技术领域
本发明涉及球阀,尤其是涉及一种锻钢双向硬密封浮动超低温球阀。
背景技术
适用于介质温度-150℃以下的阀门称之为超低温阀门。超低温阀门包括低温球阀、低温闸阀、低温截止阀、低温安全阀、低温止回阀等,主要用于三十万吨乙烯,液化天然气等化工装置上。输出的液态低温介质如乙烯、液氧、液氢、液化天然气、液化石油产品等,不但易燃易爆,而且在升温时要气化,气化时,体积膨胀数百倍。
如专利公告号为CN204755988U的中国专利公开的一种超低温球阀,它包括阀盖、阀体、阀球,阀盖的上端一侧和阀体的上端一侧之间设有第一阀座,阀盖和第一阀座之间设有第一碟形弹簧,阀球和第一阀座之间设有第一阀座密封圈,阀体和第一阀座之间设有第一唇形密封圈,阀盖的上端另一侧和阀体的上端另一侧之间设有第二阀座,阀球和第二阀座之间设有第二阀座密封圈,阀盖和第二阀座之间设有第三阀座密封圈、阀座压环,阀座压环和阀盖之间设有第二碟形弹簧。
上述中的现有技术方案存在以下缺陷:球阀中的球体会在球体两侧阀座的压接下实现密封,避免阀体内的流质从球体与阀座之间的缝隙处泄漏,阀座在阀体中紧密地安装在球体的两侧,当球阀工作一段时间后,由于锈蚀或者老化,使得阀座与阀体内壁接触的部位产生缝隙,阀座抵接球体的力不足,使球阀内部的密封性能下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的之一是提供一种锻钢双向硬密封浮动超低温球阀,其具有阀座与球体之间的密封性能不会下降的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种锻钢双向硬密封浮动超低温球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内转动连接有球体,所述球体通过压力弹簧可拆卸连接有伸出所述阀体的阀杆,所述阀体内设有将所述阀座抵紧在所述球体上的柔性密封石墨垫,所述柔性密封石墨垫远离所述球体的一侧抵接有支撑座,所述阀体内设置有压紧所述支撑座的蝶形弹簧,所述球体与所述阀座之间接触的部位设置有密封且螺纹连接的螺纹连接部,所述螺纹连接部的旋动方向与所述球体的旋动方向相同,所述螺纹连接部上内螺纹的开口方向与所述球体的转动平面平行,所述球体转动后沿远离所述阀杆的方向移动。
通过采用上述技术方案,阀杆转动可带动球体,蝶形弹簧在阀体内抵紧支撑座,支撑座通过柔性密封石墨垫压紧阀座,阀座通过螺纹连接部与球体密封且螺纹连接,当球体转动后,螺纹连接部使球体在阀座上产生位移,而阀杆与阀体通过弹簧相对固定,从而让球体通过螺纹连接部与阀座连接地更紧密。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述支撑座与所述阀座之间设有活动缝隙。

(3)通过在螺纹连接部螺纹连接的部位设置敷铜层,敷铜层能增加螺纹连接部的韧性,在螺纹配合位移时封堵螺纹间的缝隙,提高密封性,还能提高导静电的效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
参照图1与图2,为本发明公开的一种锻钢双向硬密封浮动超低温球阀,包括三通状的阀体1,阀体1直筒状的两端分别用于流通流体,而第三端内设置有伸出阀体1的阀杆2,阀体1内转动连接有球体3,球体3的一端通过连接杆4以及螺栓与阀杆2可拆卸连接。阀杆2与球体3之间具有伸缩量,因此阀杆2与球体3的连接处通过压力弹簧5始终让阀杆2具有靠近球体3的趋势。同时,阀杆2套接有阻燃材料制成的柔性密封环6,柔性密封环6包围在球体3与阀杆2之间的连接处,柔性密封环6的外缘压接且胶粘在球体3两侧的阀座7上,阻燃材料制成柔性密封环6提高了密封防火性能,还能密封球阀在球体3与阀杆2连接处的缝隙,而柔性密封环6在阀座7之间能够稳定柔性密封环6在球阀中的位置。
阀体1内设有将阀座7抵紧在球体3上的柔性密封石墨垫8,柔性密封石墨垫8的开口朝向球体3。柔性密封石墨垫8远离球体3的一侧抵接有共轴心线且呈环形的支撑座9,阀体1内设置有压紧支撑座9的蝶形弹簧10。支撑座9与阀座7之间设有活动缝隙11,活动缝隙11呈环形,活动缝隙11方便支撑座9通过柔性密封石墨垫8抵紧阀座7,保证了密封性能。如图1与图3所示,球体3与阀座7之间接触的部位设置有密封且螺纹连接的螺纹连接部12,螺纹连接部12包括开设在球体3上的内螺纹与开设在阀体1内壁上的外螺纹平配合而成。球体3上开设有供流体通过的孔,螺纹连接部12包括位于孔靠近阀杆2一侧的第一部位与孔远离阀杆2一侧的第二部位,第一部位的旋动方向与球体3的旋动方向相同,第二部位的旋动方向与球体3的旋动方向相同。螺纹连接部12上内螺纹的开口方向与球体3的转动平面平行,球体3转动后自身沿远离阀杆2的方向移动。球体3由打开状态转动到关闭状态后,螺纹连接部12的位移小于半个螺牙厚度,位移量越小越好,螺纹连接部12中的后的位移不会过大使得球体3与阀板之间出现缝隙。
为了提高球阀的防静电性能,阀杆2、球体3、阀座7之间金属部位连接以实现电连接,螺纹连接部12的螺纹内壁电焊有敷铜层13,敷铜层13能提高导静电的效果。敷铜层13上胶粘有多个螺旋形的柔性密封条14,柔性密封条14的厚度尺寸不小于敷铜层13的厚度尺寸,优选为,柔性密封条14的厚度尺寸等于敷铜层13的厚度尺寸,当敷铜层13由于其自身延展性而延展后,柔性密封条14可起到封堵缝隙的作用。柔性密封条14两侧的敷铜层13之间通过纤细的铜丝实现电连接,柔性密封条14保证敷铜层13在磨损或者延展后的密封性,铜丝则保证敷铜层13各个部位之间的导电性。电连接能导出螺纹连接部12转动时产生的静电,实现防静电的效果,而敷铜层13能增加螺纹连接部12的韧性,在螺纹配合位移时封堵螺纹间的缝隙,提高密封性。球体3远离阀杆2的一端抵紧有阻燃材料制成的弹性抵接件15,弹性抵接件15被压紧在球体3与阀体1内壁之间,以密封球体3与阀体1内壁之间的缝隙,还能抵紧球体3以稳定球体3的姿态,让螺纹连接部12连接地个更加紧密。
本实施例的实施原理为:阀杆2转动可带动球体3,蝶形弹簧10在阀体1内抵紧支撑座9,支撑座9通过柔性密封石墨垫8压紧阀座7,阀座7通过螺纹连接部12与球体3密封且螺纹连接,阀杆2与阀体1通过弹簧相对固定,从而让球体3通过螺纹连接部12与阀座7连接地更紧密。当球体3转动后,螺纹连接部12使球体3在阀座7上产生位移,位移后阀杆2与弹簧的拉力以及弹性抵接件15的推力,让球体3与阀体1内壁接触地更紧密,提高了密封性能。
