Valerate gasoline mixed fuel
Technical Field
The invention relates to a gasoline blended fuel, in particular to a valerate gasoline blended fuel, and belongs to the technical field of clean energy.
Background
With the rapid development of economic society and the gradual increase of population, the demand and consumption of fossil resources for human beings are also gradually increased. The huge consumption of non-renewable fossil resources not only brings unprecedented energy shortage and environmental pollution problems to human society, but also promotes the change of energy structure in the world today. In order to realize sustainable development of energy resources and alleviate energy and environmental crisis faced by people, all countries in the world strive to develop novel renewable energy sources, mainly comprising solar energy, biomass, nuclear energy, wind energy, geothermal energy and the like. The biomass energy as the only renewable organic carbon resource occupies a great position in a new energy structure, and attracts general attention of all countries in the world.
The high efficiency of conversion and utilization of lignocellulose, the most abundant non-edible biomass resource on the earth, is the leading research direction of prospective priority in mainly developed countries. The lignocellulose derived levulinic acid or pentanoate does not contain sulfur and nitrogen elements, has better lubricity, and can be used as an oxygen-containing fuel to partially replace gasoline. However, at present, researches on the physicochemical properties of oils and the combustion and emission performances of the levulinic acid or pentanoate compound gasoline at home and abroad are less, and certain difficulties are caused to the popularization and the use of the liquid fuels.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a valerate gasoline blended fuel to partially replace gasoline and improve an energy structure.
The levulinic acid/pentanoate gasoline mixed fuel is prepared by mixing pentanoate with commercial gasoline.
In order to achieve better performance indexes, the valerate and the commercial gasoline are mixed according to the following volume percentage: 1-30% of levulinic acid or pentanoate and 70-99% of commercial gasoline.
The pentanoic acid esters are: methyl n-valerate, ethyl n-valerate, n-propyl n-valerate, isopropyl n-valerate, n-butyl n-valerate, sec-butyl n-valerate, isobutyl n-valerate, tert-butyl n-valerate, methyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, n-propyl 2-methylbutyrate, isopropyl 2-methylbutyrate, n-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, sec-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, isobutyl 2-methylbutyrate, tert-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, methyl 3-methylbutyrate, ethyl 3-methylbutyrate, n-propyl 3-methylbutyrate, isopropyl 3-methylbutyrate, n-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, sec-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, isobutyl 3-methylbutyrate, tert-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, methyl pivalate, ethyl pivalate, one or a mixture of any two or more of n-propyl pivalate, isopropyl n-pivalate, n-butyl pivalate, sec-butyl pivalate, isobutyl pivalate, tert-butyl pivalate, methyl levulinate, ethyl levulinate, n-propyl levulinate, isopropyl levulinate, n-butyl levulinate, sec-butyl levulinate, isobutyl levulinate and tert-butyl levulinate.
The commercial gasoline is a gasoline or a base oil sold on the market.
The valerate is prepared by converting biomass cellulose, has a high combustion heat value, does not discharge harmful substances to the outside due to the fact that the valerate does not contain elements such as sulfur, nitrogen and the like, and can achieve the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction to a certain extent. The pentanoate is added into the mixed fuel formed by the gasoline, so that the mixed fuel can be kept stable and not layered for a long time, all technical indexes (intersolubility, oxygen content, low-temperature fluidity, density, distillation range, induction period, oxidation stability, anti-explosion property, anti-corrosion property, vapor pressure and octane number) reach the standard of commercial gasoline, the oil consumption and the oil consumption rate are equivalent to those of the original grade gasoline, the product performance is stable, the gasoline engine can stably work, the safety and the anti-explosion property can meet the safety requirement of the vehicle fuel, and meanwhile, a certain energy-saving and emission-reducing effect can be achieved to a certain extent.
