Description

Thymol-containing pesticide composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a thymol-containing pesticide composition.
Background
Plant diseases are one of main factors influencing agricultural yield, the current solution is mainly to use chemical bactericides for prevention and control, but long-term use of a large amount of chemical bactericides can easily cause pathogenic bacteria to generate resistance, so that the prevention effect of the chemical bactericides is weakened year by year, and the prevention and control difficulty is increased continuously; meanwhile, the problems of food safety, environmental pollution, beneficial microbial flora damage and the like caused by the use of chemical bactericides are increasingly highlighted, and a safe, efficient and sustainable plant disease control product is found for realizing the sustainable development of agriculture and ensuring the ecological and food safety, so that the method is the main direction and key point of the current research.
The vegetables and fruits such as strawberries, tomatoes, grapes, hot peppers, cucumbers and the like are very easily infected by gray mold, powdery mildew and the like in growing seasons.
Gray mold and powdery mildew are two common fungal diseases which are difficult to prevent for open-field and protected crops. The pathogeny of the gray mold is fungus of botrytis of deuteromycotina, prefers low temperature and high humidity, is a semi-living nutritional saprophytic fungus, can take nutrition from living plant tissues and can also survive in dead residues, the infection mode mainly passes through wounds, the infected parts are most favored to be 'sweet and tender', and the most favored infected parts are flowers, young fruits and fruits in a color-changing mature period. The pathogen of powdery mildew is ascomycete subphylum erysiphales fungus, prefers high humidity and weak light, is a living body nutrition type parasitic fungus, is not urgent to kill host cells after infecting the host cells, but obtains nutrients from fresh and alive host cell tissues, and the infection mode mainly passes through natural orifices of plants, and the infection parts are most preferring to tender parts such as leaves, petioles, tender stems, buds, petals and the like. Although the botrytis cinerea and the erysiphe necator do not belong to the same subgenus fungus, the botrytis cinerea and the erysiphe necator both are easy to generate drug resistance, and the reasons are mainly related to infection routes, infection characteristics and physiological characteristics which are highly similar to those of the botrytis cinerea and the erysiphe necator. Conidia generated by the two are propagated along with wind, rain and agricultural operation, and even if the pathogeny base is controlled locally, the conidia still expand along with the infection way, so that the conidia are difficult to control once and are completely stopped. Both belong to the multicycle infectious diseases, and the pathogens are characterized by short incubation period and high proliferation rate. Multiple generations can occur continuously in a growing season as long as conditions are appropriate, so that multiple reinfestations occur. Pathogenic bacteria of the two diseases at different infection stages can be easily found in the same field. Pathogenic bacteria causing the diseases of the two plants have a plurality of physiological races, subspecies or variants, and pathogenic bacteria causing the diseases of different hosts or tissues are possibly not identical, so that high difficulty is brought to plant protection and control work, more medicines can be used, and finally higher resistance is generated.
The prevention and control of plant diseases not only can play a main role in chemical plant protection in the past even in a future period of time, but also brings about a negative effect which is continuously recognized by people, and a plurality of defects of the chemical plant protection are gradually promoted and amplified for years, so that people continuously call for natural biological products with disease prevention and control capacity, and particularly, the prevention and control method has urgent needs for enterprise units or individuals pursuing organic green planting. Chemical biocides can be simply classified into selective biocides and protective biocides. Most of the selective bactericides have eradicating and therapeutic activities, mainly act on germ cell membranes and mostly influence the biosynthesis process of germ cells. The bactericide has a single common action site and is easy to generate resistance, such as the common bactericide for preventing and controlling gray mold and powdery mildew: SDHI (fluopyram, isopyrazam, and the like), strobilurins (pyraclostrobin, azoxystrobin, and the like), triazoles (tebuconazole, difenoconazole, and the like), amides (boscalid, penthiopyrad, and the like), benzimidazoles (carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, and the like). Protective bactericides often act on the cell walls of pathogens and often affect the biological oxidation process of the pathogens. Although the bactericide has more action sites for pathogenic bacteria and is difficult to generate resistance, the bactericide only has the function of inhibiting the germination of pathogenic bacteria spores for the pathogenic bacteria and has no accurate selectivity and treatment for diseases.
The existing prevention and control of plant gray mold, powdery mildew and the like are mainly realized by chemical pesticides. On one hand, the chemical pesticide is easy to generate resistance to pathogenic bacteria after being used for a long time, and the pesticide effect is gradually reduced; on the other hand, a large amount of chemical pesticides are easily left on plants, particularly fruits and vegetables, and can be accumulated in the body after being eaten by people, so that the health of the people can be threatened by a certain procedure, toxic reaction occurs, and even the life is threatened. Based on the above, how to design a thymol-containing pesticide composition which is good in effect and harmless to human bodies is a technical problem to be solved by the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the thymol-containing pesticide composition which has good effect and is harmless to human bodies.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical means:
a pesticide composition containing thymol comprises thymol, carvacrol and menthol as effective components.
Preferably, the mass fraction ratio of the thymol, the carvacrol and the menthol in the pesticide composition is 8-20:4-12: 1-2.
Preferably, the thymol-containing pesticide composition has the active ingredient accounting for 2-80% of the total weight of the pesticide composition.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing thymol further contains auxiliary components of a pesticide preparation so as to be prepared into a dosage form suitable for agricultural use.
The application of the pesticide composition containing thymol in preventing and treating gray mold and powdery mildew of plants.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing thymol is applied to prevention and treatment of gray mold and powdery mildew of plants, wherein the plants are strawberries, tomatoes, grapes, hot peppers and cucumbers.
Thymol, carvacrol and menthol have good antibacterial activity and can well kill bacteria and fungi; the action mechanism of the cooperation of the three is as follows: fungi, bacteria and plants have similar cell membrane compositions, but have different cell wall compositions, and the effective components of the pesticide composition can not well penetrate through the cell walls of the plants but can well penetrate through the cell walls of the fungi and the bacteria, so the pesticide composition is effective for the fungi and the bacteria without influencing the plants; the menthol has antibacterial activity, and the greatest effect of the menthol and the carvacrol in the pesticide composition is to promote the penetration of the thymol and the carvacrol on cell walls of fungi and bacteria and improve the killing effect and killing period of the thymol and the carvacrol on pathogenic bacteria; when a cell grows normally, much information is exchanged with the outside, thymol and carvacrol influence the information exchange on the cell membrane of harmful bacteria, and the cell can die after the information exchange of the cell is blocked; the cell membrane of the pathogenic bacteria is provided with a plurality of transmission channels, wherein one channel is mainly responsible for discharging some wastes of the cells, and thymol and carvacrol can block the discharge channel to allow the wastes to accumulate in the cells;
based on the above description, the action mechanism of the pesticide composition on pathogenic bacteria is as follows: firstly, directly inhibiting cell growth; secondly, the information exchange of cell membranes is influenced; thirdly, the channel of cell excrement is blocked, so that the pH value in the cell is reduced, the pH value is changed into acid, and the metabolism is influenced. The morphological structure of the germ cells is changed, for example, cell walls, cell membranes, cytoplasm, organelles and the like are irreversibly damaged, and the germ cells are finally disintegrated and die; the morphological structure of the mycelium is changed and induced to dissolve, so that the germs die; reduce and inhibit the generation and germination of conidium, prevent the fertilization of conidium and reduce and block the probability of the continuous harm of pathogenic bacteria.
In addition, the volatile aromatic hydrocarbon gas of thymol and carvacrol also has high-efficiency killing effect on conidia in a closed space, is a strong and effective protective barrier for diseases such as gray mold and powdery mildew which are mainly transmitted by airflow, and is a function point which is difficult to compare favorably with chemical bactericides.
Compared with the traditional chemical agents, the pesticide composition disclosed by the invention integrates the advantages of a selective bactericide and a protective bactericide, and is effective on germ cell walls and cell membranes; the multifunctional disease eradicating agent has both a eradicating function and a protecting function on diseases; not only influencing the biological oxidation process of pathogenic bacteria, but also influencing the biosynthesis process; the pesticide can be used for many times, is not easy to generate resistance, and can be used for managing resistant diseases; the pesticide composition is food-grade in safety level, and can be taken immediately after being applied; the pesticide is a natural pesticide of pure plant source, is environment-friendly and ecological, and accords with the strategy of sustainable development; the use time is zero harvest interval, and the product has no harm to human and natural enemies of pathogenic bacteria; when the plant disease is treated, adverse reactions of plants (such as suppression growth, influence on flower bud differentiation and the like) can not be caused; has a strong killing effect on gray mold and powdery mildew of various crops.
