In order to facilitate searching, a search user interface is provided in the display device 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application. The search user interface is usable for both web searches and local searches. If the search request is sent to the server according to the content in the input box, when the server receives the search request, the server performs search processing according to the search request, obtains a corresponding search result and feeds the corresponding search result back to the display device, and the display device receives the search result fed back by the server. For example, a search request is sent to the display device locally according to the content in the input box, and the display device performs a search according to a preset search method at a local corresponding position of the display device to obtain a search result.
A schematic diagram of a search user interface provided by a display device 200 is illustrated in fig. 2. The interface comprises a display frame and an input soft keyboard. The display box is used for displaying characters input by a user. The input soft keyboard is used for displaying characters which can be selectively input, wherein the characters comprise numbers 0-9, letters A-Z and the like, and also comprise a SPACE key 'SPACE' and a deletion key 'DEL' for realizing the editing of searching contents in the display box. The position of the focus on the input soft keyboard is switched by the control device, so that the input of corresponding characters and the editing of search contents in the display frame can be realized. Further, a search result display area for displaying search results is also included in the interface, and the search result display area is usually located below the input soft keyboard.
In fig. 2, when a user selects any character of 0-9 or a-Z letters or the like by operating the control device 100, the corresponding character is input to the display device, and the input character is displayed in the input box. If "A" is selected, "A" is displayed in the input box. If the user selects a plurality of characters in sequence within a predetermined time by operating the control device 100, the input content is continuously displayed in the input box. If the characters are selected in sequence, the characters are displayed in sequence, and if no other characters are input or the content in the input box is edited after the characters are selected in sequence, the input box is in a state of displaying the characters. Alternatively, during character input, when the focus is moved to any one of the soft keyboard positions by operating the control device 100, the soft keyboard at that position is highlighted.
In order to achieve the obtaining and displaying of the search result, the following detailed description is made with reference to specific examples.
Example one
In the present embodiment, a search is triggered immediately to perform a search operation whenever an input character is performed. That is, when each character is added to the input box, the display device sends a network search request to the server according to all the characters currently displayed in the input box.
When the user inputs characters rapidly through the control device, the display device continuously sends a plurality of network search requests to the server, and when the server receives the requests, the server processes the requests one by one and returns corresponding result contents to the display device so as to rapidly display search results to the user. However, due to instability of the server and the network, the sending sequence of the network search request is inconsistent with the returning sequence of the search result, so that the search result is inconsistent with the characters in the input box, and inconvenience is brought to the user.
For example, when the user inputs "a" by operating the control device, the display device transmits a web search request for "a" to the server, and the server performs a web search for "a" based on the web search request for "a" to obtain a search result for "a". Because the current network is slow, the search results related to the "a" are not timely fed back to the display device, so that the display device does not timely display the search results related to the "a" to the user.
Then, the user inputs "B" again by operating the control device, the display device sends a web search request concerning "AB" to the server, and the server performs a web search concerning "AB" based on the web search request concerning "AB" to obtain a search result concerning "AB". Since the current network is good, both the search result about "a" and the search result about "AB" are fed back to the display device.
At this time, the display device displays the search result about "a" and the search result about "AB" on the user interface according to the above-mentioned return order. Because the user focuses more on the search result of "AB" after inputting "B", the user interface still displays the search result of "a", which is not in accordance with the user's expectations.
Therefore, in this embodiment, by comparing the currently displayed character in the input box with the returned search result, if the currently displayed character is consistent with the returned search result, the search result is displayed on the user interface, and the search result is prevented from being inconsistent with the character in the input box.
Specifically, if the display device obtains a search result, it is determined whether the received search result corresponds to a search keyword displayed in the recorded current input box, that is, when the received search result is a search result of the current search keyword, the search result is displayed in the user interface, and when the received search result is not a search result of the current search keyword, the search result is discarded and the next search result is continuously waited. Optionally, the search result is displayed in a search result display area of the user interface.
The following is a detailed explanation of the "ABC" network search:
the user inputs "a" by operating the control apparatus 100, and when the user inputs "a" by operating the control apparatus 100, the display device 200 triggers a search based on "a" in response to an input instruction of "a". And sending a network search request related to the 'A' to the server, and performing network search related to the 'A' by the server based on the network search request related to the 'A', acquiring a search result related to the 'A' and feeding the search result back to the display device. The display device obtains the "a" based search result. And if the user does not input 'B' when the search result based on 'A' is obtained, determining that the obtained search result is the search result of 'A', and controlling the display to display the search result of 'A' on the user interface.
In this embodiment, the result returned by the server may be in html, xml, json format, or the like. Taking xml as an example, assume that the server feeds back a search result (1) about the first character "a", as follows:
Figure BDA0002386604220000091
when the display device receives the search result of (1), the returned keyword supersestionsTerm is analyzed to obtain "A" first, and then the keyword supersestionsTerm is compared with the keyword "A" stored in the current display device, the keyword "A" and the keyword "A" are the same, namely the returned search result of which the search result is "A", and the display device analyzes to display the obtained analysis result in the search result area.
The search result (1) fed back as above will obtain the following analysis result:
Acterss
Athlete
Asia
Apartment
BANANA
Astronaut
……。
the results are displayed on a user interface. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 exemplarily shows a search result display interface in which the user inputs "a" through the operation control device 100.
When the user inputs "B" after inputting "a" by operating the control device 100, the display device 200 triggers a search for "AB" in response to an input instruction to input "B" when the user operates the control device 100 to input "B". And sending a network search request related to the AB to the server, carrying out network search related to the AB by the server based on the network search request related to the AB to obtain a search result related to the AB, and feeding back the obtained search result related to the AB to the display equipment.
Here, due to the instability of the network and the server, if the search result is not obtained after the input of "a" and before the input of "B", the user interface of the display apparatus does not display any search result. If the search result (possibly including the search result about "a") is obtained after "B" is input, it is necessary to determine whether the obtained search result is the search result of "AB"; if the search result is the search result of the AB, displaying the search result of the AB on a user interface; if the search result is not an "AB" search result, the search result is discarded. Therefore, the search result corresponding to the currently input result "AB" is displayed on the user interface of the display device, and the search result corresponding to "a" is not displayed, i.e., the "a" or other search results are not displayed in the user interface when the search keyword is "AB".
Assume that the server feeds back search results (2) about "AB", as follows:
Figure BDA0002386604220000101
when the display device receives the search result of (2), the returned keyword supersggestionsterm is analyzed firstly, wherein the keyword is "AB", and then the keyword is compared with the keyword "AB" stored in the current display device, the keyword and the keyword are the same, namely the search result that the search result returned by the display is "AB", and the display device analyzes and displays the obtained analysis result in the search result area.
The search result (2) fed back as above will obtain the following analysis result:
A and B glue dispenser
AB lock cylinder
a disconnected color yarns of AB
AB mixed yarn
AB barcode
AB kind amplifier
……。
the results are displayed on a user interface. As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 exemplarily shows a search result display interface in which the user inputs "AB" by operating the control apparatus 100.
The user inputs "C" after "B" is input by operating the control apparatus 100, and when "C" is input by operating the control apparatus 100 by the user, the display device 200 triggers a search for "ABC" in response to an input instruction to input "C". And sending a network search request about the ABC to the server, carrying out network search about the ABC by the server based on the network search request about the ABC to obtain a search result about the ABC, and feeding back the obtained search result about the ABC to the display device.
Here, due to the instability of the network and the server, if the search result (possibly including the search results about "a" and "AB") is obtained after the input of "B" and before the input of "C", it is determined whether the obtained search result is the search result of "AB", and when the search result is the search result of "AB", the search result of "AB" is displayed on the user interface. If the search result (possibly including search results about "a", "AB", and "ABC") is obtained after "C" is input, determining whether the obtained search result is an "ABC" search result; if the search result is the search result of the ABC, displaying the search result of the ABC on the user interface; if the search result is not an "ABC" search result, the search result is discarded. Accordingly, the search result corresponding to the currently input result "ABC" is displayed in the user interface of the display apparatus, and the search result corresponding to "a" or "AB" is not displayed, i.e., the "a", "AB" or other search results are not displayed in the user interface when the search keyword is "ABC".
Assume that the server feeds back search results (3) for "ABC" as follows:
Figure BDA0002386604220000111
when the display device receives the search result of (3), the returned keyword supersestionsTerm is analyzed first, and the keyword is ABC, and then the keyword is compared with the keyword ABC stored in the current display device, and the keyword ABC is the same as the keyword ABC, namely the search result which indicates that the search result returned by the display is ABC, and the display device analyzes the search result and displays the obtained analysis result in the search result area.
The search result (3) fed back as above will obtain the following analysis result:
ABC aerial
ABC dry powder fire extinguishing agent
an ABC overhead insulated cable
the ABC phase sequence
an ABC transport protein
an ABC classification method
……。
the results are displayed on a user interface. As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 exemplarily shows a search result display interface in which the user inputs "ABC" by operating the control apparatus 100.
In this embodiment, the number of search entries presented at one time in the search result presentation area of the user interface is usually a fixed value, such as 6. And the size of the user interface is relatively large, so that when more than 6 search results are obtained by analysis, the corresponding search results are displayed outside the search result display area of the user interface, and when a user drags a page through the control device, other search results can be continuously checked.
In this embodiment, when the user interface displays the search result, the display format of the keyword in the search result is different from other characters in the search result. As shown in fig. 3, "a" in the search result is bold or highlighted, so as to reflect "a" corresponding to the displayed search result. In addition, in the embodiment, the search keyword "a" is displayed, which is further convenient for reflecting the "a" corresponding to the search result.
In the present embodiment, when the user selects any one of the search items in the search results in fig. 3 by operating the control device, the character corresponding to the search item is displayed in the input box in response to the selection instruction of the any one search item. If the user selects a search entry "BANANA" in FIG. 3, the character "BANANA" is displayed in the input box.
In this way, in this embodiment, when the user inputs a keyword, the search operation is triggered in real time, but when the search result is received, it is first determined whether the received search result is compared with the result input by the current user, and when the received search result is consistent with the result input by the current user, the search result is displayed.
In this embodiment, when the display device receives the search result, the search result is saved to the cache area of the display device. If the search result (1), (2) and (3) are saved, when the ABC is displayed in the input box, if the C is deleted, the search result (2) of the AB can be directly obtained from the cache area of the display device, the search result of the AB can be effectively avoided from being obtained by searching again, and the content searched by the user can be conveniently and quickly displayed. If the 'B' is continuously deleted, the search result (1) of the 'A' can be directly obtained from the cache region of the display device, the search for obtaining the search result of the 'A' can be effectively avoided, and the content searched by the user can be conveniently and quickly displayed. Therefore, even if the search results of the AB and the A are not displayed in the process of searching the ABC, the search results of the AB can be continuously displayed after the C is deleted, so that the search results can be sufficiently displayed, and sufficient search results can be provided for the user.
Furthermore, the display device receives each search result with a valid period, and updates the search result in the cache area of the display device according to the valid period. When the validity period of the interval search result is exceeded, even the same search content needs to be triggered again, which helps to ensure the timeliness of the search content of the user.
Example two
In this embodiment, every time when the input character is executed, a certain time delay is made and then the search is triggered to perform the search operation. The search is not triggered in the process that the user frequently and quickly inputs the characters, and the search is triggered after the user stops inputting the characters, so that the unnecessary search process can be reduced, and the pressure on page rendering of the display equipment or server access is reduced.
For example, after the input box acquires a focus, a keyboard is pressed down, effective character input is determined or the content in the input box is changed, and whether a timer for delaying triggering query exists currently is determined; if the timer exists, deleting the timer and establishing a new timer with the time of N for delaying the triggering inquiry; and if no keyboard is pressed within N time, triggering the triggering search based on the content in the input box after N time. Therefore, the method is beneficial to reducing the frequency of trigger search and reducing the number of rendering times in display. The time N of the timer may be any time, and is specifically selected according to actual needs, such as 300 ms.
Specifically, a user inputs a first character through a soft keyboard, and if the input of a second character is not received within time N, a search operation based on the first character is triggered; if the input of the second character is received within the time N, whether the input of a third character is received within the time N after the input of the second character is detected again; if the input of a third character is not received within the time N after the second character is input, triggering the search operation based on the first character and the second character; and if the input of a third character is received within the time N after the second character is input, repeating the operation according to the third character.
Further, after obtaining the search result, determining whether a timer for delaying the trigger query exists; if so, not displaying the search result in the user interface; and if not, displaying the search result in the user interface. This helps to further reduce the number of renderings in the display.
The following is a detailed explanation of the "ABC" network search:
when a user inputs "a" through the operation control device 100, starting a timer with time N according to the input "a", and triggering query by using the timer with time N; if no other characters input by the user are received within N time, triggering search based on 'A'; if the user inputs "B" by operating the control device 100 within N times, the timer started according to the input "a" is turned off and a new timer is started according to the input "B", the new timer being used to trigger the query.
If no other characters input by the user are received within the N time of inputting the B, triggering search based on the AB; if the user inputs "C" by operating the control device 100 within N times, the timer started according to the input "B" is turned off and a new timer for triggering the inquiry is started according to the input "C". And if no other characters input by the user are received within the N time when the C is input, triggering the search based on the ABC.
In the embodiment of the application, if the user inputs B within a delay time after inputting A, the search based on A is not triggered; if "C" is entered within a delay time after "B" is entered, then a search based on "a" and "AB" is not triggered. And if no other characters are input within the delay time after the C is input, triggering the search based on the ABC, and displaying the search result of the ABC in the user interface. Therefore, the method is beneficial to reducing the trigger search frequency and reducing the rendering times in the display, and further reducing the access pressure on the display equipment and the pressure on the rendering of the page in the search process.
Suppose that the search results of "A" are (1), the search results of "AB" are (2), and the search results of "ABC" are (3). If the timer for delaying the query exists in the search result of "a", it is determined whether the timer for delaying the query exists in the search result of "a", and if not, the search result is presented in the user interface, as shown in fig. 3. After the search result of "AB" is obtained, it is determined whether a timer for delaying the query exists for the search result of "AB", and if not, the search result is presented in the user interface, as shown in fig. 4. After obtaining the search result of "ABC", it is determined whether the search result of "ABC" has a timer for delaying the query, and if not, the search result is presented in the user interface, as shown in fig. 5.
In this embodiment, when the user interface displays the search result, the display format of "ABC" in the search result is different from that of other characters in the search result, such as "ABC" in the search result is displayed in a bold or highlighted manner, so as to reflect "ABC" corresponding to the displayed search result. In addition, in the embodiment, the search keyword "ABC" is displayed, which is further convenient for reflecting the "ABC" corresponding to the search result.
For example, when the method is used for searching the content of the electronic specification, in the process of inputting the keyword characters by a user, every time when the character is input, a certain time delay is carried out after each character is input, and then the search is triggered to carry out the search operation, so that the frequent calling of a preset search method to carry out the search of the related content from the electronic specification can be relatively reduced, and further, the access pressure on the display equipment and the pressure on the rendering of the page in the process of carrying out the search of the related content from the electronic specification are reduced.
