by the water receiving piece after dripping from the gap of the pull-out basket, flows downwards along the surface of the water receiving piece and drips into the water receiving tank from the water leakage channel; to prevent water on the tableware from dropping on the ground and wetting the ground.
After the tableware is placed, when the drawer is closed, all the guide shafts and the telescopic pieces slide reversely, and the water receiving piece contracts; the water on the adjacent extensible member bottom plate can be struck off when each extensible member reverse slip, will remain the propelling movement on each bottom plate to the water leakage passageway, avoids depositing water on each bottom plate, uses more sanitary.
When the water receiving tank needs to be cleaned or water in the water receiving tank is dumped, the water receiving tank is detached from the drawer frame, and actions such as cleaning or water dumping can be conveniently carried out.
