On the basis of fig. 1A to 1D, it should be noted that the display device generally displays thereon operable pages of various types of multimedia resources that can be selected or searched, so as to query the detail information of the multimedia resources (such as the introduction of the multimedia resources, the actors corresponding to the multimedia resources, the director, and the introduction of the film type), and the operable pages generally arrange and display the corresponding multimedia resources in a matrix form.
In the prior art, the display device may play the corresponding media item based on the user's selection.
Referring to fig. 2A-2F, the display device presents the operable interface shown in fig. 2A to the user, and in response to the selection operation or input operation performed by the user through the control device, the display device receives, from the user, for a media item: after the selection instruction of the movie X is received, jumping to the display interface shown in fig. 2B, and presenting a plurality of selectable resource platforms, namely resource platform X, resource platform Y, and resource platform Z, for issuing the movie X to the user, when it is determined that the user selects the resource platform X to play the movie X based on the control device.
Further, the display device determines whether a play application program of the resource platform X is installed, and if it is determined that the play application program of the resource platform X is installed, jumps to the display interface shown in fig. 2C, and plays the movie X on the play application program of the resource platform X; and if the resource platform X playing application program is determined not to be installed, jumping to a display interface shown in the figure 2D, and performing online playing in the browser. In addition, if the display device determines that a usable browser is not installed, the display device jumps to an interface where the resource platform X playing application program can be downloaded to download the resource platform X playing application program.
Thus, the display device needs to continuously respond to the operation of the user based on the control device, and as can be seen from fig. 2E and fig. 2F, when exiting the current display interface and jumping back to the display interface shown in fig. 2A, the user needs to continuously use the control device to perform key exiting operation, which is tedious in operation, and once the operation is too fast, the user may return to the initial interface when the display device is turned on, which results in poor user experience and reduces the user's desire to use, even more, when the display device cannot timely respond to the key operation sent by the user based on the control device, the display device may display a black screen error report shown in fig. 2F.
Fig. 3A, fig. 2A and fig. 3B are diagrams schematically illustrating that the display device 200 provides a corresponding operable interface by operating the control apparatus 100 in the present application.
In fig. 3A, an initial interface of a display device is shown, when a user triggers selection of a specific application on the display device by operating a control device, an operable graphical user interface shown in fig. 2A is presented, in which various types of media items are displayed, and the user is enabled to input a desired media item by himself by operating the control device.
Next, the display device displays a detail interface corresponding to the media item selected by the user in response to the user's operation on the operable interface, as shown in fig. 3B. The detailed interface includes movie introduction information of the media item, director information, actor information, genre information of the media item, and the like, and provides a selectable play button for the user to click and trigger a play instruction of the media item.
It should be noted that, in response to the user selecting a media item on the operable graphical user interface shown in fig. 2A, the display device may trigger a play instruction of the media item directly when the user clicks the corresponding media item based on the control device key without presenting a detail interface of the media item.
In the following, a method for playing a media item in an embodiment of the present application is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
referring to fig. 4, a layered schematic diagram of a display device in the embodiment of the present application is shown, in which the display device is mainly divided into two layers for Processing, namely an application layer and a development tool layer, where the application layer includes an application program of a sending module and a receiving module, and the application program is stored in a Central Processing Unit (CPU) of the display device and corresponds to a System partition of a Read Only Memory (Read Only Memory) portion.
In this application, referring to fig. 5, a description is given by taking a display device as both a transmitting end and a receiving end of data:
the display device determines that a user selected a media item: when a media item a is received, a sending module of the display device sends Resource information to a Resource server, and the selected identification information of a receiving module built in the display device, where the Resource information at least includes Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the media item a.
The resource information is obtained by packaging URL information of a media item A returned by a media source server into an information format which can be identified by the resource server by a display device, and when the display device determines that the user selects the media item A, the display device triggers the media item information of the media item A to be obtained from the media source server, wherein the media item information comprises the URL information of the media item A.
And after receiving the resource information sent by the sending end of the display device and the identification information of the receiving module, the resource server returns the playable resource corresponding to the media item A to the receiving end of the display device based on the identification information of the receiving module, and further, the receiving module of the display device starts a built-in playing module to play the playable resource.
The following describes in detail a process of playing a media item in the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 6:
s601: the display device presents an actionable interface to the user that includes a number of selectable media items.
In particular, the display device provides the user with an operable interface containing a plurality of media items divided by type, so that the user can select the media item desired to be played on the operable interface based on the control device, or can trigger further operations through input operations on the control device.
For example, referring to fig. 3A and fig. 2A, when the user selects 4Know in fig. 3A, the user jumps to the operable interface shown in fig. 2A, where 4Know is an application in the display device in the present application for presenting the operable interface to the user, and further, the user may perform input or selection through the control device in the operable interface shown in fig. 2A to trigger further operation.
S602: the display device determines that a user selected a first media item.
After presenting the operable interface to the user, the display device triggers the selection operation in response to the selection operation of the first media item on the operable interface by inputting part or all of the Chinese name, pinyin and abbreviation of the first media item through the control device or selecting the first media item by operating the control device.
It should be noted that, in this application, in one mode, when a user selects a first media item, the display device directly triggers to acquire a playable resource corresponding to the first media item and play the playable resource; in another mode, after the user selects the first media item, the display device displays a detail interface of the first media item, where the detail interface includes content introduction, poster information, type information, and a play icon of the first media item, and after it is determined that the user clicks the play icon through a control device, the display device triggers an operation of acquiring a playable resource corresponding to the first media resource, and plays the first media resource.
S603, the display device initializes a session control (session) tool for monitoring the network state change.
Specifically, after determining that a user selects a first media item to play, a display device initializes a session control session tool to monitor a network state change, where the network state change includes a network connection state between a sending module built in the display device and a receiving module built in the selected display device, where the network connection between the sending module and the receiving module specifically includes: the network connection state between the sending module and the resource server, and the network connection state between the resource server and the receiving module.
S604: and the display equipment searches in a set area range and displays an equipment set comprising the receiving module in the area range.
Specifically, the display device searches in a set area range, and displays a device set including the receiving module in the area range, where the set area range may be a range covered by a local area network, or a set area range in the local area network coverage area range. Further, displaying the equipment set containing the receiving module in the set area range.
For example, referring to fig. 7, when the display device 1 searches in a set area range, the device set including the receiving module in the set area range may be: display device 1, display device 2, display device 3, display device 4, display device 5.
S605: and the display device responds to a selection instruction of the display device in the device set and connects the display device based on the identification information of the receiving module in the display device.
The method includes the steps that after a display device including a receiving module is searched in a set area range, a device set including the receiving module is obtained, further, in response to an operation instruction of a user, the receiving module of the display device is determined to be selected, identification information of the receiving module of the display device is further obtained, the display device is connected based on the identification information of the receiving module in the display device, specifically, a sending module of the display device tries to establish connection with a resource server, and the receiving module of the display device tries to connect with the resource server.
It should be noted that, in an actual operation process, the display device may establish a connection with a receiving module of a selected device based on a selection of a user for different devices in the device set.
For example, continuing with the description in S604, after the obtained device set, the user selects the receiving module of the display device 1, that is, the display device 1 is simultaneously used as the sending end and the receiving end of the information, and the display device 1 obtains the identification information of the receiving module of the display device 1 and establishes the connection based on the identification information.
Therefore, the display device integrates the sending module and the receiving module, and the display device is used as an information sending end and also used as an information receiving end, so that the limitation that the display device can only be used as the receiving end to passively receive or only used as the sending end to send messages is broken, the playing process of the media item is smoother, and the user experience is better.
S606: and judging whether the connection between the sending module and the receiving module of the display device is successful, if so, executing S612, and otherwise, executing S607.
Specifically, the sending module of the display device sends information to the resource server, and detects whether the receiving module of the display device receives information returned by the resource server, if so, the sending module and the receiving module are proved to be successfully connected, and the operation defined in step S612 may be executed, otherwise, the operation defined in step S607 is executed for further processing.
S607: the display device periodically attempts reconnection in a set time length period, and records the waiting time.
Specifically, when the connection between the built-in sending module and the built-in receiving module fails in the current state, the display device performs periodic reconnection attempts with a set time length as a period, and records a time length of waiting for connection, where the set time length may be configured by itself based on actual operation needs and is not described herein again.
For example, when the display device determines that the sending module and the receiving module cannot establish connection, the display device periodically sends a message to the resource server through the sending module in a set period of 3S, detects the connection condition and detects whether the message returned by the resource server is received to judge whether connection is established and record the duration of waiting for connection.
S608: and judging whether the duration of the waiting connection reaches a set threshold value, if so, executing S609, otherwise, executing S606.
Specifically, the display device sets a threshold value for the connection waiting duration, and performs determination based on the recorded connection waiting duration, and if it is determined that the recorded connection waiting duration is greater than the set threshold value, performs the operation defined in S609, otherwise performs the operation defined in S606, and further determines whether the connection is successful.
S609: and the display equipment abandons the operation and returns to the initial operable interface.
Specifically, when the display device determines that the connection waiting time reaches the set threshold, the display device does not continue to periodically try to reconnect, but exits from the current waiting state, returns to the initial operable interface, displays the current connection failure to the user, and then continues to respond to the user operation to execute the relevant operation.
S610: and the display equipment sends the media item information for acquiring the first media item to a media source server.
Specifically, after determining that a user selects to play a first media item, a display device sends a request for acquiring media item information of the first media item to a media source server, where the media item information includes information such as a duration, an author, a media type, and URL information of the first media item, the media source server includes at least one piece of media item information of the first media item provided by different play sources, where different pieces of media item information carry different pieces of URL information, and the media source server returns the media item information of the first media item provided by any one play source to the display device after receiving the request of the display device.
For example, in the present application, after the display device sends the media item information for acquiring the first media item to the media source server based on the first media item selected by the user, the display device receives the media source server and returns: https:// www.youtube.com/tv? launch & t 0& v 1bbGYJmW3 bw; and address information, wherein the duration, author, media type and URL information of the first media item can be acquired based on the address information.
S611: and the display equipment encapsulates the obtained media item information into resource information which can be identified by the media resource server, wherein the resource information at least comprises URL (uniform resource locator) information of the first media item.
Specifically, after sending a request for acquiring media item information of a first media item to a media source server, a display device receives address information issued by the media source server, and acquires the media item information of the first media item based on the address information, where the media item information specifically includes information such as a duration, an author, a media type, and URL information of the first media item, and further, the display device encapsulates the media item information based on a protocol stack type corresponding to a resource server to generate resource information that can be identified by the resource server.
S612: and the display equipment sends the identification information of the receiving module and the resource information to the resource server.
After the display device determines that the connection between the sending module and the receiving module is successful, the display device sends the identification information of the receiving module and the generated resource information to the resource server, the resource server can determine the information of the first media item requested to be acquired by the display device based on the resource information, search for the corresponding playable resource, and determine the display device for receiving the playable resource based on the identification information of the receiving module.
S613: and the receiving module of the display equipment receives the playable resources corresponding to the first media item, which are returned by the resource server.
Specifically, the display device controls the receiving module to receive the playable resource corresponding to the first media item returned by the resource server based on the identification information of the receiving module.
For example, continuing with the description in S610, after the media item information of the first media item is obtained based on the address information returned by the media source server, the display device generates resource information based on the media item information, and sends the resource information and the identification information of the selected receiving module to the resource server, and the playable resource returned by the resource server is obtained, for example:
s614: and the receiving module of the display equipment enables a built-in playing module to play the playable resource.
After a receiving module of the display device obtains a playable resource corresponding to a first media item returned by the resource server, a built-in playing module is started to play the first media item, and a playing interface of the first media item is displayed.
It should be noted that, after the display device responds to a selection instruction of the user for a second media item on the graphical user interface, and sends resource information of the second media item and identification information of a receiving module built in the display device to a resource server, where the resource information at least includes URL information of the second media item, the display device receives a playable resource corresponding to the second media item returned by the resource server, starts a playing unit in the receiving module to play the second media item, and displays a playing interface of the second media item, where the playing interface of the first media item is uniform in display style with the playing interface of the second media item.
In addition, the display device obtains the playable resources corresponding to the first media item returned by the resource server based on the different media item information of the first media item, and when the playing module is started to play the first media item, the display style of the playing interface of the first media item displayed on the display is consistent.
For example, referring to fig. 8, the display device uses a unified display screen for the playable resources corresponding to different media items or the playable resources obtained based on information of different media items, and the display styles of the display devices are consistent for different media items.
